Die Basis besteht aus Kichererbsen mit Currypaste und Kokosnussmilch, die den ganzen Geschmack abmildert. Um die Suppe noch nahrhafter zu machen, haben wir etwas Quinoa hinzugef\u00fcgt. Was du dann zum Garnieren verwendest, bleibt dir \u00fcberlassen.
