Mische das Hackfleisch mit dem Ei, den Semmelbr\u00f6seln, der Petersilie, dem zerdr\u00fcckten Knoblauch, dem ger\u00e4ucherten Paprika sowie dem <b><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/pinkes-himalaya-salz-mild-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Salz<\/a> und dem <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-pepper-black-ground-sonnentor.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Pfeffer<\/a>.<\/strong><\/b> Forme diese Mischung zu 3 Frikadellen. Erhitze eine Bratpfanne mit etwas \u00d6l (am besten <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/sprej-na-vareni-canola-cooking-spray-gymbeam.html\u201c\"><b><strong>Spr\u00fch\u00f6l<\/strong><\/b><\/a>) und <b><strong>brate die Frikadellen an, bis sie<\/strong><\/b> auf beiden Seiten <b><strong>goldbraun<\/strong><\/b> sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobald die Frikadellen fertig sind, kannst du mit der<b><strong> Zubereitung des Dressings beginnen.<\/strong><\/b> Gib <b><strong>Joghurt, Ketchup, Knoblauch, Salz und Pfeffer<\/strong><\/b> in eine Sch\u00fcssel und vermische alles gr\u00fcndlich. In einer anderen Sch\u00fcssel zerdr\u00fccke die Avocado und f\u00fcge <b><strong>Zitronensaft, Salz und gemahlenen Pfeffer<\/strong><\/b> nach Geschmack hinzu. So entsteht ein sch\u00f6ner gr\u00fcner Aufstrich. Dann kannst du mit der Zubereitung der Burgerbr\u00f6tchen beginnen. Schneide die Br\u00f6tchen der L\u00e4nge nach in zwei H\u00e4lften (du kannst sie in einer Pfanne trocken r\u00f6sten).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Und dann kannst du mit der <b><strong>Zubereitung der Burger<\/strong><\/b> beginnen.<b><\/b> Bestreiche die untere H\u00e4lfte mit <b><strong>Joghurt-Dressing,<\/strong><\/b> die obere H\u00e4lfte mit <b><strong>Avocadoaufstrich.<\/strong><\/b> Als N\u00e4chstes gib eine Handvoll <b><strong>Rucola<\/strong><\/b> auf den Boden, lege dann die Frikadelle darauf, ein paar Tomatenscheiben, ein paar Zwiebelringe und bedecke die Oberseite des Br\u00f6tchens mit dem Avocadoaufstrich. Und schon bist du fertig.
