U mjesecima kad je sunce najvi\u0161e na nebu, provo\u0111enje vremena u kupa\u0107im kostimima uz vodu savr\u0161en je na\u010din za opu\u0161tanje. U idealnim uvjetima, rezultat je prekrasan <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/sun-kiss-beastpink.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">bron\u010dani ten<\/a>, koji je op\u0107enito estetski ugodan. Ali koja je razlika izme\u0111u sun\u010danja i upotrebe solarija? Mogu li vam solariji pomo\u0107i u proizvodnji vitamina D tijekom zimskih mjeseci? Koji su rizici povezani sa sun\u010danjem u odnosu na upotrebu solarija? To UV zra\u010denje prvenstveno se sastoji od <strong>UVA (95 %) i manjim dijelom UVB (5 %) zraka.<\/strong> Najopasnije UVC zra\u010denje ne dopire do povr\u0161ine Zemlje. <sup><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>UVA zra\u010denje odgovorno je za tamnjenje, dok UVB zrake uzrokuju opekline, <strong>\u0161to dovodi do o\u0161te\u0107enja ko\u017ee.<\/strong> Preplanulost nastaje kad UV zra\u010denje prodre u ko\u017eu i pokrene stanice \u010diji je posao <strong>\u0161tititi ko\u017eu od mogu\u0107ih o\u0161te\u0107enja <\/strong> zbog izlaganja suncu. Te se stanice nazivaju <strong>melanociti.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Melanociti \u010dine otprilike&nbsp;<strong>1 % svih stanica ko\u017ee<\/strong>&nbsp;i svaki je povezan s nekoliko susjednih stanica. Kao odgovor na UV zra\u010denje, melanociti proizvode melanin. Taj tamni oblik melanina odgovoran je za tamniju pigmentaciju ko\u017ee i <strong>kose<\/strong>. Drugi oblik melanina je feomelanin, koji se nalazi u ve\u0107im koli\u010dinama kod osobama s <strong>crvenom kosom. <\/strong>Osobe azijskog porijekla obi\u010dno imaju otprilike dvostruko ve\u0107u koli\u010dinu eumelanina u usporedbi s onima europskog porijekla, dok osobe afri\u010dkog porijekla mogu imati i do \u0161est puta ve\u0107u koli\u010dinu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Za\u0161titna uloga melanina vidljiva je iz u\u010destalosti raka ko\u017ee. Osobe afri\u010dkog podrijetla imaju <strong>do 70 puta manji rizik od razvoja raka ko\u017ee<\/strong> u usporedbi s onima svijetle puti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tamna ko\u017ea<\/strong> propu\u0161ta samo otprilike 17 % UVA i 7 % UVB zra\u010denja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nasuprot tome, <strong>svijetla ko\u017ea<\/strong>, tipi\u010dna za one europskog porijekla, propu\u0161ta \u010dak 55 % UVA i 24 % UVB zra\u010denja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Melanin kod osoba afri\u010dkog porijekla tako\u0111er je&nbsp;<strong>otporniji na propadanje<\/strong>&nbsp;i trajno ostaje u ko\u017ei, dok preplanulost kod Europljana obi\u010dno traje pribli\u017eno <strong>10 dana<\/strong>. Osobe svijetle ko\u017ee i crvene kose, koje obi\u010dno imaju vi\u0161e razine feomelanina, stoga su izlo\u017eene ve\u0107em riziku od razvoja raka ko\u017ee i <strong>trebaju poduzeti dodatne mjere opreza kako bi za\u0161titile svoju ko\u017eu<\/strong>.<sup><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[3]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tamnjenje_proizvodi_vitamin_D\"><\/span>Tamnjenje proizvodi vitamin D<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako nam UVA zra\u010denje mo\u017ee dati preplanuli ten, ono ne stimulira proizvodnju <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/vitamin-d\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">vitamina D<\/a>&nbsp;u ko\u017ei. Taj klju\u010dni proces zahtijeva UVB zra\u010denje. Iako UVB \u010dini samo 5 % UV zra\u010denja koje dopire do povr\u0161ine Zemlje, ono je dovoljno da pokrene kemijsku reakciju u ko\u017ei, pretvaraju\u0107i 7-dehidrokolesterol u vitamin D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vitamin D <strong>klju\u010dan<\/strong> je za zdravlje kostiju jer poma\u017ee u upijanju kalcija. Tako\u0111er mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i u ubla\u017eavanju simptoma depresije, ja\u010danju imunolo\u0161kog sustava i boljoj regulaciji upala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Prema Europskoj agenciji za sigurnost hrane (EFSA), <strong>preporu\u010deni dnevni unos vitamina D je 15 \u00b5g. Koliko se vitamina D proizvodi izlaganjem suncu?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako se <strong>cijelo tijelo<\/strong> izlo\u017ei sun\u010devoj svjetlosti 15 \u2013 20 minuta, \u0161to rezultira <strong>blagom ru\u017ei\u010dastom bojom ko\u017ee<\/strong>, mo\u017ee se proizvesti pribli\u017eno 250 \u00b5g vitamina D. Ta je koli\u010dina nekoliko puta ve\u0107a od dnevne potrebe.<sup><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[4]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Me\u0111utim, dugotrajno izlaganje suncu bez odgovaraju\u0107e za\u0161tite \u010dini vi\u0161e \u0161tete nego koristi i mo\u017ee dovesti do <strong>opeklina i o\u0161te\u0107enja ko\u017ee<\/strong>. Nakon \u0161to se postigne maksimalna proizvodnja vitamina D, tijelo ima za\u0161titni mehanizam koji proizvodi neaktivne metabolite, \u0161to zna\u010di da du\u017ee izlaganje suncu <strong>ne\u0107e rezultirati s vi\u0161e vitamina D.<\/strong><sup><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[4]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako kreme za sun\u010danje sa za\u0161titnim faktorom blokiraju prodiranje UV zra\u010denja u ko\u017eu, <strong>ne blokiraju potpuno<\/strong> proizvodnju vitamina D u stvarnim uvjetima.<sup><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[5]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijekom zimskih mjeseci ili zbog ograni\u010denja modernog \u017eivota, izlo\u017eenost sun\u010devoj svjetlosti <strong>mo\u017ee biti smanjena<\/strong>, zbog \u010dega se preporu\u010duje nadopuna <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/vitamin-d3-2000-iu-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">vitamina D<\/a> putem <strong>prehrane ili dodataka prehrani.<\/strong> Dobri prehrambeni izvori vitamina D uklju\u010duju losos (66 % dnevne potrebe na 100 g), srdele (24 % dnevne potrebe na 100 g), jaja (5 % dnevne potrebe na 100 g) ili gljive i <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/bio-vitamin-d3-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">li\u0161ajeve<\/a> koji su bili izlo\u017eeni sun\u010devoj svjetlosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kako_solariji_funkcioniraju\"><\/span>Kako solariji funkcioniraju?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Solariji pru\u017eaju <strong>brz i u\u010dinkovit na\u010din<\/strong> za postizanje <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/najbolje-namirnice-i-hranjive-tvari-za-preplanuli-ten-i-mladenacku-kozu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">bron\u010danog sjaja<\/a> cijele godine. U pro\u0161losti je ta pogodnost u\u010dinila solarije iznimno popularnima. Me\u0111utim, nalazi istra\u017eivanja o njihovim u\u010dincima na zdravlje i kasniji propisi doveli su do zna\u010dajnog pada njihove upotrebe, pri \u010demu ih <strong>vi\u0161e od polovice biv\u0161ih korisnika sad izbjegava.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Za razliku od sun\u010deve svjetlosti, koja sadr\u017ei svjetlost razli\u010ditih valnih duljina, solariji <strong>prete\u017eno emitiraju UVA zra\u010denje.<\/strong> Ta vrsta zra\u010denja poti\u010de proizvodnju melanina, \u0161to dovodi do preplanulosti. Moderni solariji tako\u0111er emitiraju malu koli\u010dinu UVB zra\u010denja, koje, iako mo\u017ee uzrokovati opekline kod dugotrajnog izlaganja, tako\u0111er poma\u017ee u proizvodnji vitamina D. Zra\u010denje koje dopire do Zemljine povr\u0161ine tamni ko\u017eu, ali tako\u0111er poti\u010de proizvodnju velike koli\u010dine vitamina D. Uz prirodno sun\u010danje mo\u017eete <strong>kontrolirati koliko \u0107ete vremena provesti na suncu,<\/strong> izbjegavaju\u0107i nepotrebne zdravstvene i estetske rizike. Osim toga, intenzivno UVA zra\u010denje odgovorno je za <strong>ubrzano starenje ko\u017ee.<\/strong> Za razliku od sun\u010danja uz vodu, sun\u010danje u solariju brzo je i nema drugih ugodnih aktivnosti kojima biste se mogli baviti na pla\u017ei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Na prvi pogled jasno je da je&nbsp;<strong>kontrolirano sun\u010danje<\/strong>, koje mo\u017ee u\u010diniti ljetne dane ugodnijima,<strong>&nbsp;sigurnija alternativa<\/strong>. Me\u0111utim, klju\u010dno je ne zaboraviti odgovaraju\u0107u za\u0161titu.
