Pokud si ob\u010das p\u0159e\u010dtete slo\u017een\u00ed na obalu potravin, ur\u010dit\u011b jste se s n\u00ed u\u017e setkali. Jedn\u00e1 se toti\u017e o <strong>jedno z nejpopul\u00e1rn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch bezkalorick\u00fdch sladidel<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 se dnes b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 ke <strong>slazen\u00ed potravin a n\u00e1poj\u016f<\/strong>. Najdete ji prakticky v\u0161ude \u2013 ve \u017ev\u00fdka\u010dk\u00e1ch, cukrovink\u00e1ch, ZERO limon\u00e1d\u00e1ch a dokonce i ve sportovn\u00ed v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Sukral\u00f3za, stejn\u011b jako dal\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1hra\u017eky cukru, je pom\u011brn\u011b obl\u00edben\u00e1, jeliko\u017e n\u00e1m d\u00e1v\u00e1 mo\u017enost <strong>osladit si \u017eivot bez zbyte\u010dn\u00fdch kalori\u00ed a cukru<\/strong> nav\u00edc. \u010casto se ale objevuj\u00ed zpr\u00e1vy, \u017ee bychom se j\u00ed m\u011bli rad\u011bji vyh\u00fdbat, jeliko\u017e je \u0161kodliv\u00e1 pro zdrav\u00ed. Jak to tedy ve skute\u010dnosti je? Dnes se spolu pod\u00edv\u00e1me na to, jestli je v po\u0159\u00e1dku m\u00edt sukral\u00f3zu ve sv\u00e9m j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Co_je_sukraloza\"><\/span>Co je sukral\u00f3za?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sukral\u00f3za, zn\u00e1m\u00e1 tak\u00e9 pod ozna\u010den\u00edm E955, je modern\u00ed <strong>bezkalorick\u00e9 (neenergetick\u00e9) sladidlo<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 je popul\u00e1rn\u00ed <strong>alternativou tradi\u010dn\u00edho b\u00edl\u00e9ho cukru<\/strong>. Tato l\u00e1tka je a\u017e <strong>600kr\u00e1t slad\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e cukr<\/strong>, ale zaujme i t\u00edm, \u017ee nem\u00e1 nep\u0159\u00edjemnou pachu\u0165, kterou \u010dasto doprov\u00e1z\u00ed um\u011bl\u00e1 sladidla. D\u00edky intenzivn\u011b sladk\u00e9 chuti sta\u010d\u00ed k doc\u00edlen\u00ed stejn\u00e9 sladivosti, jako m\u00e1 cukr, pou\u017e\u00edt jen minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed sukral\u00f3zy, co\u017e z n\u00ed \u010din\u00ed mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b efektivn\u00ed n\u00e1hradu p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b potravin. V roce 1976 student britsk\u00e9 univerzity Queen&#8217;s College v Lond\u00fdn\u011b Shashikant Phadnis pracoval na v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9m projektu zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9m na b\u00edl\u00fd cukr (sachar\u00f3zu). B\u011bhem experimentu dostal od sv\u00e9ho vedouc\u00edho za \u00fakol otestovat l\u00e1tku, kterou pr\u00e1v\u011b vytvo\u0159il. Do\u0161lo v\u0161ak k nedorozum\u011bn\u00ed a on m\u00edsto testov\u00e1n\u00ed (anglicky <em>test<\/em>) l\u00e1tku ochutnal (anglicky <em>taste<\/em>). Na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed se nic hrozn\u00e9ho nestalo, ale pr\u00e1v\u011b naopak. Zjistil, \u017ee nov\u011b syntetizovan\u00e1 l\u00e1tka je <strong>mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b sladk\u00e1<\/strong>. Tento drobn\u00fd omyl vedl k objevu nov\u00e9ho um\u011bl\u00e9ho sladidla. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[1]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Po t\u00e9to \u0161\u0165astn\u00e9 n\u00e1hod\u011b za\u010dala spole\u010dnost Tate &amp; Lyle, kter\u00e1 spolupracovala s Queen&#8217;s College, investovat do v\u00fdzkumu sukral\u00f3zy. Potom spolu s firmou Johnson &amp; Johnson vyvinuli <strong>prvn\u00ed sladidlo ze sukral\u00f3zy<\/strong> pod n\u00e1zvem <strong>Splenda<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 se za\u010dalo prod\u00e1vat v roce <strong>1991<\/strong>. V t\u00e9 dob\u011b byla toti\u017e sukral\u00f3za v Kanad\u011b schv\u00e1lena pro pou\u017eit\u00ed v potravin\u00e1ch. D\u00edky tomu se u\u017e mohla p\u0159id\u00e1vat do potravin nam\u00edsto cukru a lid\u00e9 si z\u00e1rove\u0148 mohli koupit drobn\u00e9 s\u00e1\u010dky Splendy s obsahem sukral\u00f3zy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Na trhu Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f americk\u00fdch se objevila v roce <strong>1998<\/strong>, kdy ji povolil americk\u00fd \u00da\u0159ad pro kontrolu potravin a l\u00e9\u010div (<em>U.S. Food and Drug Administration<\/em>, FDA) pro pou\u017eit\u00ed v potravin\u00e1ch. Nen\u00ed se \u010demu divit, v\u017edy\u0165 koneckonc\u016f, <strong>sukral\u00f3za vznik\u00e1 pr\u00e1v\u011b ze sachar\u00f3zy<\/strong>. Mezi t\u011bmito dv\u011bma l\u00e1tkami jsou v\u0161ak z\u00e1sadn\u00ed rozd\u00edly. Sachar\u00f3za, zn\u00e1m\u00e1 jako <strong>b\u011b\u017en\u00fd stoln\u00ed cukr<\/strong>, je oby\u010dejn\u00fd <strong>disacharid<\/strong> (tvo\u0159en\u00fd gluk\u00f3zou a frukt\u00f3zou), kter\u00fd se v t\u011ble rozkl\u00e1d\u00e1 a dod\u00e1v\u00e1 n\u00e1m <strong>energii<\/strong>. Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b sukral\u00f3za se v t\u011ble neprom\u011b\u0148uje v kalorie, jen sladce chutn\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak se vyr\u00e1b\u00ed sukral\u00f3za?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sukral\u00f3za se vyr\u00e1b\u00ed <strong>chemickou \u00fapravou sachar\u00f3zy<\/strong>. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b doch\u00e1z\u00ed k tomu, \u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 hydroxylov\u00e9 skupiny (spojen\u00ed kysl\u00edku a vod\u00edku), kter\u00e9 se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v molekule sachar\u00f3zy, jsou nahrazeny <strong>chlorem<\/strong>. Tzv. <strong>chlorov\u00e1n\u00ed sachar\u00f3zy<\/strong> m\u016f\u017ee n\u011bkoho vyd\u011bsit, ale ve skute\u010dnosti nejde o \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd proces. L\u00e1tka z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 nad\u00e1le <strong>bezpe\u010dn\u00e1<\/strong> ke konzumaci, jen s t\u00edm rozd\u00edlem, \u017ee v t\u011ble se <strong>najednou chov\u00e1 \u00fapln\u011b jinak<\/strong>. Sukral\u00f3za se toti\u017e, na rozd\u00edl od sachar\u00f3zy, <strong>t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nevst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1 do t\u011bla<\/strong>. Ze st\u0159eva do krve p\u0159ejde jen zhruba 16 % z celkov\u00e9ho p\u0159ijat\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed. Kv\u016fli tomu se m\u016f\u017ee py\u0161nit n\u00e1zvem <strong>neenergetick\u00e9 sladidlo<\/strong> &#8211; absorbuje se jen miziv\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed sukral\u00f3zy, a tak mno\u017estv\u00ed kalori\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee dodat t\u011blu, je opravdu <strong>zanedbateln\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kv\u016fli tomuto v\u00fdrobn\u00edmu procesu je z\u00e1rove\u0148 <strong>sukral\u00f3za 600kr\u00e1t slad\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e sachar\u00f3za<\/strong>. Jej\u00ed chu\u0165 je v\u0161ak podobn\u00e1 cukru a na rozd\u00edl od n\u011bkter\u00fdch jin\u00fdch um\u011bl\u00fdch sladidel (nap\u0159. sacharin) <strong>nem\u00e1 nep\u0159\u00edjemnou pachu\u0165<\/strong>. P\u0159esto\u017ee byla prim\u00e1rn\u011b zam\u00fd\u0161lena jako sladidlo pro <strong>ob\u00e9zn\u00ed<\/strong> a <strong>diabetiky<\/strong>, kte\u0159\u00ed pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed <strong>hubnout<\/strong> a <strong>kontrolovat svou hladinu cukru v krvi<\/strong>, dnes je z n\u00ed rozs\u00e1hle pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 sladidlo ve v\u0161emo\u017en\u00fdch typech potravin. Ty tak maj\u00ed d\u00edky n\u00ed men\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed kalori\u00ed ne\u017e v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pou\u017eit\u00ed cukru. M\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt negativn\u00ed vliv na st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrobiom<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017en\u00e1 jste ji\u017e zaznamenali zpr\u00e1vy o sukral\u00f3ze a jej\u00edm \u0161kodliv\u00e9m p\u016fsoben\u00ed na slo\u017een\u00ed mikroorganism\u016f v na\u0161ich st\u0159evech. Pokud by tomu tak bylo, byl by to zvednut\u00fd prst, jeliko\u017e <strong>prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 bakterie, kvasinky<\/strong> a dal\u0161\u00ed druhy, kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159\u00ed <strong>st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrobiom<\/strong>, pot\u0159ebujeme pro na\u0161e celkov\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed. Jeho spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 slo\u017een\u00ed se odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed nejen na dobr\u00e9m tr\u00e1ven\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 <strong>imunit\u011b<\/strong> \u010di dokonce <strong>psychick\u00e9m zdrav\u00ed<\/strong>.<strong> <\/strong><sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[6]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e se v\u0161ak pod\u00edv\u00e1me bl\u00ed\u017ee na vliv sukral\u00f3zy na mikrobiom, zjist\u00edme, \u017ee z mnoha studi\u00ed vypl\u00fdvaj\u00ed z\u00e1v\u011bry, \u017ee se <strong>nem\u00e1me \u010deho b\u00e1t<\/strong>. Zm\u011bny ve slo\u017een\u00ed mikroorganism\u016f se toti\u017e \u010dasto uk\u00e1zaly ve v\u00fdzkumech prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00fdch na <strong>zv\u00ed\u0159atech<\/strong>, kde byly nav\u00edc pou\u017eity <strong>p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e9 d\u00e1vky sladidla<\/strong>. Tyto z\u00e1v\u011bry se tak nedaj\u00ed aplikovat na lidi. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[1]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e se zkoum\u00e1 vliv sukral\u00f3zy na lidsk\u00fd st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrobiom, v\u011bdci sp\u00ed\u0161e doch\u00e1zej\u00ed k tomu, \u017ee sukral\u00f3za <strong>nem\u00e1 v\u00fdznamn\u00fd vliv na slo\u017een\u00ed mikroorganism\u016f<\/strong>. P\u0159esto\u017ee m\u016f\u017ee z\u00e1le\u017eet na individu\u00e1ln\u00edm slo\u017een\u00ed mikrobiomu, obecn\u011b panuje n\u00e1zor, \u017ee pokud sladidlo p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1me v r\u00e1mci <strong>doporu\u010den\u00e9ho denn\u00edho limitu<\/strong>, nemus\u00edme m\u00edt strach z jeho \u0161kodliv\u00e9ho vlivu na bakterie v na\u0161ich st\u0159evech. Jeliko\u017e v\u011bdci tuto oblast st\u00e1le zkoumaj\u00ed a \u00farove\u0148 pozn\u00e1n\u00ed nen\u00ed dokonal\u00e1, je mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee sukral\u00f3za p\u0159ece jen m\u00e1 n\u011bjak\u00fd negativn\u00ed vliv na slo\u017een\u00ed mikroorganism\u016f v na\u0161ich st\u0159evech. M\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt vliv na apetit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sukral\u00f3zu spolu s dal\u0161\u00edmi sladidly mnoz\u00ed vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1me proto, abychom <strong>zahnali chut\u011b na sladk\u00e9<\/strong> a pot\u0159ebu zbyte\u010dn\u011b <strong>snackovat<\/strong> a <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/jak-vam-uzdibovani-brani-hubnout\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>mlsat<\/strong><\/a>. Potraviny s obsahem sladidel jsou sice sladk\u00e9, ale podle n\u011bkter\u00fdch v\u011bdc\u016f <strong>nedok\u00e1\u017eou dost dob\u0159e uspokojit n\u00e1\u0161 mozek<\/strong>, proto\u017ee nemaj\u00ed tak siln\u00fd efekt na centra odm\u011bny. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee i kdy\u017e sn\u00edme zmrzlinu se sladidlem, st\u00e1le m\u016f\u017eeme m\u00edt nad\u00e1le chu\u0165 na tu klasickou. A kdy\u017e neodol\u00e1me, v\u00fdsledkem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nakonec <strong>vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed kalorick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem<\/strong> a \u010dasem i p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fd <strong>n\u00e1r\u016fst t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti<\/strong>. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[14]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm zp\u016fsobem, kter\u00fdm m\u016f\u017ee sukral\u00f3za ovliv\u0148ovat chu\u0165 k j\u00eddlu, je p\u016fsoben\u00ed na <strong>hormony<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 se pod\u00edlej\u00ed na kontrole sytosti. Jedn\u00e1 se o <strong>inzul\u00edn, inkretiny<\/strong> (nap\u0159. glukagon-like peptid 1) nebo nap\u0159\u00edklad <strong>leptin<\/strong>. Ukazuje se, \u017ee sukral\u00f3za se mo\u017en\u00e1 dok\u00e1\u017ee zapojit do proces\u016f, kter\u00fdmi tyto hormony oznamuj\u00ed mozku, \u017ee jsme <strong>najeden\u00ed<\/strong> a <strong>dostate\u010dn\u011b syt\u00ed<\/strong>. V\u00fdsledkem tak m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt <strong>vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem potravy<\/strong>. Kdy\u017e se dostane do na\u0161eho t\u011bla, postupuje j\u00edm t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 <strong>nepozorovan\u011b<\/strong> a zanech\u00e1v\u00e1 za sebou jen <strong>minim\u00e1ln\u00ed stopy<\/strong>. Nav\u00edc nen\u00ed rozpustn\u00e1 v tuku, a tak se nemus\u00edme b\u00e1t ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed v tukov\u00e9 tk\u00e1ni. T\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem se sukral\u00f3za chov\u00e1 sp\u00ed\u0161e jako nez\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fd pozorovatel ne\u017e aktivn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk na\u0161eho metabolismu, \u010d\u00edm\u017e minimalizuje jak\u00e9koli riziko jej\u00edho hromad\u011bn\u00ed v t\u011ble. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[8]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Je_sukraloza_bezpecna\"><\/span>Je sukral\u00f3za bezpe\u010dn\u00e1?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud se zaj\u00edm\u00e1te o v\u00e1\u0161 j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek, jedn\u00e1 se o ot\u00e1zku, kterou si ji\u017e pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b polo\u017eil nejeden z v\u00e1s. O sukral\u00f3ze i jin\u00fdch sladidlech se toti\u017e \u010dasto do\u010dteme, \u017ee jsou nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1 a \u0161kodliv\u00e1, kv\u016fli \u010demu\u017e bychom se jim m\u011bli vyh\u00fdbat. Sukral\u00f3za byla nap\u0159\u00edklad podez\u0159el\u00e1 z toho, \u017ee zvy\u0161uje riziko vzniku <strong>n\u00e1doru mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e<\/strong>. To se v\u0161ak nepotvrdilo a dnes je pova\u017eov\u00e1na za bezpe\u010dnou. Koneckonc\u016f, kdyby tomu tak nebylo, \u00fa\u0159ady by ji neschv\u00e1lily pro pou\u017eit\u00ed v potravin\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Sukral\u00f3za v\u0161ak schv\u00e1lena je, a to prakticky ve v\u0161ech zem\u00edch. V Evropsk\u00e9 unii dostala zelenou v roce 2004, na z\u00e1klad\u011b \u010deho\u017e z\u00edskala ozna\u010den\u00ed <strong>E955<\/strong>. Jedn\u00e1 se o mno\u017estv\u00ed sladidla, kter\u00e9 je <strong>bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 konzumovat denn\u011b<\/strong>. U sukral\u00f3zy to p\u0159edstavuje <strong>15 mg\/kg t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti<\/strong>. V praxi to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee 70kg \u010dlov\u011bk by mohl denn\u011b zkonzumovat 1050 mg sukral\u00f3zy. Takov\u00e9 d\u00e1vky je opravdu obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 dos\u00e1hnout, co\u017e n\u00e1m dokazuje i fakt, \u017ee pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd odhadovan\u00fd denn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem (EDI, <em>Estimated Daily Intake<\/em>) je podstatn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, a to <strong>7 \u2013 140 mg denn\u011b<\/strong>. Jedn\u00e1 se o 7,5 a\u017e 150n\u00e1sobn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed d\u00e1vku v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s ADI. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[4,15]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Je sukral\u00f3za vhodn\u00e1 v t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u011bhotn\u00e9 \u017eeny si p\u0159irozen\u011b d\u00e1vaj\u00ed obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 pozor na to, co za\u0159ad\u00ed do sv\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku. A jeliko\u017e sukral\u00f3za pat\u0159\u00ed mezi um\u011bl\u00e1 sladidla, na prvn\u00ed pohled m\u016f\u017ee vzbuzovat obavy. Nen\u00ed se v\u0161ak \u010deho b\u00e1t. Pr\u00e1v\u011b naopak, Evropsk\u00e1 agentura pro bezpe\u010dnost potravin (EFSA) i americk\u00fd \u00da\u0159ad pro kontrolu potravin a l\u00e9\u010div (FDA) sukral\u00f3zu hodnot\u00ed jako bezpe\u010dnou pro lidskou spot\u0159ebu. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[2]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Je nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1 kv\u016fli obsahu chl\u00f3ru<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159esto\u017ee sukral\u00f3za obsahuje atomy chloru, jej\u00ed chemick\u00e1 struktura je p\u0159esto stabiln\u00ed a t\u011blo ji <strong>nerozkl\u00e1d\u00e1 na toxick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny<\/strong>. Chl\u00f3r v sukral\u00f3ze nen\u00ed v nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 form\u011b a nep\u0159edstavuje riziko pro zdrav\u00ed p\u0159i b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 konzumaci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
