Za <strong>ide\u00e1ln\u00edch podm\u00ednek<\/strong> je v\u00fdsledkem kr\u00e1sn\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/sun-kiss-beastpink.html\">bronzov\u00e9 op\u00e1len\u00ed<\/a>, kter\u00e9 pova\u017eujeme za esteticky p\u016fsobiv\u00e9. Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed podm\u00ednky samoz\u0159ejm\u011b znamenaj\u00ed spr\u00e1vnou ochranu, pou\u017eit\u00ed opalovac\u00edch kr\u00e9m\u016f s ochrann\u00fdm faktorem a zdravou d\u00e1vku slune\u010dn\u00edho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed. Toto UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed tvo\u0159\u00ed p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b <strong>UVA (95 %)<\/strong> <strong>a mal\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st UVB (5 %).<\/strong> Nejnebezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed UVC z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed se na zemsk\u00fd povrch nedost\u00e1v\u00e1.<sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[1]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>UVA je zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9 za op\u00e1len\u00ed, zat\u00edmco UVB z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed zp\u016fsobuje sp\u00e1len\u00ed <strong>vedouc\u00ed k pop\u00e1lenin\u00e1m<\/strong>. Op\u00e1len\u00ed vznik\u00e1, kdy\u017e UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed pronik\u00e1 poko\u017ekou a aktivuje bu\u0148ky, jejich\u017e \u00fakolem je <strong>chr\u00e1nit k\u016f\u017ei p\u0159ed po\u0161kozen\u00edm<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 hroz\u00ed p\u0159i vystaven\u00ed se slune\u010dn\u00edmu z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed. Tyto bu\u0148ky se naz\u00fdvaj\u00ed <strong>melanocyty<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Melanocyty tvo\u0159\u00ed zhruba<strong> 1 % v\u0161ech bun\u011bk poko\u017eky<\/strong> a ka\u017ed\u00fd z nich je spojen s n\u011bkolika sousedn\u00edmi bu\u0148kami. V melanocytech prob\u00edh\u00e1 produkce melaninu jako odpov\u011b\u010f na UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed. Rozd\u00edly zbarven\u00ed poko\u017eky nesouvis\u00ed s po\u010dtem melanocyt\u016f, ale s jejich <strong>aktivitou a typem melaninu, kter\u00fd produkuj\u00ed<\/strong>. Nejv\u00edce zastoupen je u v\u0161ech typ\u016f poko\u017eky eumelanin. Jedn\u00e1 se o tmavou formu melaninu, kter\u00e1 je zodpov\u011bdn\u00e1 za tmav\u00e9 zbarven\u00ed nejen poko\u017eky, ale <strong>tak\u00e9 vlas\u016f<\/strong>. Druhou formou melaninu je pheomelanin, kter\u00e9ho maj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed <strong>zrzav\u00ed lid\u00e9<\/strong>. Lid\u00e9 asijsk\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu maj\u00ed zhruba dvojn\u00e1sobn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed eumelaninu ne\u017e Evropan\u00e9, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e lid\u00e9 africk\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu mohou m\u00edt \u0161estin\u00e1sobn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ochrann\u00e1 funkce melaninu je o\u010dividn\u00e1 ji\u017e z incidence rakoviny k\u016f\u017ee. Lid\u00e9 africk\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu maj\u00ed <strong>a\u017e 70\u00d7 ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed riziko rakoviny k\u016f\u017ee<\/strong> ne\u017e lid\u00e9 se sv\u011btlou poko\u017ekou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tmav\u00e1 poko\u017eka<\/strong> propust\u00ed jen kolem 17 % UVA a 7 % UVB z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sv\u011btl\u00e1 poko\u017eka<\/strong> lid\u00ed s evropsk\u00fdmi ko\u0159eny propust\u00ed a\u017e 55 % UVA a 24 % UVB z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Melanin u lid\u00ed africk\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu je tak\u00e9 <strong>odoln\u00fd v\u016f\u010di degradaci<\/strong> a setrv\u00e1v\u00e1 v k\u016f\u017ei permanentn\u011b, zat\u00edmco op\u00e1len\u00ed Evropan\u00e9 si ztmavnut\u00ed poko\u017eky u\u017eij\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b <strong>10 dn\u00ed<\/strong>. Tohoto melaninu maj\u00ed v\u00edce lid\u00e9 se sv\u011btlou poko\u017ekou a zrzav\u00fdmi vlasy. Proto jsou i rizikovou skupinou pro vznik rakoviny k\u016f\u017ee a <strong>m\u011bli by db\u00e1t na dostate\u010dnou ochranu<\/strong>.<sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[3]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Opalovanim_se_tvori_vitamin_D\"><\/span>Opalov\u00e1n\u00edm se tvo\u0159\u00ed vitamin D<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>UVA z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed n\u00e1s sice op\u00e1l\u00ed, ale nedok\u00e1\u017ee stimulovat tvorbu <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/vitamin-d\">vitaminu D<\/a> v k\u016f\u017ei. K tomu je zapot\u0159eb\u00ed UVB. P\u0159esto\u017ee jej na zemsk\u00fd povrch dopad\u00e1 jen 5 %, dok\u00e1\u017ee v k\u016f\u017ei spustit chemickou reakci, kter\u00e1 p\u0159em\u011b\u0148uje 7-dihydrocholesterol na vitamin D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vitamin D je <strong>nesm\u00edrn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd<\/strong> pro zdrav\u00ed kost\u00ed, nebo\u0165 napom\u00e1h\u00e1 vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00e1pn\u00edku.
