U\u017e Louis Pasteur \u201cmusel\u201d vymyslie\u0165 proces <strong>pasteriz\u00e1cie<\/strong>, aby sme mohli skladova\u0165 potraviny dlh\u0161ie bez rizika, \u017ee by sa pokazili. Bakt\u00e9rie, kvasinky, v\u00edrusy, a in\u00e9 mikroorganizmy n\u00e1jdeme <strong>na ka\u017edom povrchu<\/strong> na\u0161ej plan\u00e9ty. N\u00e1jdeme ich v ka\u017edej kvapke oce\u00e1nu, vo vzduchu, v \u013eadovcoch na Antarkt\u00edde, \u010di v t\u00fdch najextremnej\u0161\u00edch podmienkach M\u0155tveho mora a hor\u00facich hlbokomorsk\u00fdch kom\u00ednov. Niektor\u00e9 s\u00fa schopn\u00e9 pre\u017ei\u0165 pr\u00edtomnos\u0165 r\u00e1dioakt\u00edvneho odpadu, \u010di dokonca \u017ei\u0165 z roztaven\u00e9ho jadra reaktoru v \u010cernobyle. Nem\u00f4\u017eeme sa preto \u010dudova\u0165, \u017ee mikroorganizmy n\u00e1jdeme<strong> aj na povrchu \u013eudsk\u00e9ho tela a tie\u017e v jeho vn\u00fatri.<\/strong> Tieto mikroorganizmy a ich prostredie ozna\u010dujeme ako <strong>mikrobi\u00f3m.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Mikroorganizmy odjak\u017eiva ovplyv\u0148ovali evol\u00faciu \u017eivota na Zemi a rovnako v\u00fdznamne ovplyv\u0148uj\u00fa aj \u013eudsk\u00e9 zdravie.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Co_je_to_mikrobiom\"><\/span>\u010co je to mikrobi\u00f3m?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mikrobi\u00f3m predstavuje s\u00fahrn<strong> v\u0161etk\u00fdch mikroorganizmov<\/strong> \u017eij\u00facich na povrchu (ko\u017ei) a vo vn\u00fatri \u013eudsk\u00e9ho tela. Medzi tieto mikroorganizmy patria <strong>bakt\u00e9rie, v\u00edrusy, huby (kvasinky) a prvoky.<\/strong> V ide\u00e1lnom stave s\u00fa tieto mikroorganizmy <strong>na\u0161i dobr\u00ed kamo\u0161i<\/strong> a \u017eij\u00fa s nami v <strong>symbi\u00f3ze<\/strong>. Pom\u00e1haj\u00fa n\u00e1m chr\u00e1ni\u0165 sa pred t\u00fdmi \u201czl\u00fdmi\u201d mikroorganizmami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Najzn\u00e1mej\u0161ou bakt\u00e9riou nach\u00e1dzaj\u00facou sa v mikrobi\u00f3me \u010dloveka a in\u00fdch teplokrvn\u00fdch \u017eivo\u010d\u00edchov je <em>Escherichia coli.<\/em> Je relat\u00edvne jednoducho kultivovate\u013en\u00e1 v laborat\u00f3rnych podmienkach a pozn\u00e1me cel\u00fa jej DNA. Preto sa stala tzv. <strong>\u0165a\u017en\u00fdm ko\u0148om molekulovej<\/strong> biol\u00f3gie a v\u00fdznamne prispieva k v\u00fdskumu biol\u00f3gie a medic\u00edny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pod\u013ea miesta v\u00fdskytu rozli\u0161ujeme mikrobi\u00f3my ako je \u010drevn\u00fd, ko\u017en\u00fd, mikrobi\u00f3m \u00fastnej dutiny, ale aj mikrobi\u00f3m mozgu a p\u013e\u00fac. Posledn\u00e9 dva s\u00fa \u010dasto stavy infekcie.<strong> \u010crevn\u00fd mikrobi\u00f3m<\/strong> (v minulosti zn\u00e1my ako \u010drevn\u00e1 mikrofl\u00f3ra) je v posledn\u00fdch rokoch stredobodom pozornosti, preto\u017ee <strong>v\u00fdznamne ovplyv\u0148uje fungovanie cel\u00e9ho tela.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010crevn\u00fd mikrobi\u00f3m predstavuje najpo\u010detnej\u0161iu a najrozmanitej\u0161iu \u010das\u0165 \u013eudsk\u00e9ho mikrobi\u00f3mu.
