Bilo da ste me\u0111u onima koji uzimaju kreatin ili ga (pogre\u0161no) smatraju steroidom, ostaje \u010dinjenica da je <strong>kreatin najtemeljitije prou\u010den dodatak prehrani<\/strong> koji je dostupan. Prirodno se nalazi u ljudskom tijelu, a dio ga tako\u0111er dobivamo iz namirnica \u017eivotinjskog porijekla. Me\u0111utim, namirnice biljnog porijekla ne sadr\u017ee kreatin.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Kao dodatak prehrani, kreatin je dostupan u raznim <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/sve-sto-trebate-znati-o-kreatinu-i-njegovim-oblicima\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">oblicima<\/a>, ali svaki slu\u017ei istoj svrsi \u2013 nadoknadi kreatina ondje gdje je potreban u tijelu. ATP osloba\u0111a energiju pretvorbom u A<strong>D<\/strong>P (adenozin <strong>di<\/strong>fosfat). Tijekom tog procesa ATP gubi jednu fosfatnu skupinu, a oslobo\u0111ena energija pokre\u0107e bitne procese, poput kontrakcije mi\u0161i\u0107a.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>ATP se stvara u mitohondrijima (stani\u010dnim &#8220;elektranama&#8221;), ali kad postoji trenutna i velika potra\u017enja, potrebno ga je odmah nadoknaditi. Mi\u0161i\u0107i sadr\u017ee samo dovoljno ATP-a za nekoliko sekundi rada, tako da se ostatak mora u\u010dinkovito reciklirati. Tu kreatin <strong>fosfat<\/strong> stupa na scenu \u2013 oblik kreatina u tijelu koji ima vezanu fosfatnu skupinu. Unato\u010d tome \u0161to \u010dini samo pribli\u017eno <strong>2 % ukupne tjelesne mase, tro\u0161i \u010dak 20 % ukupne tjelesne energije<\/strong> u mirovanju.<sup><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[2]<\/mark><\/sup> Kad tijelu nedostaje lako dostupna energija, glukoza se preusmjerava u mozak, dok ostatak tijela radi u stanju inzulinske rezistencije. Procesi poput prijenosa neurotransmitera i provo\u0111enja signala tro\u0161e velike koli\u010dine ATP-a. Posljedi\u010dno, kad su razine ATP-a niske, mnoge funkcije mozga mogu biti ugro\u017eene, \u0161to mo\u017ee rezultirati simptomima kao \u0161to su <strong>anksioznost, depresivni simptomi, umor, problemi s pam\u0107enjem i koncentracijom ili smanjena kognitivna sposobnost<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><sup><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[4]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Utjecaj nedostatka kreatina na mozak dobro je dokumentiran kod osoba s <strong>uro\u0111enim nedostatkom kreatina<\/strong>, koji proizlazi iz manjka enzima koji prirodno proizvode kreatin u tijelu. Simptomi tog nedostatka uklju\u010duju odgo\u0111eni razvoj, kognitivnu disfunkciju, napadaje, epilepsiju, poreme\u0107aje kretanja, ADHD, autizam i agresivno pona\u0161anje.<sup><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[5]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Osim utjecaja na mozak, kreatin tako\u0111er pospje\u0161uje cjelokupno zdravlje \u017eivaca. O\u0161te\u0107enje \u017eivaca mo\u017ee se pratiti putem neurofilamenata koji se osloba\u0111aju u krv iz o\u0161te\u0107enih \u017eivaca. Me\u0111utim, posljednjih je godina sve ve\u0107i fokus na njegove u\u010dinke na razli\u010dite funkcije mozga. U istra\u017eivanju na \u0161takorima kojima je kreatin davan intranazalno, <strong>\u0161takori tretirani kreatinom pokazali su bolje rje\u0161avanje problema<\/strong>, \u010dine\u0107i manje pogre\u0161aka prilikom tra\u017eenja izlaza iz labirinta.<sup><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[7]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Sustavni pregled iz 2018. godine, koji je uklju\u010divao \u0161est istra\u017eivanja, otkrio je <strong>pobolj\u0161anje kratkoro\u010dnog pam\u0107enja i inteligencije kod zdravih osoba<\/strong> koje su primale kreatin.<sup><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[8]<\/mark><\/sup> Novije istra\u017eivanje iz 2023. godine pokazalo je pobolj\u0161anja kognitivnih funkcija, poput br\u017ee obrade informacija i boljeg prisje\u0107anja, nakon \u0161est tjedana uzimanja <strong>5 g kreatina dnevno<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><sup><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[9]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p><a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/sto-se-dogada-s-vasim-tijelom-kad-ne-spavate-dovoljno\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Nedostatak sna<\/a> obi\u010dno je popra\u0107en lo\u0161im fokusom i smanjenim mentalnim sposobnostima. \u010cak i jedna doza kreatina mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i smanjiti taj u\u010dinak. Doza od 0,35 g kreatina po kilogramu tjelesne te\u017eine (<strong>ekvivalentno 24,5 g za osobu te\u0161ku 70 kg<\/strong>) mo\u017ee djelomi\u010dno ubla\u017eiti metaboli\u010dke posljedice nedostatka sna, \u010dime se pobolj\u0161ava u\u010dinkovitost \u010dak i tijekom umornih dana. <strong>Usprkos tome, davanje prioriteta kvalitetnom snu ostaje najbolji pristup za izbjegavanje potrebe za takvim mjerama.<\/strong><sup><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[10]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>S obzirom na njegove u\u010dinke na mozak, poznato je da <strong>kreatin<\/strong> tako\u0111er <strong>smanjuje<\/strong> simptome &#8220;<strong>mo\u017edane magle<\/strong>&#8220;, \u010desto izazvane nedostatkom sna i stresom.
