Wenn dir kleine Klumpen nichts ausmachen, brauchst du ihn nicht zu p\u00fcrieren. Bereite dann den <b><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/reis\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Reis<\/a><\/strong><\/b> nach Anleitung zu und stelle ihn ebenfalls beiseite. Als n\u00e4chstes putze die <b><strong>Schalotte und den Knoblauch <\/strong><\/b>und hacke sie fein. Als N\u00e4chstes<b><strong> schneide die H\u00e4hnchenbr\u00fcste <\/strong><\/b>in kleine St\u00fccke, w\u00fcrze sie mit dem Salz und schwarzem Pfeffer, <b><strong>putze<\/strong><\/b> die <b><strong>Pilze<\/strong><\/b> und schneide sie in Scheiben. Bespr\u00fche eine Bratpfanne mit dem <b><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/catalog\/product\/view\/id\/59902\/s\/canola-cooking-spray-gymbeam\" class=\"ek-link\">Raps\u00f6l-Spray<\/a><\/strong><\/b> und brate die Schalotte goldgelb an. Gib den Knoblauch und die Pilze hinzu und brate sie an, bis sie weich sind (etwa 5 Minuten). F\u00fcge den <b><strong>verquirlten Cottage Cheese und den geriebenen Eidam<\/strong><\/b> zu der Mischung hinzu. R\u00fchre gut um und lass es noch ein paar Minuten kochen, bis das Risotto eine sch\u00f6ne cremige Konsistenz hat.
