Dann den gehackten <strong>Knoblauch<\/strong> dazugeben und eine Minute weiterbraten. Nun die <strong>fein gehackte Karotte<\/strong> hinzuf\u00fcgen und noch einmal <strong>5 Minuten<\/strong> kochen, bis sie weich wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt <strong>gefrorene Erbsen, Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche und Lorbeerblatt<\/strong> hinzuf\u00fcgen. Alles aufkochen lassen, dann die Hitze reduzieren und die Suppe <strong>etwa 10 Minuten<\/strong> sanft k\u00f6cheln, bis alles sch\u00f6n weich ist. Lorbeerblatt rausnehmen und die Suppe mit einem Stabmixer zu einer cremigen Konsistenz p\u00fcrieren. Mit <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/pinkes-himalaya-salz-mild-gymbeam.html\">Salz<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-pepper-black-ground-sonnentor.html\">Pfeffer<\/a> abschmecken<\/strong>, die gehackte Minze kurz vor dem Servieren einr\u00fchren und gut vermischen.
