Son\u010dna svetloba je vir sevanja <b><strong>razli\u010dnih valovnih dol\u017ein<\/strong><\/b><strong>.<\/strong> Poleg vidne svetlobe, ki vam omogo\u010da, da vidite svet okoli sebe, vklju\u010duje tudi <b><strong>infrarde\u010de<\/strong><\/b> sevanje, ki ga poznamo kot toploto ter <b><strong>ultravijoli\u010dno sevanje<\/strong><\/b><strong>,<\/strong> ki sicer ni vidno, a so njegovi u\u010dinki dobro znani. Poleg tega lahko UV sevanje dodatno razdelimo na UVA, UVB in UVC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>UVC skoraj v celoti absorbira ozonska plast.<\/strong> To je dobra novica, saj se to sevanje uporablja v germicidnih svetilkah za dezinfekcijo. Zelo dobro se absorbira v molekuli DNK, zato u\u010dinkovito uni\u010duje mikroorganizme.<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b><strong>UVB<\/strong><\/b> je sevanje, ki <b><strong>povzro\u010da son\u010dne opekline na ko\u017ei<\/strong><\/b><strong>.<\/strong> \u010ceprav ve\u010dino absorbira atmosfera, majhen odstotek dose\u017ee povr\u0161je Zemlje. To sevanje je tudi <b><strong>nujno za sintezo<\/strong><\/b> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/blog\/vitamin-d-in-vse-kar-morate-vedeti-o-njem\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><b><strong>vitamina D<\/strong><\/b><\/a><strong>.<\/strong> Vendar pa je njegova korist odvisna od odmerka \u2013 preve\u010d povzro\u010di obse\u017ene po\u0161kodbe DNK v ko\u017enih celicah. Prav tako spodbuja proizvodnjo vnetnih snovi.<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b><strong>UVA<\/strong><\/b> predstavlja ve\u010dino UV sevanja, ki dose\u017ee povr\u0161je Zemlje. <b><strong>UVA je odgovoren za son\u010dne opekline<\/strong><\/b><strong>,<\/strong> saj prodira globoko pod povr\u0161je ko\u017ee, kjer se nahajajo omenjeni melanociti. Tako kot UVC in UVB, tudi UVA na dolgi rok ni popolnoma varen. Ta \u0161koda nastane neposredno ali posredno. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Neposredne po\u0161kodbe<\/strong> so zna\u010dilne za <strong>UVB<\/strong> in povzro\u010dajo <strong>mutacije,<\/strong> ki se v ve\u010dini primerov popravijo. \u010ce do popravila ne pride, je treba celico zavre\u010di. Mutirane celice, ki jim uspe pre\u017eiveti, lahko s\u010dasoma postanejo rakave.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Posredne po\u0161kodbe<\/strong> povzro\u010da oksidativni stres zaradi nastajanja <strong>prostih radikalov<\/strong> in so odgovorne tudi za napake pri transkripciji DNK, ki lahko privedejo do ko\u017enega raka.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>To so razlogi, zakaj se morate pred son\u010dnimi \u017earki ustrezno za\u0161\u010dititi. Nastajanje melanina in porjavelosti poteka postopoma in hkrati s po\u0161kodbami ko\u017ee. Te po\u0161kodbe se pojavijo \u017ee med procesom porjavitve. <strong>Neza\u0161\u010ditena ko\u017ea<\/strong> je po dalj\u0161i izpostavljenosti son\u010dnim \u017earkom s\u010dasoma <strong>ope\u010dena.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kaj_so_potem_soncne_opekline\"><\/span>Kaj so potem son\u010dne opekline?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dolgotrajna izpostavljenost soncu brez ustrezne za\u0161\u010dite spodbuja nastajanje prostih radikalov v ko\u017ei, ki spro\u017eijo <strong>vnetno reakcijo.<\/strong> Zato je ko\u017ea, ope\u010dena na soncu, rde\u010da in topla. To vnetje pa se pojavi \u017ee med son\u010denjem, torej \u0161e pred samo son\u010dno opeklino in je odgovorno za <strong>pospe\u0161eno staranje ko\u017ee,<\/strong> ki ga spremljata tanj\u0161anje ko\u017ee in nastajanje gub. Po\u0161kodovana in stanj\u0161ana ko\u017ea se tudi zelo hitro <strong>izsu\u0161i.<\/strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[5]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1124\" height=\"749\" src=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.sk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Navrh-bez-nazvu-2.png\" alt=\"Opekline na ko\u017ei\" class=\"wp-image-602248\" title=\"Opekline na ko\u017ei\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Navrh-bez-nazvu-2.png 1124w, https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Navrh-bez-nazvu-2-400x267.png 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1124px) 100vw, 1124px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Vnetna reakcija potrebuje \u010das, zato se simptomi son\u010dne opekline pojavijo \u0161ele nekaj ur kasneje. <b><strong>Najhuj\u0161a bole\u010dina in rde\u010dica<\/strong><\/b> se obi\u010dajno pojavita <b><strong>po 24 urah<\/strong><\/b><strong>,<\/strong> prvi <b><strong>znaki izbolj\u0161anja<\/strong><\/b> pa se za\u010dnejo kazati <b><strong>po 48 urah.<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Son\u010dne opekline so najpogosteje <strong>opekline prve stopnje.<\/strong> V huj\u0161ih primerih lahko son\u010dne opekline povzro\u010dijo opekline druge stopnje, ki jih spremljajo mehurji. Opekline tretje stopnje so malo verjetne, vendar ne nemogo\u010de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Son\u010dna opeklina je tipi\u010dna opeklina, glede na njeno pojavnost pa obstajajo tri vrste:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Opeklina prve stopnje,<\/strong> za katero sta zna\u010dilni rde\u010dica ko\u017ee in bole\u010dina, vendar se simptomi po 2 do 3 dneh umirijo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Opekline druge stopnje<\/strong> so huj\u0161e in pojavijo se mehurji. Zdravljenje lahko traja do 10 dni.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Opekline tretje stopnje<\/strong> so najhuj\u0161e in malo verjetno je, da so nastale zaradi nepravilne izpostavljenosti soncu. Vendar so mo\u017ene, spremljajo pa jih hude po\u0161kodbe ko\u017ee, mehurji in brazgotine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Zascitite_se_pred_opeklinami\"><\/span>Za\u0161\u010ditite se pred opeklinami<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pred son\u010dnimi opeklinami se je najbolje za\u0161\u010dititi s <strong>kremo za son\u010denje z za\u0161\u010ditnim faktorjem SPF (son\u010dni za\u0161\u010ditni faktor).<\/strong> SPF je \u0161tevilka, ki predstavlja dele\u017e prepu\u0161\u010denih UV-\u017earkov in je navedena na embala\u017ei kreme za son\u010denje. Na primer SPF 30 prepu\u0161\u010da 1\/30 ali 3,33% UV-\u017earkov do ko\u017ee. Za faktor SPF 50 je ta \u0161tevilka 1\/50 ali 2%. To pomeni, da SPF50 \u0161\u010diti 1,65-krat bolje kot SPF30. Z drugimi besedami, SPF50 prepu\u0161\u010da 165% manj UV-sevanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SPF deluje predvsem po dveh na\u010delih: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prvi je <strong>kemi\u010dni,<\/strong> pri katerem je v kremi za son\u010denje snov, ki lahko absorbira UV \u017earke in jim tako prepre\u010di prodiranje v ko\u017eo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drugi na\u010din je ustvarjanje <strong>fizi\u010dne ovire,<\/strong> najpogosteje z minerali, kot sta cinkov oksid ali titanov dioksid.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1124\" height=\"749\" src=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.sk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Navrh-bez-nazvu-1.png\" alt=\"Za\u0161\u010dita pred opeklinami na ko\u017ei\" class=\"wp-image-602264\" title=\"Za\u0161\u010dita pred opeklinami na ko\u017ei\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Navrh-bez-nazvu-1.png 1124w, https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Navrh-bez-nazvu-1-400x267.png 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1124px) 100vw, 1124px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Pomembno je tudi, da pravilno uporabljate za\u0161\u010dito pred soncem s faktorjem SPF. Najbolje je, da se s kremo za son\u010denje nama\u017eete <strong>20 minut pred son\u010denjem.<\/strong> Ne pozabite na obraz, u\u0161esa, vrat in druga mesta, ki jih pogosto zanemarimo. Po pribli\u017eno eni uri se je dobro ponovno namazati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Krema za son\u010denje se med plavanjem izpira, zato je kljub njeni vodoodpornosti najbolje ponovno nanesti kremo <b><strong>po plavanju<\/strong><\/b><strong>. <\/strong>Poleg kreme za son\u010denje je smiselno razmisliti tudi o za\u0161\u010diti v obliki son\u010dnih o\u010dal in pokrival, kot je <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/kape-s-scitnikom\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">klobuk<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Najnevarnej\u0161e<\/strong> je son\u010denje v \u010dasu kosila, zato se mu raje izogibajte. Son\u010dna svetloba, ki pada na tla, je v tem \u010dasu najintenzivnej\u0161a, saj prehaja skozi tanj\u0161o plast ozra\u010dja.
