Mescola il quark con l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/olio-extravergine-di-oliva-bio-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><b><strong>olio<\/strong><\/b><\/a><b><strong>, aggiungi la <\/strong><\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/farine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><b><strong>farina<\/strong><\/b><\/a><b><strong>, il <\/strong><\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/sale-rosa-dell-himalaya-fino-500-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><b><strong>sale<\/strong><\/b><\/a><b><strong> e il bicarbonato<\/strong><\/b> e crea un impasto liscio e non appiccicoso. Forma due panini di dimensioni uguali e disponili su una teglia rivestita di carta da forno. Cuoci nel forno preriscaldato a<b><strong> 180\u00b0C fino a doratura<\/strong><\/b>, circa 20 minuti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Poi procedi con la <b><strong>salsa olandese<\/strong><\/b>. Sbatti il <b><strong>tuorlo d&#8217;uovo con l&#8217;aceto di vino <\/strong><\/b> a bagnomaria con una frusta finch\u00e9 non si addensa. Poi aggiungi molto lentamente 60 g di burro fuso, sbattendo continuamente. Continua in questo modo fino a quando tutto il burro o il <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/ghee-puro-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">ghee<\/a> non viene incorporato nella salsa. Fallo cuocere per circa <b><strong>3 minuti<\/strong><\/b>, assicurandoti che l&#8217;acqua non faccia bolle. Ripeti la procedura con il secondo uovo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando i panini sono cotti e raffreddati, <b><strong>affettali nel senso della lunghezza <\/strong><\/b> e disponi su di essi <b><strong>il prosciutto, l&#8217;uovo in camicia e irrora il tutto con la salsa olandese<\/strong><\/b>.
