Kamkoli se v historii pod\u00edv\u00e1me, najdeme tam z\u00e1znamy o v\u00edn\u011b, pivu \u010di jin\u00fdch kva\u0161en\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u00edch, kter\u00e9 ve vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm mno\u017estv\u00ed zp\u016fsobovaly zm\u011bny stavu v\u011bdom\u00ed. Alkoholu byly p\u0159ipisov\u00e1ny r\u016fzn\u00e9 nejen l\u00e9\u010div\u00e9 vlastnosti, a to i p\u0159esto, \u017ee jeho nadm\u011brn\u00e1 konzumace \u010dasto kon\u010d\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/kocovina-proc-vznika-a-jak-se-ji-rychle-zbavit\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">kocovinou<\/a> doprov\u00e1zenou bolestmi hlavy a dehydratac\u00ed. Pou\u017e\u00edval se nejen k zap\u00edjen\u00ed dobr\u00e9ho j\u00eddla, proto\u017ee byla voda \u010dasto zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00e1, ale tak\u00e9 jako hlavn\u00ed hnac\u00ed mechanismus oslav. <strong>Dnes je alkohol st\u00e1le hlavn\u00edm akt\u00e9rem p\u0159i spole\u010densk\u00fdch ud\u00e1lostech<\/strong>. Je normalizov\u00e1n natolik, \u017ee ten, kdo nepije, je pova\u017eov\u00e1n za podivn\u00e9ho. Faktem ale z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee alkohol je z pohledu n\u011bkolika krit\u00e9ri\u00ed nejhor\u0161\u00ed <strong>drogou<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 <strong>po\u0161kozuje nejen fyzick\u00e9 a psychick\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed<\/strong> u\u017eivatele, ale tak\u00e9 jeho okol\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Alkohol_je_droga\"><\/span>Alkohol je droga<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159esto\u017ee je alkohol b\u011b\u017en\u011b dostupn\u00fd v obchodech, jedn\u00e1 se o drogu. Jeho hlavn\u00ed slo\u017ekou, kter\u00e1 stoj\u00ed za jeho \u00fa\u010dinkem, je <strong>ethanol<\/strong>. Probl\u00e9m ethanolu spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v tom, jak p\u016fsob\u00ed. Jin\u00e9 drogy v\u011bt\u0161inou napodobuj\u00ed l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v mozku (nap\u0159. opi\u00e1ty), nebo p\u016fsob\u00ed na receptory v mozku (nap\u0159. THC). Ethanol je mal\u00e1 molekula, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 schopnost <strong>proch\u00e1zet bun\u011b\u010dnou membr\u00e1nou a ovliv\u0148ovat fungov\u00e1n\u00ed bun\u011bk zevnit\u0159<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159esn\u00fd mechanismus \u00fa\u010dinku ethanolu nen\u00ed zcela jasn\u00fd. T\u00edm, \u017ee je to mal\u00e1 molekula, dost\u00e1v\u00e1 se do cel\u00e9ho t\u011bla difuz\u00ed (samovoln\u011b pronik\u00e1 do r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed t\u011bla). Kdysi panoval n\u00e1zor, \u017ee je jeho \u00fa\u010dinek na centr\u00e1ln\u00ed nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m (CNS) nespecifick\u00fd. Dnes je zn\u00e1mo <strong>v\u00edce ne\u017e 20 potenci\u00e1ln\u00edch m\u00edst \u00fa\u010dinku v mozku<\/strong>. Mezi n\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed efekt na GABA receptory, serotoninov\u00fd a dopaminov\u00fd syst\u00e9m, ale tak\u00e9 na opioidn\u00ed receptory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00edce ne\u017e 90 % konzumovan\u00e9ho ethanolu se metabolizuje a zbytek je vylou\u010den mo\u010d\u00ed, potem a dechem. Po konzumaci se dost\u00e1v\u00e1 z tr\u00e1vic\u00edho traktu do krve, kterou je veden do jater. <strong>U\u017e jeden drink<\/strong> (0,04 l tvrd\u00e9ho alkoholu, jedno pivo nebo sklenka v\u00edna) <strong>dok\u00e1\u017ee zat\u00ed\u017eit j\u00e1tra<\/strong> a jej\u00ed schopnost metabolizovat ethanol. Pr\u00e1v\u011b proto ethanol v t\u011ble pob\u00fdv\u00e1 dlouho a b\u011bhem t\u00e9to doby <strong>p\u016fsob\u00ed nejen na mozek<\/strong>, ale i na v\u0161echny ostatn\u00ed org\u00e1ny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V j\u00e1trech je ethanol metabolizov\u00e1n alkoholdehydrogen\u00e1zou na acetaldehyd. Acetaldehyd je toxick\u00fd a karcinogenn\u00ed, a proto je rychle p\u0159em\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n acetaldehyddehydrogen\u00e1zou na acet\u00e1t (anion kyseliny octov\u00e9), kter\u00fd je jen m\u00edrn\u011b toxick\u00fd a um\u00ed b\u00fdt vyu\u017eit jako alternativn\u00ed zdroj energie. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 se, \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b <strong>acet\u00e1t je zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd za rann\u00ed kocovinu<\/strong>.<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1124\" height=\"749\" src=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.sk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/foto-clanek-4-1.png\" alt=\"Rann\u00ed kocovina\" class=\"wp-image-636011\" title=\"Rann\u00ed kocovina\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/foto-clanek-4-1.png 1124w, https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/foto-clanek-4-1-400x267.png 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1124px) 100vw, 1124px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Efekt alkoholu na dopaminov\u00fd syst\u00e9m je zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd za jeho <strong>vysokou n\u00e1vykovost a vznik z\u00e1vislosti<\/strong>. \u010c\u00edm v\u00edce alkoholu \u010dlov\u011bk p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1, t\u00edm v\u00edce je stimulov\u00e1no vyplavov\u00e1n\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/dopamin-prinasi-radost-motivaci-ale-v-nadbytku-muze-skodit-potrebujeme-dopaminovy-detox\/\">dopaminu<\/a> a t\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1vislost vznik\u00e1.<mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Akutn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky alkoholu z\u00e1vis\u00ed na % alkoholu v krvi. Jeliko\u017e ho nen\u00ed t\u0159eba nijak tr\u00e1vit, putuje z tr\u00e1vic\u00edho traktu do krve okam\u017eit\u011b. Jak je zm\u00edn\u011bno v\u00fd\u0161e, jeho efekt v mozku je sice intenzivn\u011b prozkoum\u00e1n, nedok\u00e1\u017eeme v\u0161ak uk\u00e1zat prstem na jeden konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed mechanismus, kter\u00fd by odpov\u00eddal za jeho \u00fa\u010dinek. Jedn\u00edm z nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00edch mechanism\u016f je ovliv\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed GABAA receptor\u016f podobn\u011b, jak to d\u011blaj\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00e1 anestetika. <strong>Zpomaluje \u010dinnost CNS a p\u016fsob\u00ed jako tlumiv\u00e1 l\u00e1tka (depressant), d\u00edky \u010demu\u017e se c\u00edt\u00edme v\u00edce uvoln\u011bn\u011b a odv\u00e1\u017en\u011bji<\/strong>.<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Krom\u011b GABAA receptor\u016f, kter\u00e9 pat\u0159\u00ed k iontov\u00fdm kan\u00e1l\u016fm, p\u016fsob\u00ed ethanol i na jin\u00e9 iontov\u00e9 kan\u00e1ly. V n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech m\u00e1 utlumuj\u00edc\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek, v jin\u00fdch excita\u010dn\u00ed &#8211; zrychluje p\u0159enosy sign\u00e1lu v mozku, \u010d\u00edm\u017e p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k celkov\u00e9 nerovnov\u00e1ze a \u0161patn\u00e9mu fungov\u00e1n\u00ed CNS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tak jako ka\u017ed\u00e1 droga, i ethanol mozek po\u0161kozuje. V\u00fdsledky studi\u00ed, kter\u00e9 hovo\u0159ily o protektivn\u00edm \u00fa\u010dinku m\u00edrn\u00e9 konzumace alkoholu na srdce, byly zkresleny a nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u00fadaje ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee <strong>alkohol zvy\u0161uje riziko kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed v ka\u017ed\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed<\/strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[9]<\/sup><\/mark>. Jednou z hlavn\u00edch p\u0159\u00ed\u010din tohoto zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9ho rizika je \u00fa\u010dinek alkoholu na <strong>krevn\u00ed tlak<\/strong>. P\u0159i pravideln\u00e9 konzumaci alkoholu je konstantn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak p\u0159edpokladem k <strong>selh\u00e1n\u00ed srdce<\/strong>. <strong>Riziko mrtvice<\/strong> je tak\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161eno.<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[9]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dlouhodob\u00e9 a pravideln\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed alkoholu tak\u00e9 vede k <strong>alkoholem-indukovan\u00e9 toxicit\u011b<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 zp\u016fsobuje <strong>kardiomyopatii<\/strong> (skupina onemocn\u011bn\u00ed srde\u010dn\u00edho svalu). Ta p\u0159edstavuje nen\u00e1vratn\u00e9 po\u0161kozen\u00ed srdce a jeho funkc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 vede k selh\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed srdce a arytmi\u00edm. Pokud \u010dlov\u011bk s t\u00edmto po\u0161kozen\u00edm nep\u0159estane konzumovat alkohol, jeho riziko \u00famrt\u00ed v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch 10 letech stoup\u00e1 na 80 %.<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[10]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tr\u00e1vic\u00ed syst\u00e9m<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i konzumaci alkoholu trp\u00ed tak\u00e9 tr\u00e1vic\u00ed syst\u00e9m. Asi nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00edm po\u0161kozen\u00edm je <strong>po\u0161kozen\u00ed jater<\/strong>. Ta d\u011blaj\u00ed v\u0161e pro to, aby byl alkohol co nejrychleji odbour\u00e1n a metabolizov\u00e1n na m\u00e9n\u011b \u0161kodliv\u00e9 l\u00e1tky. M\u00e1 v\u0161ak jistou kapacitu, kter\u00e1 se velmi rychle napln\u00ed. V\u00fdsledkem \u010dast\u00e9ho p\u0159et\u011b\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed jater je po\u0161kozen\u00ed a n\u00e1sledn\u00e1 cirh\u00f3za. Ta vznik\u00e1 jako reakce na nen\u00e1vratn\u00e9 po\u0161kozen\u00ed jater. V\u00fdsledkem je tvorba jizvov\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b a zastaven\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 funkce jater. <strong>Cirh\u00f3za pat\u0159\u00ed mezi top 10 nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edch p\u0159\u00ed\u010din \u00famrt\u00ed na sv\u011bt\u011b<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Krom\u011b cirh\u00f3zy je \u010dast\u00e1 i alkoholick\u00e1 hepatitida (\u017eloutenka) nebo jatern\u00ed steat\u00f3za &#8211; alkoholov\u00e1 tukov\u00e1 choroba jater, p\u0159i kter\u00e9 se ukl\u00e1d\u00e1 velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed tuku, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee vy\u00fastit v z\u00e1n\u011bt a cirh\u00f3zu. Karcinogenn\u00ed efekt etanolu je zap\u0159\u00ed\u010din\u011bn jeho jednoduch\u00fdm p\u0159estupem p\u0159es bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 membr\u00e1ny. V bu\u0148k\u00e1ch zp\u016fsobuje metylaci DNA, co\u017e vede k nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 regulaci aktivity gen\u016f. Tak\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuje oxida\u010dn\u00ed stres, kter\u00fd op\u011bt po\u0161kozuje DNA. Projevuje se \u0161patnou koordinac\u00ed pohyb\u016f (za st\u0159\u00edzliva), parestezi\u00ed (<strong>brn\u011bn\u00ed a mraven\u010den\u00ed v kon\u010detin\u00e1ch<\/strong>) a bolestmi.<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[14]<\/sup><\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Konzumace alkoholu <strong>sni\u017euje kvalitu <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/co-se-stane-s-vasim-telem-kdyz-malo-spite\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">sp\u00e1nku<\/a><\/strong>. Ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed hladina testosteronu ovliv\u0148uje nejen <strong>plodnost, ale tak\u00e9 libido a celkov\u00fd fyzick\u00fd v\u00fdkon<\/strong> (v posteli i mimo ni).<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[16]<\/sup><\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Krom\u011b fyzick\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed trp\u00ed p\u0159i akutn\u00ed a chronick\u00e9 konzumaci alkoholu i to psychick\u00e9. P\u0159esto\u017ee do\u010dasn\u00fd efekt m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pozitivn\u00ed a p\u0159in\u00e9st \u00falevu, <strong>alkohol zhor\u0161uje symptomy \u00fazkost\u00ed i deprese<\/strong>. P\u0159i vysok\u00e9 d\u00e1vce je tento efekt patrn\u00fd hned, p\u0159i m\u00edrn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed konzumaci p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed \u00fazkosti a depresivn\u00ed stavy po vyst\u0159\u00edzliv\u011bn\u00ed. Spolu se vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1vislost\u00ed na alkoholu se tak \u010dlov\u011bk dost\u00e1v\u00e1 do za\u010darovan\u00e9ho kruhu, ze kter\u00e9ho je obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 vystoupit. Negativn\u011b to ovliv\u0148uje nejen jeho \u017eivot, ale tak\u00e9 \u017eivoty lid\u00ed v jeho okol\u00ed. Z hlediska negativn\u00edho dopadu na psychick\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed a celkov\u00e9ho <strong>negativn\u00edho vlivu na soci\u00e1ln\u00ed okol\u00ed<\/strong> je alkohol tou nejhor\u0161\u00ed drogou, jakou lidstvo zn\u00e1.<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[17]<\/sup><\/mark><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00edrn\u00e1 konzumace alkoholu, kterou pova\u017eujeme za ne\u0161kodnou, ovliv\u0148uje zdrav\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bka na v\u0161ech \u00farovn\u00edch. Ve\u010dern\u00ed posezen\u00ed u v\u00edna se tak m\u011bn\u00ed v konzumaci takov\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed kalori\u00ed, jak\u00e9 by m\u011bla men\u0161\u00ed ve\u010de\u0159e. K tomu samoz\u0159ejm\u011b p\u0159id\u00e1me i j\u00eddlo, kter\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u00ed ve\u010dern\u00ed posezen\u00ed u v\u00edna na nutri\u010dn\u011b slabou kalorickou bombu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kalorie v alkoholick\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u00edch jsou v\u0161ak velmi nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9. D\u00edky sv\u00e9 velikosti se molekula ethanolu dostane v\u0161ude. Zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00edm oxida\u010dn\u00edho stresu, po\u0161kozov\u00e1n\u00edm DNA a naru\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00edm celkov\u00e9 homeost\u00e1zy organismu pak po\u0161kozuje opravdu cel\u00e9 t\u011blo.
