Bilo da neko zaspi na pla\u017ei ili zanemari za\u0161titu od sunca, opekotine mogu u\u010diniti dane predvi\u0111ene za odmor vrlo neprijatnim. Linija izme\u0111u preplanulosti i opekotina varira u zavisnosti od tipa ko\u017ee. Iako se smatra estetski privla\u010dnom, vrlo lako mo\u017ee prerasti u opekotinu, koju prati <b><strong>neprijatan bol i upala.<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kako_se_pojavljuje_opekotina_od_sunca\"><\/span>Kako se pojavljuje opekotina od sunca?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Preplanulost se javlja zahvaljuju\u0107i pametnim \u0107elijama koje se nazivaju <b><strong>melanociti<\/strong><\/b>. One proizvode tamni pigment <b><strong>melanin<\/strong><\/b> kada su izlo\u017eene sun\u010devoj svetlosti. Sun\u010deva svetlost je izvor zra\u010denja <b><strong>razli\u010ditih talasnih du\u017eina<\/strong><\/b>. Pored vidljive svetlosti, koja vam daje predstavu o tome kako svet oko vas izgleda, tu je i <b><strong>infracrveno<\/strong><\/b> zra\u010denje, koje je poznato kao toplota, i <b><strong>ultravioletno zra\u010denje<\/strong><\/b>, koje, iako nije vidljivo, ima dobro poznate efekte. Pored toga, UV zra\u010denje mo\u017eemo dalje podeliti na UVA, UVB i UVC.\r\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><b><strong>UVC<\/strong><\/b> je <b><strong>gotovo potpuno apsorbovan<\/strong><\/b> ozonskim slojem. Ovo je dobra vest jer se ovo zra\u010denje koristi u germicidnim lampama za dezinfekciju. Vrlo dobro se apsorbuje u molekulu DNK, efikasno uni\u0161tavaju\u0107i mikroorganizme.<mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\" style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/mark>\r\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b><strong>UVB<\/strong><\/b> je zra\u010denje koje <b><strong>prouzrokuje opekotine na ko\u017ei<\/strong><\/b>. Iako je ve\u0107ina apsorbovana u atmosferi, mali procenat dospeva do povr\u0161ine Zemlje. Ovo zra\u010denje je tako\u0111e <b><strong>neophodno za sintezu<\/strong><\/b> <b><strong>vitamina D<\/strong><\/b>. Me\u0111utim, njegova korist zavisi od doze \u2013 previ\u0161e izaziva opse\u017ena o\u0161te\u0107enja DNK u \u0107elijama ko\u017ee. Tako\u0111e podsti\u010de proizvodnju upalnih supstanci.<mark style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/mark> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b><strong>UVA<\/strong><\/b> \u010dini ve\u0107inu UV zra\u010denja koje dospeva do povr\u0161ine Zemlje. <b><strong>UVA je odgovorna za opekotine<\/strong><\/b> jer prodire duboko ispod povr\u0161ine ko\u017ee, gde se nalaze pomenuti melanociti. Kao i UVC i UVB, UVA nije potpuno bezbedna na du\u017ee staze. Ovo o\u0161te\u0107enje se de\u0161ava ili direktno ili indirektno.\r\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><b><strong>Direktno o\u0161te\u0107enje<\/strong><\/b> je tipi\u010dno za <b><strong>UVB<\/strong><\/b> i prouzrokuje <b><strong>mutacije<\/strong><\/b> koje se u ve\u0107ini slu\u010dajeva popravljaju. Me\u0111utim, ako popravka ne nastupi, \u0107elija mora biti odba\u010dena. Mutirane \u0107elije koje pre\u017eive mogu na kraju postati kancerogene.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b><strong>Indirektno o\u0161te\u0107enje<\/strong><\/b> je uzrokovano oksidativnim stresom zbog stvaranja <b><strong>slobodnih radikala<\/strong><\/b> i odgovorno je za gre\u0161ke u transkripciji DNK koje mogu dovesti do raka ko\u017ee.\r\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo su razlozi zbog kojih je neophodno da se adekvatno za\u0161titite od sun\u010devih zraka. Stvaranje melanina i preplanulost se de\u0161avaju postepeno i istovremeno sa o\u0161te\u0107enjem ko\u017ee. Ovo o\u0161te\u0107enje ve\u0107 nastaje tokom procesa sun\u010danja. <b><strong>Neza\u0161ti\u0107ena ko\u017ea<\/strong><\/b> se na kraju <b><strong>ope\u010de<\/strong><\/b> nakon du\u017ee izlo\u017eenosti sun\u010devim zracima.\r\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sta_je_onda_opekotine_od_sunca\"><\/span>\u0160ta je onda opekotine od sunca?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dugotrajno izlaganje suncu bez adekvatne za\u0161tite podsti\u010de stvaranje slobodnih radikala u ko\u017ei, koji izazivaju <b><strong>upalnu reakciju<\/strong><\/b>. Zbog toga je ope\u010dena ko\u017ea crvena i topla. Me\u0111utim, ova upala nastaje tokom procesa sun\u010danja, tj. \u010dak i pre nego \u0161to se pojavi opekotina, i odgovorna je za <b><strong>ubrzano starenje ko\u017ee<\/strong><\/b>, koje je pra\u0107eno stanjivanjem ko\u017ee i formiranjem bora. O\u0161te\u0107ena i stanjena ko\u017ea se tako\u0111e <b><strong>brzo dehidrira<\/strong><\/b>.<mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\" style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\"><sup>[5]<\/sup><\/mark>\r\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1124\" height=\"749\" src=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.sk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Navrh-bez-nazvu-2.png\" alt=\"Izgoreti na suncu\" class=\"wp-image-602248\" title=\"Izgoreti na suncu\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Navrh-bez-nazvu-2.png 1124w, https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Navrh-bez-nazvu-2-400x267.png 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1124px) 100vw, 1124px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Upalna reakcija zahteva vreme, i stoga se simptomi opekotina od sunca pojavljuju nekoliko sati kasnije. <b><strong>Najja\u010di bol i crvenilo<\/strong><\/b> se obi\u010dno ose\u0107aju <b><strong>nakon 24 sata<\/strong><\/b>, a prvi <b><strong>znaci pobolj\u0161anja<\/strong><\/b> javljaju se <b><strong>nakon 48 sati.<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Opekotina od sunca je naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e <b><strong>opekotina prvog stepena<\/strong><\/b>. U te\u017eim slu\u010dajevima, opekotine od sunca mogu izazvati opekotine drugog stepena, koje su pra\u0107ene stvaranjem plikova. Opekotine tre\u0107eg stepena su malo verovatne, ali nisu nemogu\u0107e.\r\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Opekotine od sunca su tipi\u010dne opekotine, a prema manifestaciji postoje tri vrste:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><b><strong>Opekotina prvog stepena<\/strong><\/b>, koja se karakteri\u0161e crvenilom ko\u017ee i bolom, ali simptomi se povla\u010de nakon 2 do 3 dana.\r\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b><strong>Opekotina drugog stepena<\/strong><\/b> je ozbiljnija i pra\u0107ena je stvaranjem plikova. Za zaceljenje mo\u017ee biti potrebno i do 10 dana.\r\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b><strong>Opekotina tre\u0107eg stepena<\/strong><\/b> je najte\u017ea i malo je verovatno da \u0107e biti uzrokovana nepravilnim izlaganjem suncu. Ipak, mogu\u0107e je, i pra\u0107ena je ozbiljnim o\u0161te\u0107enjem ko\u017ee, plikovima i stvaranjem o\u017eiljaka.\r\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Zastitite_se_od_sunca\"><\/span>Za\u0161titite se od sunca<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Najbolje je za\u0161tititi se od opekotina kremom za sun\u010danje sa <b><strong>SPF-om (faktorom za\u0161tite od sunca).<\/strong><\/b> SPF je predstavljen brojem koji ozna\u010dava koliki deo UV zraka propu\u0161ta i mo\u017ee se prona\u0107i na pakovanju kreme za sun\u010danje. Na primer, SPF 30 \u0107e propustiti 1\/30, ili 3,33%, UV zraka do ko\u017ee. Za SPF 50, ta cifra je 1\/50, ili 2%. To zna\u010di da SPF50 \u0161titi 1,65 puta bolje od SPF30. Drugim re\u010dima, SPF50 propu\u0161ta 165% manje UV zra\u010denja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Krema za sunce funkcioni\u0161e na dva principa:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prvi je <b><strong>hemijska za\u0161tita<\/strong><\/b>, gde u kremi postoji supstanca koja je u stanju da apsorbuje UV zrake, spre\u010davaju\u0107i ih da prodru u ko\u017eu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drugi je stvaranje <b><strong>fizi\u010dke barijere<\/strong><\/b>, naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e pomo\u0107u minerala poput cink oksida ili titanijum dioksida.\r\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1124\" height=\"749\" src=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.sk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Navrh-bez-nazvu-1.png\" alt=\"Za\u0161tita od opekotina ko\u017ee\" class=\"wp-image-602264\" title=\"Za\u0161tita od opekotina ko\u017ee\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Navrh-bez-nazvu-1.png 1124w, https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Navrh-bez-nazvu-1-400x267.png 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1124px) 100vw, 1124px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Va\u017eno je, me\u0111utim, pravilno koristiti kremu za sun\u010danje sa SPF-om. Idealno je naneti kremu <b><strong>20 minuta pre sun\u010danja<\/strong><\/b>, ne zaboravljaju\u0107i lice, u\u0161i, vrat i druga mesta koja se \u010desto zanemaruju. Nakon otprilike sat vremena, preporu\u010duje se ponovna aplikacija.\r\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Krema za sun\u010danje se spira tokom plivanja, i uprkos njenoj otpornosti na vodu, najbolje je naneti kremu <b><strong>posle plivanja<\/strong><\/b>. Pored kreme za sun\u010danje, dobro je razmisliti o za\u0161titi u obliku nao\u010dara za sunce i pokrivala za glavu kao \u0161to je <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.rs\/kacketi\" class=\"ek-link\">\u0161e\u0161ir<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Sun\u010danje u podne je <b><strong>najnebezbednije<\/strong><\/b> i najbolje ga je izbegavati. Sun\u010devi zraci su tada najintenzivniji jer prolaze kroz tanji sloj atmosfere.
