Fai soffriggere la <strong>cipolla tritata finemente<\/strong> fino a quando non diventer\u00e0 traslucida, poi aggiungi il <strong>macinato di manzo.<\/strong> Condisci con <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/sale-rosa-dell-himalaya-fino-500-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">sale<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/pepe-nero-macinato-bio-50-g-sonnentor.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">pepe<\/a> e cuoci<\/strong> fino a quando la carne non risulter\u00e0 rosolata uniformemente. Poi, prepara la <strong>besciamella allo yogurt<\/strong> mescolando lo<strong> yogurt con un uovo,<\/strong> condendo generosamente con del <strong>sale,<\/strong> e mescolando il tutto con il <strong>cheddar grattugiato.<\/strong> Ora, inizia a disporre gli ingredienti in una pirofila da forno irrorata con dell&#8217;olio da cucina. Noi abbiamo utilizzato una teglia rettangolare da 20\u00d730 cm.
