Breche ihn dann mit den H\u00e4nden in kleine St\u00fccke und lege ihn beiseite. Von dem \u00fcbrig gebliebenen Korpus <strong>schneide eine d\u00fcnne Schicht am Rand ab<\/strong>, die beim Backen gebr\u00e4unt ist, damit er auch an der Seite sch\u00f6n gr\u00fcn ist.
