dok\u00e1\u017eeme <strong>\u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b<\/strong> a <strong>rychle zhubnout<\/strong>. Jedn\u00e1 se o speci\u00e1ln\u00ed <strong>n\u00edzkosacharidovou dietu<\/strong> s netradi\u010dn\u011b <strong>vysok\u00fdm pod\u00edlem tuku<\/strong>, kter\u00fd nadchne nejednoho milovn\u00edka poctiv\u00e9 slaniny nebo vep\u0159ov\u00e9ho b\u016f\u010dku. Dokonce se mluv\u00ed i o jej\u00edch zdravotn\u00edch benefitech a o tom, jak je prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 dostat sv\u00e9 t\u011blo do <strong>ket\u00f3zy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e ale za\u010dnete googlit a zji\u0161\u0165ovat o tomto zp\u016fsobu stravov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00edc, mo\u017en\u00e1 v\u00e1s p\u0159ekvap\u00ed, \u017ee dieta je zn\u00e1m\u00e1 dokonce i ve <strong>sv\u011bt\u011b medic\u00edny<\/strong>. Nejprve si ji osvojili neurologov\u00e9 a a\u017e po des\u00edtk\u00e1ch let se dostala do hled\u00e1\u010dku lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed se pokou\u0161ej\u00ed zhubnout. Je tedy keto dieta ten nejlep\u0161\u00ed a nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zp\u016fsob, jak shazovat necht\u011bn\u00e9 kilogramy? A m\u00e1 i dal\u0161\u00ed benefity?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Co_je_ketogenni_dieta\"><\/span>Co je ketogenn\u00ed dieta?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u011b\u017eko bychom dnes hledali \u010dlov\u011bka, kter\u00fd o n\u00ed nesly\u0161el alespo\u0148 letmo. Jedn\u00e1 se toti\u017e o velmi popul\u00e1rn\u00ed dietu, kter\u00e1 v\u00fdrazn\u011b <strong>omezuje p\u0159\u00edjem sacharid\u016f<\/strong> a naopak klade d\u016fraz na velmi <strong>vysok\u00fd pod\u00edl tuku<\/strong> v j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku. C\u00edlem t\u00e9to diety je dostat t\u011blo do stavu tzv. <strong>ket\u00f3zy<\/strong>, kdy si tvo\u0159\u00ed <strong>ketol\u00e1tky<\/strong> a pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 je jako <strong>zdroj energie nam\u00edsto cukru (gluk\u00f3zy)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta prav\u00e1 a nejp\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ketogenn\u00ed dieta m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt a\u017e <strong>90% obsah tuku<\/strong>, zat\u00edmco sacharidy i b\u00edlkoviny tvo\u0159\u00ed jen zhruba <strong>5 % celkov\u00e9ho kalorick\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edjmu<\/strong>. Zd\u00e1 se v\u00e1m to jako nere\u00e1ln\u00e9 slo\u017een\u00ed j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku? To proto, \u017ee p\u016fvodn\u011b nebyla vytvo\u0159ena pro b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 zdrav\u00e9 lidi, a u\u017e v\u016fbec ne na hubnut\u00ed.&nbsp;<sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[5]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve skute\u010dnosti vznikla jako <strong>terapeutick\u00fd postup<\/strong>, kter\u00fd pom\u00e1h\u00e1 v l\u00e9\u010db\u011b n\u011bkter\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se p\u0159i <strong>metabolick\u00fdch poruch\u00e1ch<\/strong>, nap\u0159\u00edklad kdy\u017e nefunguj\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u011b n\u011bkter\u00e9 enzymy. Je\u0161t\u011b zn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je v\u0161ak v souvislosti s <strong>d\u011btskou epilepsi\u00ed<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 <strong>nereaguje na l\u00e9ky<\/strong>. Ji\u017e v roce 1921 ji l\u00e9ka\u0159i za\u010dali pou\u017e\u00edvat ke zm\u00edrn\u011bn\u00ed epileptick\u00fdch z\u00e1chvat\u016f u t\u011bchto d\u011btsk\u00fdch pacient\u016f. A to se m\u016f\u017ee poda\u0159it, pr\u00e1v\u011b kdy\u017e dostaneme organismus do stavu <strong>ket\u00f3zy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak je ale mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee k takov\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u011b v\u016fbec dojde? Je p\u0159ece zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee na\u0161e t\u011blo b\u011b\u017e\u00ed na <strong>gluk\u00f3ze<\/strong> a u\u017e jen samotn\u00fd mozek j\u00ed denn\u011b spot\u0159ebuje kolem <strong>150 g<\/strong>. M\u016f\u017eeme si to p\u0159edstavit jako takov\u00fd z<strong>\u00e1lo\u017en\u00ed evolu\u010dn\u00ed zdroj v dob\u011b krize<\/strong>, pomoc\u00ed n\u011bho\u017e si t\u011blo dok\u00e1\u017ee <strong>udr\u017eet sv\u00e9 funkce<\/strong>. Kdy\u017e toti\u017e omez\u00edme p\u0159\u00edjem sacharid\u016f na minimum, p\u0159iprav\u00edme t\u011blo o <strong>z\u00e1kladn\u00ed zdroj energie<\/strong>, kter\u00fd vy\u017eivuje v\u011bt\u0161inu bun\u011bk. Tehdy je na m\u00edst\u011b zapnout alternativn\u00ed zp\u016fsoby tvorby energie a vytvo\u0159it <strong>n\u00e1hradn\u00ed palivo<\/strong>. Cestou je tvorba <strong>ketol\u00e1tek<\/strong> (aceton, betahydroxybutar\u00e1t, acetoacet\u00e1t) z tuk\u016f, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b jejich mastn\u00fdch kyselin, kter\u00e1 se odehr\u00e1v\u00e1 v j\u00e1trech. T\u011blo se tak dost\u00e1v\u00e1 do <strong>nutri\u010dn\u00ed ket\u00f3zy<\/strong>, kdy ketol\u00e1tky slou\u017e\u00ed jako hlavn\u00ed zdroj energie pro v\u011bt\u0161inu org\u00e1n\u016f. \u017div\u00ed se jimi tak\u00e9 <strong>svaly, srdce<\/strong> \u010di dokonce <strong>mozek<\/strong>, kter\u00fd za b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed funguje v\u00fdhradn\u011b na gluk\u00f3ze. I v ket\u00f3ze t\u011blo nad\u00e1le pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 gluk\u00f3zu jako zdroj energie, kterou si samy vyrob\u00ed z ostatn\u00edch l\u00e1tek pomoc\u00ed procesu zvan\u00e9ho glukoneogeneze. Jedn\u00e1 se v\u0161ak o minim\u00e1ln\u00ed pod\u00edl ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s ketol\u00e1tkami.&nbsp;<sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[5]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak se nutri\u010dn\u00ed ket\u00f3za li\u0161\u00ed od diabetick\u00e9 ketoacid\u00f3zy?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tyto dva n\u00e1zvy vypadaj\u00ed na prvn\u00ed pohled velmi podobn\u011b. Ve skute\u010dnosti se ale jedn\u00e1 o zcela odli\u0161n\u00e9 stavy. P\u0159i nutri\u010dn\u00ed ket\u00f3ze se t\u011blo, jak jsme si ji\u017e popsali, <strong>p\u0159epne z gluk\u00f3zov\u00e9ho metabolismu na ten tukov\u00fd<\/strong>. Jedn\u00e1 se o stav metabolismu, kter\u00fd je \u010dasto pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n, a ketol\u00e1tky vznikaj\u00ed v mno\u017estv\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je pro t\u011blo bezpe\u010dn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Diabetick\u00e1 ketoacid\u00f3za<\/strong> je naopak v\u00e1\u017en\u00e1 komplikace, kter\u00e1 vznik\u00e1 jako n\u00e1sledek <strong>\u0161patn\u011b l\u00e9\u010den\u00e9 cukrovky<\/strong>, a to <strong>1.<\/strong> a n\u011bkdy i <strong>2. typu<\/strong> (diabetes mellitus 1. a 2. typu). Tehdy nedostatek hormonu inzul\u00ednu zp\u016fsobuje, \u017ee do bun\u011bk se nedost\u00e1v\u00e1 dost gluk\u00f3zy, ze kter\u00e9 t\u011blo pot\u0159ebuje vyrobit energii. Nam\u00edsto toho tvo\u0159\u00ed <strong>nekontrolovan\u00e9<\/strong> a <strong>nadm\u011brn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed ketol\u00e1tek<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 mohou v\u00e9st a\u017e k <strong>acid\u00f3ze v krvi<\/strong>. Jedn\u00e1 se o \u017eivot ohro\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed stav, kter\u00fd pot\u0159ebuje hospitalizaci.
