Saut\u00e9 the <strong>finely chopped onion<\/strong> until it\u2019s translucent, then add the <strong>minced beef.<\/strong> <strong>Season with <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/pink-himalayan-salt-fine-gymbeam.html\">salt<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-pepper-black-ground-sonnentor.html\">pepper<\/a>, and cook<\/strong> until the meat is browned all over. Next, <strong>add the can of chopped tomatoes to the mixture,<\/strong> <strong>along with the <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/stevia-sweetened-ketchup-gymbeam.html\">ketchup<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-oregano-sonnentor.html\">oregano<\/a>.<\/strong> Let it all simmer with the lid on for about 15 minutes. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, <strong>sprinkle with salt, and lightly spray with the cooking oil.<\/strong> Bake in the oven at <strong>200 \u00b0C for 10 minutes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Peel the <strong>potatoes<\/strong> and slice them into approximately <strong>3 mm<\/strong> thick slices. Next, prepare the <strong>yoghurt b\u00e9chamel<\/strong> by mixing the<strong> yoghurt with an egg,<\/strong> seasoning generously with <strong>salt,<\/strong> and stirring in the <strong>grated cheddar.<\/strong> Now, start layering everything in a baking dish sprayed with cooking oil. We used a<strong> 20\u00d730 cm<\/strong> dish.
