Podle Sv\u011btov\u00e9 zdravotnick\u00e9 organizace (WHO) je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 kombinovat silov\u00fd i aerobn\u00ed tr\u00e9nink a \u010dasov\u011b bychom t\u00edmto cvi\u010den\u00edm m\u011bli str\u00e1vit alespo\u0148 <strong>150\u2013300 minut t\u00fddn\u011b<\/strong>. Krom\u011b t\u011bchto rad se ov\u0161em setk\u00e1v\u00e1me i s tvrzen\u00edm, \u017ee bychom pro sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed m\u011bli ka\u017ed\u00fd den <strong>uj\u00edt 10 000 krok\u016f<\/strong>. Toto doporu\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se traduje u\u017e od Olympijsk\u00fdch her z roku 1964, m\u00e1 ov\u0161em sv\u00e1 \u00faskal\u00ed, na kter\u00e1 se zam\u011b\u0159ili odborn\u00edci v metaanal\u00fdze z roku 2023 v presti\u017en\u00edm Journal of Preventive Cardiology. Poj\u010fme se spole\u010dn\u011b pod\u00edvat, s jak\u00fdmi z\u00e1v\u011bry p\u0159i\u0161li.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Proc_je_dulezite_se_hybat\"><\/span>Pro\u010d je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 se h\u00fdbat?&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pravideln\u00e1 <strong>fyzick\u00e1 aktivita sni\u017euje riziko p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9ho \u00famrt\u00ed<\/strong>, ale tak\u00e9 zlep\u0161uje kvalitu \u017eivota. V opa\u010dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, kdy \u017eije \u010dlov\u011bk<strong> sedav\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, co\u017e je definov\u00e1no jako m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 5 000 krok\u016f<\/strong> denn\u011b, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt ohro\u017een na zdrav\u00ed. Nedostate\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed pohybu je toti\u017e spojeno s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm rizikem diabetu 2. typu (cukrovky), a hlavn\u011b pak s \u00famrt\u00edm z jak\u00e9koliv p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny. Nejv\u00edce pak na kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed a onkologick\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Statistiky ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee <strong>a\u017e 27,5 % lid\u00ed na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b se neh\u00fdbe dostate\u010dn\u011b<\/strong>. Pokud to tak p\u016fjde d\u00e1l, nespln\u00edme celosv\u011btov\u00fd c\u00edl sn\u00ed\u017eit nedostatek pohybu o 10 % do roku 2025, kter\u00fd si stanovily zdravotnick\u00e9 organizace. A kdy\u017e u\u017e jsme u t\u011bch \u010d\u00edsel pro dosp\u011blou populaci, tak je t\u0159eba zd\u016fraznit, \u017ee <strong>81 % dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed ml\u00e1de\u017ee na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b<\/strong> m\u00e1 <strong>nedostate\u010dnou \u00farove\u0148 fyzick\u00e9 aktivity.<\/strong>&nbsp;Mezi lety 2001 a 2016 bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno m\u00edrn\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed v\u00fdskytu n\u00edzk\u00e9 pohybov\u00e9 aktivity u chlapc\u016f, a to z 80,1% na 77,6 %. Tohle ov\u0161em neplat\u00ed u d\u00edvek, kde mezi t\u011bmito lety \u010d\u00edslo n\u00edzk\u00e9 pohybov\u00e9 aktivity vzrostlo z 84,7 % na 85,1 %, a tohle \u010d\u00edslo nad\u00e1le roste. <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zp\u011bt ale k&nbsp;dosp\u011bl\u00e9 populaci. To bylo zp\u016fsobeno hlavn\u011b omezen\u00edmi a restrikcemi, kter\u00e9 pandemie p\u0159inesla. P\u0159ed jej\u00edm za\u010d\u00e1tkem v roce 2019 lid\u00e9 denn\u011b u\u0161li v pr\u016fm\u011bru<strong> 5 323 krok\u016f <\/strong>(v USA 4 774, ve Spojen\u00e9m kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed 5 444, v \u010c\u00edn\u011b 6 189). B\u011bhem pandemie v\u0161ak po\u010det krok\u016f v\u00fdrazn\u011b klesl. Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed informac\u00ed ale je, \u017ee ani po dvou letech se lid\u00e9 <strong>nevr\u00e1tili na p\u016fvodn\u00ed \u00farove\u0148<\/strong> aktivity a pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd po\u010det krok\u016f z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 pod 5 000 za den. <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V d\u016fsledku t\u011bchto zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 ud\u011blat v\u0161e pro to, aby se lid\u00e9 po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b v\u00edce h\u00fdbali. Nejjednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed zp\u016fsob, jak toho dos\u00e1hnout, je <strong>ch\u016fze<\/strong>. Podle Centra pro kontrolu a prevenci nemoc\u00ed (CDC) se \u010dasto uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee ide\u00e1ln\u00ed c\u00edl je <strong>10 000 krok\u016f denn\u011b<\/strong>, co\u017e se stalo obecn\u011b p\u0159ij\u00edman\u00fdm doporu\u010den\u00edm. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed informace pro evropskou i sv\u011btovou populaci v\u0161ak chyb\u00ed.
