Seveda idealne razmere pomenijo uporabo ustrezne za\u0161\u010dite, kot je krema za son\u010denje z ustreznim SPF in zagotavljanje zdrave mere izpostavljenosti soncu. Poleg son\u010denja lahko u\u017eivate tudi v koristih pove\u010dane <strong><a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/blog\/vitamin-d-in-vse-kar-morate-vedeti-o-njem\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">proizvodnje vitamina D<\/a><\/strong>, ki je izjemno pomemben za splo\u0161no zdravje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V mesecih, ko se son\u010denje morda ne zdi najbolj\u0161a ideja, se nekateri odlo\u010dijo za <strong>solarije,<\/strong> ki lahko v kraj\u0161em \u010dasu prinesejo enak rezultat &#8211; \u010dudovito zagorelo ko\u017eo. Toda kak\u0161na je razlika med son\u010denjem in uporabo solarija? Ali lahko solariji pomagajo pri proizvodnji vitamina D v zimskih mesecih? Kak\u0161na so tveganja, povezana s son\u010denjem v primerjavi z uporabo solarija? To UV sevanje v glavnem sestavljata <strong>UVA (95%) in v manj\u0161em dele\u017eu UVB (5%).<\/strong> Najbolj nevarno UVC sevanje ne dose\u017ee povr\u0161ja Zemlje.<sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[1]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>UVA sevanje je odgovorno za porjavitev, medtem ko UVB \u017earki povzro\u010dajo son\u010dne opekline, <strong>kar vodi do po\u0161kodb ko\u017ee.<\/strong> Zagorelost se razvije, ko UV sevanje prodre v ko\u017eo in spro\u017ei celice, katerih naloga je <strong>za\u0161\u010dititi ko\u017eo pred morebitnimi po\u0161kodbami<\/strong> zaradi izpostavljenosti soncu. Te celice se imenujejo <strong>melanociti.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Melanociti tvorijo pribli\u017eno <strong>1% vseh ko\u017enih celic<\/strong>&nbsp;in vsaka je povezana z ve\u010d sosednjimi celicami. Kot odgovor na UV sevanje melanociti proizvajajo melanin. Ta temna oblika melanina je odgovorna za temnej\u0161o pigmentacijo ko\u017ee in <strong>las.<\/strong> Druga oblika melanina je feomelanin, ki je v ve\u010djih koli\u010dinah prisoten pri ljudeh z <strong>rde\u010dimi lasmi.<\/strong> Ljudje azijskega porekla imajo obi\u010dajno pribli\u017eno dvakrat ve\u010d eumelanina v primerjavi z ljudmi evropskega porekla, medtem ko ga imajo ljudje afri\u0161kega porekla lahko celo do \u0161estkrat ve\u010d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Za\u0161\u010ditna vloga melanina je o\u010ditna iz pogostosti ko\u017enega raka. Ljudje afri\u0161kega porekla imajo <strong>do 70-krat ni\u017eje tveganje za razvoj ko\u017enega raka<\/strong> v primerjavi z osebami s svetlo ko\u017eo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Temna ko\u017ea<\/strong> prepu\u0161\u010da le pribli\u017eno 17% sevanja UVA in 7% sevanja UVB.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nasprotno pa <strong>svetla ko\u017ea, <\/strong>zna\u010dilna za ljudi z evropskim poreklom, prepu\u0161\u010da kar 55% sevanja UVA in 24% sevanja UVB.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Melanin pri osebah afri\u0161kega porekla je tudi bolj <strong>odporen na razgradnjo<\/strong> in ostane v ko\u017ei trajno, medtem ko pri Evropejcih zagorelost obi\u010dajno traja pribli\u017eno <strong>10 dni<\/strong>. Ljudje s svetlo ko\u017eo in rde\u010dimi lasmi, ki imajo obi\u010dajno vi\u0161je ravni feomelanina, imajo zato ve\u010dje tveganje za razvoj ko\u017enega raka in <strong>morajo sprejeti dodatne varnostne ukrepe za za\u0161\u010dito svoje ko\u017ee.<\/strong><sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[3]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Soncenje_proizvaja_vitamin_D\"><\/span>Son\u010denje proizvaja vitamin D<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ceprav UVA sevanje lahko povzro\u010di porjavitev, ne spodbuja proizvodnje <a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/vitamin-d\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">vitamina D<\/a> v ko\u017ei. Ta klju\u010dni proces zahteva UVB sevanje. \u010ceprav UVB predstavlja le 5% UV sevanja, ki dose\u017ee Zemljino povr\u0161je, je dovolj, da spro\u017ei kemi\u010dno reakcijo v ko\u017ei, ki pretvori 7-dehidroholesterol v vitamin D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vitamin D je <strong>\u017eivljenjsko pomemben<\/strong> za zdravje kosti, saj pomaga pri absorpciji kalcija. Pomaga tudi pri laj\u0161anju simptomov depresije, krepitvi imunskega sistema in bolj\u0161em uravnavanju vnetij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Po podatkih Evropske agencije za varnost hrane (EFSA) je <strong>priporo\u010deni dnevni vnos vitamina D 15 \u00b5g. Koliko vitamina D se proizvede z izpostavljenostjo soncu?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ce je <strong>celotno telo<\/strong> izpostavljeno son\u010dni svetlobi za 15-20 minut, kar povzro\u010di <strong>rahlo ro\u017enatost ko\u017ee,<\/strong> se lahko proizvede pribli\u017eno 250 \u00b5g vitamina D. Ta koli\u010dina je bistveno ve\u010dja od dnevne potrebe.<sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[4]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dolgotrajna izpostavljenost soncu brez ustrezne za\u0161\u010dite pa povzro\u010da ve\u010d \u0161kode kot koristi in lahko vodi do <strong>son\u010dnih opeklin in po\u0161kodb ko\u017ee.<\/strong> Ko je dose\u017eena maksimalna proizvodnja vitamina D, ima telo varnostni mehanizem, ki proizvaja neaktivne metabolite, kar pomeni, da dalj\u0161a izpostavljenost soncu <strong>ne bo vplivala na ve\u010d vitamina D.<\/strong><sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[4]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Medtem ko kreme za son\u010denje z SPF resni\u010dno blokirajo prodiranje UV sevanja v ko\u017eo, <strong>ne blokirajo popolnoma<\/strong> proizvodnje vitamina D v realnem \u017eivljenju.<sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[5]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Med zimskimi meseci ali zaradi omejitev sodobnega \u017eivljenja se lahko izpostavljenost son\u010dni svetlobi <strong>zmanj\u0161a,<\/strong> zato je priporo\u010dljivo dopolnjevati <a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/vitamin-d3-2000-iu-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">vitamin D<\/a> preko <strong>prehrane ali dopolnil.<\/strong> Dobri prehranski viri vitamina D vklju\u010dujejo losos (66% dnevne potrebe na 100 g), sardine (24% dnevne potrebe na 100 g), jajca (5% dnevne potrebe na 100 g) ter gobe in <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/bio-vitamin-d3-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">li\u0161aje<\/a>, ki so bili izpostavljeni son\u010dni svetlobi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kako_delujejo_solariji\"><\/span>Kako delujejo solariji?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Solariji zagotavljajo <strong>hiter in u\u010dinkovit na\u010din<\/strong> za dosego <a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/blog\/najboljsa-zivila-in-hranila-za-bronasto-polt-in-mladostno-kozo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">bronastega sijaja<\/a> skozi vse leto. Namesto da bi ure le\u017eali na soncu, lahko s solarijem dose\u017eete porjavitev <strong>v samo 5 minutah.<\/strong> V preteklosti je bila ta priro\u010dnost razlog, da so solariji postali izjemno priljubljeni.
