Mix quark&nbsp;with the <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-extra-virgin-olive-oil-vanavita.html\"><b><strong>oil<\/strong><\/b><\/a><b><strong>, add the <\/strong><\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/flours\"><b><strong>flour<\/strong><\/b><\/a><b><strong>, <\/strong><\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-cane-sugar-vanavita.html\"><b><strong>sugar<\/strong><\/b><\/a><b><strong>, <\/strong><\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/pink-himalayan-salt-fine-gymbeam.html\"><b><strong>salt<\/strong><\/b><\/a><b><strong> and soda<\/strong><\/b> and make a smooth, non-sticky dough. Shape it into two equal-sized buns and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place in a preheated oven at<b><strong> 180\u00b0C and bake until golden brown<\/strong><\/b>, about 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Then proceed with the <b><strong>Hollandaise sauce<\/strong><\/b>. Whisk the <b><strong>egg yolk with the wine vinegar <\/strong><\/b>in a water bath with a whisk until it thickens. Then very slowly add 60 g of melted butter, whisking constantly. Continue this way until all the butter or <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/pure-ghee-gymbeam.html\">ghee<\/a> has been whisked into the sauce.
