Oggi abbiamo deciso di dare una marcia in pi\u00f9 al nostro pane proteico aggiungendo <strong>mele e kefir.<\/strong> Il risultato \u00e8 una delizia meravigliosamente idratata che non vorrai pi\u00f9 smettere di mangiare. Trasferisci le mele grattugiate in una ciotola grande, poi aggiungi il <strong>kefir di latte, le uova e l&#8217;<a class=\"ek-link \u201cek-link\u201d\" aria-label=\"\u201c\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/eritritolo-1000-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener \u201cnoreferrer\">eritritolo<\/a>.<\/strong> Mescola il tutto.
