Successivamente, aggiungi la <strong>carota tagliata finemente<\/strong> e fai cuocere per altri <strong>5 minuti,<\/strong> fino a quando la carota inizia ad ammorbidirsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Aggiungi i <strong>piselli surgelati, il brodo vegetale e la foglia di alloro.<\/strong> Porta il tutto a ebollizione, poi abbassa la fiamma e lascia sobbollire dolcemente fino a quando i piselli e le carote non si saranno ammorbiditi completamente, il che dovrebbe richiedere <strong>circa 10 minuti.<\/strong> Rimuovi la foglia di alloro e frulla la minestra fino a ottenere una crema liscia utilizzando un frullatore a immersione. <strong>Condisci con <a class=\"ek-link \u201cek-link\u201d\" aria-label=\"\u201c\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/sale-rosa-dell-himalaya-fino-500-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener \u201cnoreferrer\">sale<\/a> e <a class=\"ek-link \u201cek-link\u201d\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/pepe-nero-macinato-bio-50-g-sonnentor.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pepe<\/a> a piacere,<\/strong> e poco prima di servire, aggiungi la menta tritata.
