ATP strat\u00ed jeden fosf\u00e1t a uvo\u013enen\u00e1 energia poh\u00e1\u0148a nevyhnutn\u00e9 procesy, ako napr. svalov\u00fa kontrakciu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>ATP sa vytv\u00e1ra v mitochondri\u00e1ch (bunkov\u00e9 \u201celektr\u00e1rne\u201d), no v pr\u00edpade extr\u00e9mne r\u00fdchlej potreby, je nutn\u00e9 ho okam\u017eite doplni\u0165. Svaly maj\u00fa dostupn\u00e9 ATP len na zop\u00e1r sek\u00fand pr\u00e1ce, zvy\u0161ok sa mus\u00ed efekt\u00edvne recyklova\u0165.
