Diesmal haben wir versucht, den Stroganoff vom Rind etwas zu variieren und es <b><strong>f\u00fcr Vegetarier geeignet <\/strong><\/b>zu machen. Und wir m\u00fcssen zugeben, dass es erfolgreich war. Wir haben das Fleisch durch Tempeh ersetzt und statt der klassischen Sahne eine pflanzliche Alternative verwendet. So entstand ein k\u00f6stliches und nahrhaftes Gericht, das sich ideal f\u00fcr ein Mittag- oder Abendessen eignet. Und kannst du dir ein Fitness-Rezept ohne eine <b><strong>ordentliche Portion Protein<\/strong><\/b> vorstellen? Wie wir kannst du den Proteingehalt dank der Protein-Nudeln, die wir als Beilage verwendet haben, erh\u00f6hen. Lasst uns gemeinsam dieses schnelle Rezept zubereiten. Wenn du fertig bist, lege es in einer Sch\u00fcssel beiseite. Gib den restlichen 1 Essl\u00f6ffel Ghee in dieselbe Pfanne, erhitze es und brate die fein gehackte <b><strong>Zwiebel <\/strong><\/b>an. Brate sie an, bis sie goldgelb sind, und gib dann die in d\u00fcnne Scheiben geschnittenen <b><strong>Champignons<\/strong><\/b> hinzu. R\u00fchre gelegentlich um und lass das Ganze etwa 5 Minuten k\u00f6cheln. Dann f\u00fcge die fein gehackten <b><strong>Essiggurken<\/strong><\/b>, das <b><strong>Tempeh<\/strong><\/b> und das<b><strong> Tomatenmark<\/strong><\/b> hinzu und lass alles f\u00fcr eine Weile warm werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Gib auch <b><strong>Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche oder Wasser<\/strong><\/b> zu der Mischung hinzu. Lege den Deckel auf die Pfanne und lass alles zusammen etwa 10 Minuten bei niedriger Hitze k\u00f6cheln. Zum Schluss gib die <b><strong>pflanzliche Sahne <\/strong><\/b>und den<b><strong> Senf<\/strong><\/b> zu der Mischung und w\u00fcrze sie mit <b><strong>Salz und schwarzem Pfeffer.<\/strong><\/b> Du kannst auch jedes andere deiner <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/gewurz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><b><strong>Lieblingsgew\u00fcrze<\/strong><\/b><\/a> hinzuf\u00fcgen. Zum Schluss lass das Stroganoff noch eine Weile k\u00f6cheln und dann kannst du es servieren.
