Pod\u013ea Svetovej zdravotn\u00edckej organiz\u00e1cie (WHO) je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 kombinova\u0165 silov\u00fd i aer\u00f3bny tr\u00e9ning a \u010dasovo by sme t\u00fdmto cvi\u010den\u00edm mali str\u00e1vi\u0165 aspo\u0148 <strong>150 \u2013 300 min\u00fat t\u00fd\u017edenne<\/strong>. Okrem t\u00fdchto r\u00e1d sa v\u0161ak stret\u00e1vame aj s tvrden\u00edm, \u017ee by sme pre zdravie mali ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148 <strong>prejs\u0165 10 000 krokov<\/strong>. Toto odpor\u00fa\u010danie, ktor\u00e9 sa traduje u\u017e od Olympijsk\u00fdch hier z roku 1964, m\u00e1 v\u0161ak svoje \u00faskalia, na ktor\u00e9 sa zamerali odborn\u00edci v metaanal\u00fdze z roku 2023 v prest\u00ed\u017enom Journal of Preventive Cardiology. Po\u010fme sa spolo\u010dne pozrie\u0165 na to, s ak\u00fdmi z\u00e1vermi pri\u0161li.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Preco_je_dolezite_hybat_sa\"><\/span>Pre\u010do je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 h\u00fdba\u0165 sa?&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pravideln\u00e1 <strong>fyzick\u00e1 aktivita zni\u017euje riziko pred\u010dasn\u00e9ho \u00famrtia<\/strong>, ale zlep\u0161uje tie\u017e kvalitu \u017eivota. V opa\u010dnom pr\u00edpade, ke\u010f \u010dlovek \u017eije<strong> sedav\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom, \u010do je definovan\u00e9 ako menej ne\u017e 5 000 krokov<\/strong> denne, m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 ohrozen\u00e9 jeho zdravie. Nedostato\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estvo pohybu je toti\u017e spojen\u00e9 s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm rizikom diabetu 2. typu (cukrovky), a hlavne s \u00famrt\u00edm z akejko\u013evek pr\u00ed\u010diny. Najviac pritom na kardiovaskul\u00e1rne a onkologick\u00e9 ochorenia.<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160tatistiky ukazuj\u00fa, \u017ee <strong>a\u017e 27,5 % \u013eud\u00ed na celom svete sa neh\u00fdbe dostato\u010dne<\/strong>. Ak to takto p\u00f4jde \u010falej, nespln\u00edme celosvetov\u00fd cie\u013e zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 nedostatok pohybu o 10 % do roku 2025, ktor\u00fd si stanovili zdravotn\u00edcke organiz\u00e1cie. A ke\u010f u\u017e sme pri t\u00fdch \u010d\u00edslach pre dospel\u00fa popul\u00e1ciu, je potrebn\u00e9 zd\u00f4razni\u0165, \u017ee <strong>81 % dospievaj\u00facej ml\u00e1de\u017ee na celom svete<\/strong>&nbsp;m\u00e1 <strong>nedostato\u010dn\u00fa \u00farove\u0148 fyzickej aktivity<\/strong>. Medzi rokmi 2001 a 2016 bolo zisten\u00e9 mierne zn\u00ed\u017eenie v\u00fdskytu n\u00edzkej pohybovej aktivity u chlapcov, a to z 80,1% na 77,6 %. Toto v\u0161ak neplat\u00ed u diev\u010dat, u ktor\u00fdch medzi t\u00fdmito rokmi \u010d\u00edslo n\u00edzkej pohybovej aktivity vzr\u00e1stlo z 84,7 % na 85,1 %, a toto \u010d\u00edslo na\u010falej rastie.<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vr\u00e1\u0165me sa ale k dospelej popul\u00e1cii. Pod\u013ea \u00fadajov zhroma\u017eden\u00fdch Svetovou zdravotn\u00edckou organiz\u00e1ciou (WHO) je <strong>nedostato\u010dn\u00e1 fyzick\u00e1 aktivita \u0161tvrtou naj\u010dastej\u0161ou pr\u00ed\u010dinou \u00famrtia na svete<\/strong>. To bolo sp\u00f4soben\u00e9 hlavne obmedzeniami a re\u0161trikciami, ktor\u00e9 pand\u00e9mia priniesla. Pred jej za\u010diatkom v roku 2019 \u013eudia denne u\u0161li v priemere<strong> 5 323 krokov <\/strong>(v USA 4 774, v Spojenom kr\u00e1\u013eovstve 5 444, v \u010c\u00edne 6 189). Po\u010das pand\u00e9mie v\u0161ak po\u010det krokov v\u00fdrazne klesol. Z\u00e1sadnou inform\u00e1ciou ale je, \u017ee ani po dvoch rokoch sa \u013eudia <strong>nevr\u00e1tili na p\u00f4vodn\u00fa \u00farove\u0148<\/strong> aktivity a priemern\u00fd po\u010det krokov zost\u00e1va pod 5 000 za de\u0148.<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V d\u00f4sledku t\u00fdchto zisten\u00ed je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 urobi\u0165 v\u0161etko pre to, aby sa \u013eudia po celom svete viac h\u00fdbali. Najjednoduch\u0161\u00ed sp\u00f4sob, ako to dosiahnu\u0165, je <strong>ch\u00f4dza<\/strong>. Pod\u013ea Centra pre kontrolu a prevenciu chor\u00f4b (CDC) sa \u010dasto uv\u00e1dza, \u017ee ide\u00e1lny cie\u013e je <strong>10 000 krokov denne<\/strong>, \u010do sa stalo v\u0161eobecne prij\u00edman\u00fdm odpor\u00fa\u010dan\u00edm. Konkr\u00e9tnej\u0161ie inform\u00e1cie pre eur\u00f3psku i svetov\u00fa popul\u00e1ciu v\u0161ak ch\u00fdbaj\u00fa.
