Finely <b><strong>chop the onion, garlic and celery <\/strong><\/b>. <b><strong>Cut the carrots<\/strong><\/b> into approximately 1cm cubes, the <b><strong>potatoes<\/strong><\/b> into about 1.5cm cubes, and finally cut the <b><strong>cabbage <\/strong><\/b>into strips about 1cm thick.
