Zvuk k\u00e1vovaru se mnoh\u00fdmi dom\u00e1cnostmi oz\u00fdv\u00e1 d\u0159\u00edve, ne\u017e stihne \u010dlov\u011bk rozlepit o\u010di. Jej\u00ed hlavn\u00ed aktivn\u00ed slo\u017ekou je <strong>kofein<\/strong>, kter\u00fd je pova\u017eov\u00e1n za nej\u010dast\u011bji u\u017e\u00edvanou leg\u00e1ln\u00ed drogu na sv\u011bt\u011b. Jeho \u00fa\u010dinek zn\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo si r\u00e1d vychutn\u00e1 <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/je-kava-zdrava-7-duvodu-proc-byste-ji-meli-dat-sanci\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">dobrou k\u00e1vu,<\/a> nebo pot\u0159ebuje nakopnout b\u011bhem zkou\u0161kov\u00e9ho. Zejm\u00e9na na <strong>soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch<\/strong> se roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ila teorie, \u017ee rann\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/co-se-stane-s-telem-kdyz-prestanete-pit-kavu\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">k\u00e1vu<\/a> nen\u00ed vhodn\u00e9 p\u00edt hned po probuzen\u00ed, proto\u017ee zp\u016fsob\u00ed odpoledn\u00ed \u00fanavu, nebo rozhod\u00ed cirkadi\u00e1nn\u00ed rytmus kv\u016fli sv\u00e9mu vlivu na hladinu kortizolu. Tato teorie vych\u00e1z\u00ed z toho, jak funguje n\u00e1\u0161 <strong>p\u0159irozen\u00fd cirkadi\u00e1nn\u00ed rytmus<\/strong> a jak jej k\u00e1va ovliv\u0148uje. Je to <strong>alkaloid<\/strong>, kter\u00fd p\u016fvodn\u011b slou\u017eil rostlin\u011b k\u00e1vovn\u00edku jako <strong>ochrana p\u0159ed \u0161k\u016fdci<\/strong>. Jeho \u00fa\u010dinek na hmyz m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt smrteln\u00fd. Pro n\u00e1s lidi je smrteln\u00fd a\u017e od d\u00e1vky v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 10 gram\u016f (\u010dist\u00e9ho kofeinu) a m\u00e1 schopnost v\u00e1zat se na adenosinov\u00fd receptor. Abychom v\u0161ak pochopili jeho mechanismus \u00fa\u010dinku, je t\u0159eba definovat adenosin a jeho roli ve 24hodinov\u00e9m cyklu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Adenosin<\/strong> vznik\u00e1 p\u0159i spot\u0159eb\u011b energie v mozku. Pokud <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/nootropika-a-mozek\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">mozek pracuje na pln\u00e9 obr\u00e1tky<\/a>, spot\u0159ebuje se velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed ATP, ze kter\u00e9ho vznik\u00e1 adenosin. Pokud v\u0161ak na tyto receptory p\u0159ijde kofein, adenosin se nem\u00e1 kam nav\u00e1zat, a kofein tak odd\u00e1l\u00ed pocit <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/proc-jste-porad-unaveni-7-nejcastejsich-pricin-a-jejich-reseni\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">\u00fanavy<\/a>. <strong>Kofein tedy nedod\u00e1v\u00e1 energii, kofein oddaluje \u00fanavu<\/strong>. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[1]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vir\u00e1ln\u00ed teorie hovo\u0159\u00ed o tom, \u017ee pokud vypijeme k\u00e1vu hned po probuzen\u00ed, dojde k <strong>zablokov\u00e1n\u00ed adenosinov\u00fdch receptor\u016f<\/strong> a adenosin se b\u011bhem dne hromad\u00ed. Pot\u00e9, co kofein opust\u00ed adenosinov\u00e9 receptory, bude nahromad\u011bn\u00fd adenosin n\u00e1razov\u011b obsazovat sv\u00e9 receptory, co\u017e m\u00e1 zp\u016fsobit odpoledn\u00ed \u00fanavu. P\u0159edpokladem k t\u00e9to situaci je, \u017ee hladina adenosinu kles\u00e1 i po probuzen\u00ed a hromad\u00ed se b\u011bhem dne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pravda je v\u0161ak jin\u00e1. Hladina adenosinu stoup\u00e1 exponenci\u00e1ln\u011b b\u011bhem prvn\u00edch minut po probuzen\u00ed.
