Mo\u017en\u00e1 jste si ho u\u017e sami n\u011bkdy po\u010d\u00edtali a zjistili jste, \u017ee v\u00fdsledek stoprocentn\u011b neodpov\u00edd\u00e1 skute\u010dnosti. Nap\u0159\u00edklad u takov\u00fdch kulturist\u016f \u010dasto ukazuje nadv\u00e1hu nebo dokonce obezitu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Co si o n\u011bm tedy myslet? M\u011bli bychom v\u011b\u0159it hodnot\u011b BMI a pou\u017e\u00edvat ji, kdy\u017e si chceme kontrolovat hmotnost a zdrav\u00ed?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Co_je_BMI\"><\/span>Co je BMI?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Body Mass Index<\/strong>, kter\u00fd zn\u00e1te nej\u010dast\u011bji pod zkratkou <strong>BMI<\/strong>, je jednoduch\u00fd n\u00e1stroj pro <strong>hodnocen\u00ed t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti<\/strong>. \u010c\u00edslo, kter\u00e9 obdr\u017e\u00edte z v\u00fdpo\u010dtu BMI, v\u00e1m d\u00e1 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed obraz o tom, jak je va\u0161e <strong>v\u00e1ha v souladu s v\u00fd\u0161kou<\/strong>. Jedn\u00e1 se o jednoduch\u00fd a rychl\u00fd v\u00fdpo\u010det, d\u00edky \u010demu\u017e je z\u0159ejm\u011b stejn\u011b popul\u00e1rn\u00ed a \u010dasto pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd. V roce <strong>1830<\/strong> ho vymyslel belgick\u00fd statistik a matematik <strong>Adolphe Quetelet<\/strong>. V\u011bdci toti\u017e pot\u0159ebovali metodu, kter\u00e1 by dok\u00e1zala rychle a efektivn\u011b poskytnout p\u0159edstavu o tom, jakou hmotnost maj\u00ed lid\u00e9 v populaci, a tak z\u00edskat obraz i o jejich zdravotn\u00edch rizic\u00edch. BMI dok\u00e1\u017ee jednak zmapovat v\u00fdskyt obezity, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 i podv\u00e1hy, co\u017e je obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 v rozvojov\u00fdch zem\u00edch.&nbsp;<sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[4,8]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dnes dok\u00e1\u017eeme na z\u00e1klad\u011b BMI nap\u0159\u00edklad \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee v roce 2019 m\u011blo zhruba <strong>59 % dosp\u011bl\u00fdch obyvatel<\/strong> zem\u00ed Evropsk\u00e9 unie <strong>nadv\u00e1hu<\/strong> nebo <strong>obezitu<\/strong>. Pod\u00edl byl p\u0159itom vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed u mu\u017e\u016f (63 %) ne\u017e u \u017een (54 %). Podle t\u011bchto v\u00fdsledk\u016f a statistik pak mohou zem\u011b vymyslet <strong>strategii<\/strong>, jak si s probl\u00e9mem poradit.&nbsp;<sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[17]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b k takov\u00e9mu sledov\u00e1n\u00ed populace bylo BMI ur\u010deno ji\u017e p\u0159i sv\u00e9m vzniku. Pro hodnocen\u00ed hmotnosti a p\u0159edv\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed zdravotn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f u jednotlivc\u016f se za\u010dal pou\u017e\u00edvat a\u017e postupem \u010dasu. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tam se ov\u0161em z\u00e1rove\u0148 ukazuj\u00ed jeho <strong>nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed nedostatky<\/strong>. Podstatn\u011b toti\u017e <strong>zanedb\u00e1v\u00e1 individu\u00e1ln\u00ed rozd\u00edly mezi lidmi<\/strong>, jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad rozlo\u017een\u00ed tuku v t\u011ble, v\u011bk nebo pohlav\u00ed. Pot\u0159ebujete v\u011bd\u011bt jen svou <strong>t\u011blesnou hmotnost v kilogramech<\/strong>, <strong>v\u00fd\u0161ku v metrech<\/strong> a pou\u017e\u00edt tento vzorec:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>BMI = t\u011blesn\u00e1 hmotnost (kg)\/v\u00fd\u0161ka (m)<sup>2<\/sup><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Abychom si to uk\u00e1zali na konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edkladu, p\u0159edstavte si Ani\u010dku, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 60 kg a 165 cm. Jej\u00ed v\u00fdpo\u010det BMI vypad\u00e1 takto:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>BMI = 60\/1,65<sup>2<\/sup> = 22,03 kg\/m<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00edmto jednoduch\u00fdm v\u00fdpo\u010dtem Ani\u010dka zjist\u00ed, \u017ee jej\u00ed v\u00fdsledek BMI spad\u00e1, jak si pov\u00edme d\u00e1le, do rozmez\u00ed ide\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00e1hy podle jej\u00ed aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e. V kombinaci s dal\u0161\u00edmi metodami, nap\u0159\u00edklad technikami pro <strong>m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed t\u011blesn\u00e9ho tuku<\/strong>, pak m\u016f\u017ee z\u00edskat docela p\u011bknou p\u0159edstavu o tom, zda je z pohledu zdrav\u00ed jej\u00ed hmotnost v po\u0159\u00e1dku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>BMI si m\u016f\u017eete vypo\u010d\u00edtat i vy, kdykoli v\u00e1s to napadne. Podle toho m\u016f\u017eeme d\u00e1le odhadnout, jak\u00fd vliv m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt na\u0161e hmotnost na na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9, \u017ee je t\u0159eba <strong>nabrat hmotnost<\/strong>, aby t\u011blo z\u016fstalo zdrav\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>BMI 18,5 \u2013 24,9 kg\/m<sup>2<\/sup><\/strong> zna\u010d\u00ed <strong>zdravou t\u011blesnou hmotnost<\/strong> v optim\u00e1ln\u00edm rozmez\u00ed. P\u0159esto\u017ee nev\u00edme p\u0159esn\u00fd pod\u00edl t\u011blesn\u00e9ho tuku, podle tohoto v\u00fdsledku se na prvn\u00ed pohled zd\u00e1, \u017ee riziko zdravotn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f je <strong>n\u00edzk\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>BMI 25 &#8211; 29,9 kg\/m<sup>2 <\/sup><\/strong>n\u00e1m u\u017e \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee m\u00e1me <strong>nadv\u00e1hu<\/strong>. Za spodn\u00ed hranici optim\u00e1ln\u00edho BMI se nepova\u017euje hodnota 18,5, ale a\u017e 23 kg\/m<sup>2<\/sup>. Ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed BMI je ve star\u0161\u00edm v\u011bku spojeno s <strong>vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u00famrtnost\u00ed<\/strong>.
