But if you don&#8217;t mind small lumps in it, you don&#8217;t have to blend it. Then prepare the <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/rice\"><b><strong>rice<\/strong><\/b><\/a> as directed and set it aside. Next, clean the <b><strong>shallots and garlic <\/strong><\/b>and chop finely. Next,<b><strong> cut the chicken breasts <\/strong><\/b>into small pieces, season with salt and black pepper, and <b><strong>clean<\/strong><\/b> and slice the <b><strong>mushrooms<\/strong><\/b>. Spray a frying pan with <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/canola-cooking-spray-gymbeam.html\"><b><strong>oil spray<\/strong><\/b><\/a> and fry the shallots until golden. Add the garlic and mushrooms and saut\u00e9 until soft (about 5 minutes). Next, add the chicken to the mixture and saut\u00e9 for<b><strong> approximately 10 minutes<\/strong><\/b> until tender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>To the meat and mushrooms then add the cooked rice, stir and <b><strong>simmer together<\/strong><\/b> for a while. Add the <b><strong>blended cottage cheese and grated eidam<\/strong><\/b> to the mixture. Stir well and allow to cook for a few more minutes until the risotto has a nice creamy consistency. Then just season with <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/pink-himalayan-salt-fine-gymbeam.html\"><b><strong>salt<\/strong><\/b><\/a><b><strong> and <\/strong><\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-pepper-black-ground-sonnentor.html\"><b><strong>pepper<\/strong><\/b><\/a> as needed and serve.
