U\u017e Louis Pasteur \u201emusel\u201c vymyslet proces <strong>pasterizace<\/strong>, abychom mohli skladovat potraviny po del\u0161\u00ed dobu bez rizika, \u017ee by se zkazily. Bakterie, kvasinky, viry a jin\u00e9 mikroorganismy najdeme <strong>na ka\u017ed\u00e9m povrchu<\/strong> na\u0161\u00ed planety. Najdeme je v ka\u017ed\u00e9 kapce oce\u00e1nu, ve vzduchu, v ledovc\u00edch na Antarktid\u011b, jako\u017e i v t\u011bch nejextr\u00e9mn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch Mrtv\u00e9ho mo\u0159e a hork\u00fdch hlubinn\u00fdch kom\u00edn\u016f. N\u011bkter\u00e9 jsou schopny p\u0159e\u017e\u00edt p\u0159\u00edtomnost radioaktivn\u00edho odpadu, \u010di dokonce \u017e\u00edt z roztaven\u00e9ho j\u00e1dra reaktoru v \u010cernobylu. Nem\u016f\u017eeme se proto divit, \u017ee mikroorganismy najdeme <strong>i na povrchu lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla a tak\u00e9 v jeho nitru<\/strong>. Tyto mikroorganismy a jejich prost\u0159ed\u00ed ozna\u010dujeme jako <strong>mikrobiom<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Mikroorganismy odjak\u017eiva ovliv\u0148ovaly evoluci \u017eivota na Zemi a rovn\u011b\u017e v\u00fdznamn\u011b ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed i \u200b\u200blidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Co_je_mikrobiom\"><\/span>Co je mikrobiom?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mikrobiom p\u0159edstavuje souhrn <strong>v\u0161ech mikroorganism\u016f<\/strong> \u017eij\u00edc\u00edch na povrchu (k\u016f\u017ei) a uvnit\u0159 lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla. Mezi tyto mikroorganismy pat\u0159\u00ed <strong>bakterie, viry, houby (kvasinky) a prvoci<\/strong>. V ide\u00e1ln\u00edm stavu jsou tyto mikroorganismy <strong>na\u0161i dob\u0159\u00ed kamar\u00e1di<\/strong> a \u017eij\u00ed s n\u00e1mi v symbi\u00f3ze. Pom\u00e1haj\u00ed n\u00e1m chr\u00e1nit se p\u0159ed t\u011bmi \u201ezl\u00fdmi\u201c mikroorganismy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed bakteri\u00ed nach\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed se v mikrobiomu \u010dlov\u011bka a jin\u00fdch teplokrevn\u00fdch \u017eivo\u010dich\u016f je <em>Escherichia coli<\/em>. Je relativn\u011b snadno kultivovateln\u00e1 v laboratorn\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch a zn\u00e1me celou jej\u00ed DNA. Proto se stala tzv. <strong>ta\u017en\u00fdm kon\u011bm molekulov\u00e9 biologie<\/strong> a v\u00fdznamn\u011b p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k v\u00fdzkumu v oblasti biologie a medic\u00edny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle m\u00edsta v\u00fdskytu rozli\u0161ujeme mikrobiomy jako st\u0159evn\u00ed, ko\u017en\u00ed, mikrobiom \u00fastn\u00ed dutiny, ale tak\u00e9 mikrobiom mozku a plic. Posledn\u00ed dva jsou \u010dasto spojeny se stavy infekce. <strong>St\u0159evn\u00ed mikrobiom<\/strong> (v minulosti zn\u00e1m\u00fd jako st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrofl\u00f3ra) je v posledn\u00edch letech st\u0159edem pozornosti, proto\u017ee <strong>v\u00fdznamn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje fungov\u00e1n\u00ed cel\u00e9ho t\u011bla<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>St\u0159evn\u00ed mikrobiom p\u0159edstavuje nejpo\u010detn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a nejrozmanit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st lidsk\u00e9ho mikrobiomu. Nach\u00e1z\u00ed se v n\u011bm p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b <strong>10<sup>13 <\/sup>(10 a 13 nul nebo 100 bilion\u016f)<\/strong> bakteri\u00e1ln\u00edch bun\u011bk, co\u017e je p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b stejn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed, jako je po\u010det bun\u011bk lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla, a dohromady m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt a\u017e 0,2 kg.<sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[1]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1124\" height=\"749\" src=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.sk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/foto-clanek-10.png\" alt=\"Mikrobiom\" class=\"wp-image-670372\" title=\"Mikrobiom\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/foto-clanek-10.png 1124w, https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/foto-clanek-10-400x267.png 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1124px) 100vw, 1124px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Co_ovlivnuje_slozeni_mikrobiomu\"><\/span>Co ovliv\u0148uje slo\u017een\u00ed mikrobiomu?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Slo\u017een\u00ed, tedy <strong>mno\u017estv\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch druh\u016f mikroorganism\u016f<\/strong> v mikrobiomu, je ovlivn\u011bno n\u011bkolika faktory:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>stravou, kterou konzumujeme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>genetikou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prost\u0159ed\u00edm, v jak\u00e9m \u017eijeme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm antibiotik<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>celkov\u011b \u017eivotospr\u00e1vou (alkohol a kou\u0159en\u00ed maj\u00ed negativn\u00ed vliv na slo\u017een\u00ed mikrobiomu)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Slo\u017een\u00ed mikrobiomu \u010dlov\u011bka je ovlivn\u011bno i <strong>typem porodu<\/strong>. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b porodu c\u00edsa\u0159sk\u00fdm \u0159ezem d\u00edt\u011b <strong>neproch\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u00fdmi porodn\u00edmi cestami<\/strong> a nen\u00ed vystaveno vagin\u00e1ln\u00edmu mikrobiomu matky. Jejich geny m\u016f\u017eeme pova\u017eovat za n\u00e1stavbu t\u011bch vlastn\u00edch, proto\u017ee vykon\u00e1vaj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 funkce. Produkty mikrobi\u00e1ln\u00edho metabolismu v tlust\u00e9m st\u0159ev\u011b jsou prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 pro na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\">1. Podporuje tr\u00e1ven\u00ed a vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u017eivin<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mikroorganismy nach\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed se v tlust\u00e9m st\u0159ev\u011b p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed do p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9ho kontaktu s t\u00edm, co jsme sn\u011bdli. Aby tyto mikroorganismy p\u0159e\u017eily, pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed n\u011bco konzumovat \u2013 a to n\u011bco nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v na\u0161\u00ed, ji\u017e natr\u00e1ven\u00e9 strav\u011b. <strong>Pom\u00e1haj\u00ed n\u00e1m<\/strong> tak tr\u00e1vit l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 my sami tr\u00e1vit nedok\u00e1\u017eeme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezi l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 nedok\u00e1\u017eeme str\u00e1vit, pat\u0159\u00ed tak\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/vlaknina\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>vl\u00e1knina<\/strong> <\/a>(tzv. <strong>prebiotika<\/strong>). Nen\u00ed to jedna jedin\u00e1 l\u00e1tka, ale skupina n\u00e1mi nestraviteln\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, je\u017e <strong>poch\u00e1zej\u00ed z rostlin<\/strong> a kter\u00e9 slou\u017e\u00ed jako potrava pro bakterie v na\u0161em tr\u00e1vic\u00edm traktu. Produkuje zdrav\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 l\u00e1tky<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdsledkem mikrobi\u00e1ln\u00edho tr\u00e1ven\u00ed vl\u00e1kniny jsou l\u00e1tky (tzv. <strong>postbiotika<\/strong>), kter\u00e9 se dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed do krve a t\u011blo je dok\u00e1\u017ee vyu\u017e\u00edt. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 jsou produkov\u00e1ny l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 se pod\u00edlej\u00ed na <strong>signalizaci imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu<\/strong>. St\u0159evn\u00ed mikrobiom tak\u00e9 <strong>produkuje a\u017e 30 % denn\u00ed d\u00e1vky<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/vitamin-k2-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">vitam\u00ednu K<\/a> a <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/vitamin-b\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">vitam\u00edn\u016f skupiny B<\/a>.<sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[3]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\">3. Ovliv\u0148uje imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ty dobr\u00e9 mikroorganismy, kter\u00e9 si dok\u00e1\u017eeme udr\u017eet vhodnou \u017eivotospr\u00e1vou, n\u00e1m pom\u00e1haj\u00ed&nbsp;udr\u017eovat&nbsp;na uzd\u011b ty \u0161patn\u00e9 (patogenn\u00ed) t\u00edm, \u017ee jim <strong>zablokuj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup k potrav\u011b. <\/strong>D\u00edky vlivu na imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m n\u00e1m tak\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed l\u00e9pe bojovat s infekcemi.<sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[4]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A\u017e 80 % v\u0161ech bun\u011bk imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v tr\u00e1vic\u00edm traktu.<\/strong> Je to jeden z mo\u017en\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edstupov\u00fdch bod\u016f pro vstupuj\u00edc\u00ed patogeny, kter\u00e9 je t\u0159eba hl\u00eddat a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby <strong>likvidovat<\/strong>. P\u0159\u00edtomnost bun\u011bk imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu v tlust\u00e9m st\u0159ev\u011b napov\u00edd\u00e1 o tom, \u017ee prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 bakterie&nbsp;velmi intenzivn\u011b komunikuj\u00ed s imunitn\u00edm syst\u00e9mem.<sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[5]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>St\u0159evn\u00ed mikrobiom je zdrojem tzv. SCFA, co\u017e jsou <strong>mastn\u00e9 kyseliny s kr\u00e1tk\u00fdm \u0159et\u011bzcem<\/strong>. Tyto mastn\u00e9 kyseliny maj\u00ed sv\u00e9 receptory pr\u00e1v\u011b na bu\u0148k\u00e1ch imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu, d\u00edky \u010demu\u017e dok\u00e1\u017ee st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrobiom <strong>okam\u017eit\u011b regulovat jeho funkce.<\/strong><sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[6]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\">4.
