Eine tiefe Pfanne mit <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-olivenol-extra-nativ-vanavita.html\"><strong>\u00d6l<\/strong><\/a> erhitzen und den Seitan darin knusprig braten. Danach zur Seite stellen.
