Kamko\u013evek sa v hist\u00f3rii pozrieme, n\u00e1jdeme tam z\u00e1znamy o v\u00edne, pive, \u010di in\u00fdch kvasen\u00fdch n\u00e1pojoch, ktor\u00e9 vo vy\u0161\u0161om mno\u017estve sp\u00f4sobovali zmeny stavu vedomia. Alkoholu boli pripisovan\u00e9 r\u00f4zne, aj lie\u010div\u00e9 vlastnosti, a to aj napriek tomu, \u017ee jeho nadmern\u00e1 konzum\u00e1cia \u010dasto kon\u010d\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.sk\/blog\/opica-preco-vznika-a-ako-sa-jej-rychlo-zbavit\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">opicou<\/a>, sprev\u00e1dzanou boles\u0165ami hlavy a dehydrat\u00e1ciou. Pou\u017e\u00edval sa nielen na zap\u00edjanie dobr\u00e9ho jedla, ke\u010f\u017ee bola voda \u010dasto zne\u010disten\u00e1, ale aj ako hlavn\u00fd hnac\u00ed mechanizmus osl\u00e1v. <strong>Dnes je alkohol st\u00e1le hlavn\u00fdm akt\u00e9rom pri spolo\u010densk\u00fdch udalostiach.<\/strong> Je normalizovan\u00fd nato\u013eko, \u017ee ten, kto nepije, je pova\u017eovan\u00fd za \u010dudn\u00e9ho. Faktom ale ost\u00e1va, \u017ee alkohol je z poh\u013eadu viacer\u00fdch krit\u00e9ri\u00ed najhor\u0161ou <strong>drogou<\/strong>, ktor\u00e1 <strong>po\u0161kodzuje nielen fyzick\u00e9 a psychick\u00e9 zdravie<\/strong> u\u017e\u00edvate\u013ea, ale aj jeho okolia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Alkohol_je_droga\"><\/span>Alkohol je droga<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Napriek tomu, \u017ee je alkohol be\u017ene dostupn\u00fd v obchodoch, ide o drogu. Jeho hlavnou zlo\u017ekou, ktor\u00e1 stoj\u00ed za jeho \u00fa\u010dinkom, je <strong>etanol.<\/strong> Probl\u00e9m etanolu spo\u010d\u00edva v tom, ako p\u00f4sob\u00ed. In\u00e9 drogy v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou napodob\u0148uj\u00fa l\u00e1tky, ktor\u00e9 sa nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa v mozgu (napr. opi\u00e1ty), alebo p\u00f4sobia na receptory v mozgu (napr. THC). Etanol je mal\u00e1 molekula, ktor\u00e1 m\u00e1 schopnos\u0165 <strong>prech\u00e1dza\u0165 cez bunkov\u00e9 membr\u00e1ny a ovplyv\u0148ova\u0165 fungovanie buniek zvn\u00fatra.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Presn\u00fd mechanizmus \u00fa\u010dinku etanolu nie je \u00faplne jasn\u00fd. T\u00fdm, \u017ee je to mal\u00e1 molekula, dost\u00e1va sa do cel\u00e9ho tela dif\u00faziou (samovo\u013ene prenik\u00e1 do r\u00f4znych \u010dast\u00ed tela). Kedysi panoval n\u00e1zor, \u017ee je jeho \u00fa\u010dinok na centr\u00e1lny nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m (CNS) ne\u0161pecifick\u00fd. Dnes je zn\u00e1mych <strong>viac ako 20<\/strong> <strong>potenci\u00e1lnych miest \u00fa\u010dinku v mozgu.<\/strong> Medzi ne patr\u00ed efekt na GABA receptory, seroton\u00ednov\u00fd a dopam\u00ednov\u00fd syst\u00e9m, ale aj na opioidn\u00e9 receptory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Viac ako 90 % konzumovan\u00e9ho etanolu sa metabolizuje a zvy\u0161ok je vyl\u00fa\u010den\u00fd mo\u010dom, potom a dychom. Po konzum\u00e1cii sa dost\u00e1va z tr\u00e1viaceho traktu do krvi, ktorou je veden\u00fd do pe\u010dene. <strong>U\u017e jeden drink<\/strong> (0,04 l tvrd\u00e9ho alkoholu, jedno pivo, alebo poh\u00e1r v\u00edna) <strong>dok\u00e1\u017ee za\u0165a\u017ei\u0165 pe\u010de\u0148<\/strong> a jej schopnos\u0165 metabolizova\u0165 etanol. Pr\u00e1ve preto sa etanol v tele zdr\u017eiava dlho a po\u010das tohto \u010dasu <strong>p\u00f4sob\u00ed nielen na mozog<\/strong>, ale aj na v\u0161etky ostatn\u00e9 org\u00e1ny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V pe\u010deni je etanol metabolizovan\u00fd alkoholdehydrogen\u00e1zou na acetaldehyd. Acetaldehyd je toxick\u00fd a karcinog\u00e9nny, a preto je r\u00fdchlo premie\u0148an\u00fd acetaldehyddehydrogen\u00e1zou na acet\u00e1t (ani\u00f3n kyseliny octovej), ktor\u00fd je len mierne toxick\u00fd a vie by\u0165 vyu\u017eit\u00fd ako alternat\u00edvny zdroj energie.
