To neravnovesje vodi do <strong>prekomernega kopi\u010denja ma\u0161\u010dobe,<\/strong> kar je glavni vzrok za prekomerno telesno te\u017eo. Ko to prekomerno kopi\u010denje ma\u0161\u010dobe prese\u017ee dolo\u010deno mejo (npr. ITM nad 30 kg\/m\u00b2) in povzro\u010di kroni\u010dne zdravstvene te\u017eave, govorimo o debelosti.<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kopi\u010denje podko\u017ene ma\u0161\u010dobe morda ni velik zdravstveni problem, vendar je bolj zaskrbljujo\u010da <strong>visceralna ma\u0161\u010doba,<\/strong> ki se nabira v trebu\u0161ni votlini okoli notranjih organov. Enostavno ga lahko izra\u010dunate s pomo\u010djo spletnega <a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/blog\/calculator-imc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">ITM kalkulatorja<\/a>. Oseba z ITM nad 25 kg\/m\u00b2 se uvr\u0161\u010da med osebe s prekomerno te\u017eo, oseba z ITM nad 30 kg\/m\u00b2 pa se klasificira kot debela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Izra\u010dunavanje ITM je enostaven na\u010din za dolo\u010ditev, ali je potrebno spremeniti prehranjevalne navade in pove\u010dati telesno aktivnost. Vendar pa je preprostost ITM tudi njegova slabost. <strong>Ne upo\u0161teva sestave telesa,<\/strong> zato lahko oseba z vi\u0161jim dele\u017eem mi\u0161i\u010dne mase pade v obmo\u010dje prekomerne te\u017ee glede na ITM. Vendar pa ljudje pridobivajo te\u017eo z razli\u010dnimi hitrostmi na razli\u010dnih mestih. To se zgodi, ko se LDL delci za\u010dnejo nalagati v stene krvnih \u017eil, kar povzro\u010di vnetje, ki vodi do aterosklerotskih oblog, ki s\u010dasoma rastejo. \u010ce to stanje vztraja, lahko vodi do zama\u0161itve arterij in sr\u010dnega napada.<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[9]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Prekomerna telesna te\u017ea in debelost sta prav tako povezani z <strong>metaboli\u010dnim sindromom,<\/strong> ki se ka\u017ee v visokem krvnem tlaku, visokih ravneh krvnega sladkorja, dislipidemiji, nizkih ravneh HDL holesterola ter velikem obsegu pasu (nad 102 cm pri mo\u0161kih in nad 88 cm pri \u017eenskah). \u010ce ima oseba <strong>vsaj tri od teh petih dejavnikov,<\/strong> ji diagnosticirajo metaboli\u010dni sindrom.<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[10]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vnetni proces v telesu in oksidativni stres ne vodita le do kardiovaskularnih bolezni, ampak tudi do <strong>nekaterih vrst raka.<\/strong> Nepravilno urejen imunski sistem, ki naj bi prepoznaval in uni\u010deval po\u0161kodovane in potencialno rakave celice, ne deluje pravilno. <strong>Oksidativni stres,<\/strong> ki ga povzro\u010data prekomerna telesna te\u017ea in debelost, lahko po\u0161koduje DNA v celicah. \u010ce takih mutiranih celic imunski sistem ne uni\u010di, se tveganje za raka pove\u010da.<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[11]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zato bi morala biti <strong>motivacija za<\/strong> <a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/blog\/kako-shujsati\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>huj\u0161anje<\/strong><\/a>, \u010de ste prekomerno te\u017eki ali debeli, ne le estetska, ampak tudi <strong>zdravstvena.<\/strong> Debelost je bolezen, ki letno ubije milijone ljudi. Ve\u010dina procesov je nadzorovana z velikim \u0161tevilom genov, katerih u\u010dinki se se\u0161tevajo. <strong>Vsaka oseba<\/strong> je na svoj na\u010din <strong>mutant<\/strong> z mutacijami na razli\u010dnih mestih v razli\u010dnih genih. Nekatere mutacije imajo vidne u\u010dinke, kot so barva las, o\u010di ali polt. Druge so manj o\u010ditne in vplivajo na notranje telesne procese. V\u010dasih lahko ena sama mutacija v enem genu povzro\u010di bolezen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pogosto so predispozicije za bolezni le rahlo vplivane z eno mutacijo, odvisno od \u017eivljenjskega sloga in drugih genov. To pomeni, da lahko pomemben del odgovornosti za svoje zdravje prevzamete sami, \u010deprav geni lahko ote\u017eijo stvari. To velja tudi za telesno te\u017eo in debelost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Na vpra\u0161anje, ali so geni odgovorni za prekomerno telesno te\u017eo in debelost, imamo razmeroma dober odgovor. <strong>Iz genetskega vidika lo\u010dimo med dvema vrstama debelosti,<\/strong> kjer geni igrajo pomembno ali manj pomembno vlogo.<mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[12]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1124\" height=\"749\" src=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.sk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image7-1124x749.jpg\" alt=\"Genetski laboratorij\" class=\"wp-image-601241\" title=\"Genetski laboratorij\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image7-1124x749.jpg 1124w, https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image7-400x267.jpg 400w, https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image7.jpg 1254w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1124px) 100vw, 1124px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Monogena debelost<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vrsta debelosti, ki jo v celoti povzro\u010dajo geni, se imenuje <strong>monogena<\/strong> debelost. Ime nakazuje, da gre za bolezen, ki jo povzro\u010di mutacija v enem samem genu. Monogena debelost prizadene le pribli\u017eno <strong>5% vseh debelih<\/strong> ljudi po vsem svetu. Ker je gensko dolo\u010dena, se za\u010dne v otro\u0161tvu in jo je zelo te\u017eko prepre\u010diti. Vpliv \u017eivljenjskega sloga na razvoj monogene debelosti je minimalen. Na prvi pogled se lahko zdi, da geni, ki povzro\u010dajo monogeno debelost, na nek na\u010din vodijo do pretirane shranjevanja ma\u0161\u010dob.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Res je, da gre tudi pri monogeni debelosti, na katero v veliki meri vplivajo geni, \u0161e vedno za <strong>kalorijsko ravnote\u017eje.<\/strong> Eden najbolje preu\u010denih genov, ki povzro\u010da to stanje, je gen za <strong>leptinske receptorje<\/strong> (LEPR). Ta receptor je klju\u010den za uravnavanje vnosa hrane. Klju\u010den je za signalizacijo leptina, ki mo\u017eganom nenehno posreduje povratne informacije o stanju zalog energije (ma\u0161\u010dobe). <strong>Leptin<\/strong> je hormon, ki ga proizvaja ma\u0161\u010dobno tkivo. Sistem je preprost: <strong>ve\u010d ma\u0161\u010dobe ima oseba, ve\u010d leptina dose\u017ee mo\u017egane.<\/strong> Na podlagi tega mo\u017egani vedo, koliko ma\u0161\u010dobe je v telesu in lahko uravnavajo vnos hrane, da ohranijo zaloge za te\u017eke \u010dase. Ko se koli\u010dina ma\u0161\u010dobnega tkiva zmanj\u0161a, se raven leptina zni\u017ea, kar signalizira mo\u017eganom, da naj shranjujejo energijo ali jo dopolnijo. Ko se ma\u0161\u010dobno tkivo pove\u010da, raven leptina naraste, kar signalizira mo\u017eganom, da je potrebne manj hrane in se lahko porabi ve\u010d energije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pod normalnimi pogoji ta sistem deluje dobro. Pri monogeni debelosti, ki jo povzro\u010da mutacija v genu za leptinske receptorje, je ta sistem tako moten, da mo\u017egani nenehno mislijo, da ni dovolj ma\u0161\u010dobe in da je treba zaloge dopolniti. To vodi do <strong>prekomernega u\u017eivanja hrane (hiperfagije),<\/strong> kar oseba z mutacijo ne more nadzorovati, ker se njeni mo\u017egani ne odzivajo na leptin in so v stanju \u201estradanja\u201c.<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[13]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zelo redka mutacija, ki se pojavi pri manj kot 100 ljudeh po vsem svetu, je mutacija <strong>v genu za leptin sam.<\/strong> Ta mutacija pogosto povzro\u010di <strong>pomanjkanje leptina.<\/strong> \u010ce leptin v telesu ni proizveden, ali pa je proizvedena nefunkcionalna, mutirana razli\u010dica, mo\u017egani ne prejmejo signala o zalogah ma\u0161\u010dobe, kar spodbuja nenehno prehranjevanje. Tako kot pri mutacijah receptorjev za leptin tudi oseba s tem stanje ne more nadzorovati vnosa hrane.<mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[14]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1124\" height=\"752\" src=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.sk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image4-1124x752.jpg\" alt=\"Telesna te\u017ea\" class=\"wp-image-601247\" title=\"Telesna te\u017ea\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image4-1124x752.jpg 1124w, https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image4-400x268.jpg 400w, https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image4.jpg 1252w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1124px) 100vw, 1124px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Poligenetska debelost<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Debelost, kjer geni igrajo bolj ali manj pomembno vlogo, imenujemo <strong>poligenetska<\/strong> debelost. Pojavi se zaradi mutacij v \u0161tevilnih genih, pri \u010demer ima vsak posamezen gen minimalen vpliv. Ta vrsta debelosti prizadene <strong>preostalih 95% debelih posameznikov<\/strong> in nanjo vpliva predvsem \u017eivljenjski slog. Obstajajo \u0161tevilni geni, povezani s poligenetsko debelostjo, o mnogih od njih pa \u0161e vedno vemo le malo. \u010ceprav so funkcije mnogih \u0161e neznane, jih lahko prepoznamo v \u0161tudijah, ki primerjajo gene debelih in nedebelih posameznikov. Genetika, ki jo bolje razumemo, pogosto vklju\u010duje iste gene kot pri monogenetski debelosti, vendar z <strong>razli\u010dnimi mutacijami.<\/strong> Razli\u010dne mutacije imajo lahko razli\u010dne u\u010dinke. Medtem ko ena lahko tako resno moti signalizacijo leptina, da postane vnos hrane neobvladljiv, lahko druga le rahlo pove\u010da apetit. Tako je gen LEPR omenjen tudi med geni z manj\u0161im u\u010dinkom.<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[14]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Eden izmed znanih genov, povezanih s poligenetsko debelostjo, je <strong>gen FTO<\/strong> (gen povezan z ma\u0161\u010dobno maso in debelostjo). Variante tega gena so bile identificirane pri debelih in prekomerno te\u017ekih posameznikih. Njegova funkcija ni popolnoma razumljena, vendar so nekatere njegove mutacije povezane s <strong>pove\u010dano proizvodnjo leptina, spremenjeno lokalizacijo leptinskih receptorjev in pove\u010danjem vnosa hrane.<\/strong> Hipoteti\u010dno je, da mutacije v regulativnih regijah vplivajo na druge gene v bli\u017eini gena FTO.<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[15] <\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160e en zanimiv gen je <strong>FGF21,<\/strong> ki kodira hormon, ki nadzira <strong>\u017eeljo po sladkorju.<\/strong> Ljudje z dolo\u010deno mutacijo v tem genu proizvajajo manj FGF21, kar zmanj\u0161uje potro\u0161njo sladkorja. Pove\u010dana \u017eelja po sladkorju in njegova zasvojitev pove\u010dujeta tveganje za prenajedanje in pridobivanje telesne te\u017ee.<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[16, 17]<\/sup> <\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ceprav je <strong>\u017eivljenjski slog klju\u010dnega pomena<\/strong> pri poligenejski debelosti in imajo geni manj\u0161i vpliv, ni povsem pravilno pri\u010dakovati, da bodo spremembe \u017eivljenjskega sloga preproste za osebo z debelostjo. Nekdo, ki je prekomerno te\u017eek ali debel, nima motenega sistema leptinskega signala zaradi genov, temve\u010d <strong>zaradi na\u010dina \u017eivljenja.<\/strong> Odve\u010dna telesna ma\u0161\u010doba povzro\u010da dolgotrajen prese\u017eek leptina, na katerega se mo\u017egani navadijo. Tako kot se lahko razvije odpornost na inzulin, lahko nastopi tudi odpornost na leptin, pri kateri mo\u017egani ne reagirajo ve\u010d na signale iz ma\u0161\u010dobnega tkiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Podobno kot pri monogenejski debelosti, kjer posameznik ne more nadzorovati vnosa hrane zaradi pomanjkanja leptina, pri poligenejski debelosti mo\u017egani postanejo navajeni visokih ravni leptina. Ko posku\u0161ate izgubiti te\u017eo, se ravni leptina zni\u017eajo in mo\u017egani prejmejo enak signal kot pri genetski motnji: \u201epomanjkanje hrane, potreba po dopolnitvi rezerv.\u201c To se zgodi kljub temu, da so rezerve popolnoma zadostne. To je eden glavnih razlogov, zakaj je <strong>izguba te\u017ee izziv<\/strong> za ljudi s prekomerno te\u017eo in debelostjo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nekatere razli\u010dice omenjenih genov in nagnjenosti k ve\u010djemu vnosu hrane ter ve\u010dji te\u017ei lahko odkrijete tudi s pomo\u010djo <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/komplet-za-napredni-dnk-test-tellmegen.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">razpolo\u017eljivih genetskih testov<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Zakljucna_misel\"><\/span>Zaklju\u010dna misel<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Za ve\u010dino primerov debelosti je glavni dejavnik <strong>na\u010din \u017eivljenja<\/strong> <strong>in ne genetika.<\/strong> Primeri, kjer je jasno, da je genetika vzrok debelosti, so zelo te\u017eko obvladljivi s spremembami v na\u010dinu \u017eivljenja. U\u010dinek mutacij je tako mo\u010dan, da je za dosego sprememb, ki so mo\u017ene pri preostalih 95% oseb z debelostjo, prakti\u010dno nemogo\u010de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ceprav lahko &#8220;obto\u017eimo&#8221; \u017eivljenjski slog, je \u0161e vedno izredno te\u017eko, da posamezniki z debelostjo opustijo na\u010din \u017eivljenja, ki jih je pripeljal do te bolezni. Mo\u017egani, navajeni ne le na kroni\u010dno visoke ravni leptina, temve\u010d tudi na <a aria-label=\" (odpre se v novem zavihku)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/blog\/dopamin-prinasa-veselje-in-motivacijo-vendar-je-njegova-prekomerna-kolicina-lahko-skodljiva-ali-potrebujete-razstrupljanje-od-dopamina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">stimulacijo dopamina<\/a> iz hrane, so te\u017eko reprogramirani. Prekomerna te\u017ea in debelost spro\u017eita du\u0161evne motnje, ki spremembe \u017eivljenjskega sloga skoraj onemogo\u010dijo. Ne glede na to, ali genetika povzro\u010da debelost ali ne, je to stanje, ki zahteva strokovno pomo\u010d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kaj pa pozitivne ugotovitve? <\/strong>V ve\u010dini primerov je debelost enostavno prepre\u010dljiva. \u010ce oseba ne zaide v neskon\u010den cikel prenajedanja in pomanjkanja telesne aktivnosti, lahko u\u010dinkovito prepre\u010di debelost in s tem povezane zdravstvene te\u017eave. <strong>To velja ne glede na to, ali imajo predispozicijo za ve\u010dji apetit.<\/strong> Obstaja velika verjetnost, da ima 95 od 100 ljudi svoje zdravje v lastnih rokah.<strong> &#8220;Zdrava debelost&#8221; ne obstaja.<\/strong> Ta izraz se je pojavil pri primerih, kjer prekomerno te\u017eki posamezniki \u0161e niso kazali simptomov metaboli\u010dnega sindroma. Vendar je to le prehodno stanje, tveganje za kroni\u010dne bolezni pa nara\u0161\u010da pri ITM nad 30.<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[17]<\/sup><\/mark> Kaj je najbolj\u0161a metoda prepre\u010devanja? <strong>Zadostna telesna aktivnost,<\/strong> ki naj vklju\u010duje vsaj 150 minut aerobne aktivnosti in vsaj dve vadbi za mo\u010d na teden. <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[18, 19]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vendar telesna aktivnost sama po sebi ni dovolj, \u010de vnos kalorij presega porabljene kalorije, zato je <a aria-label=\" (odpre se v novem zavihku)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/blog\/kaj-je-zdrava-prehrana-in-kako-se-nauciti-jesti-zdravo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>uravnote\u017eena prehrana<\/strong><\/a> <strong>z zadostnim dele\u017eem <a aria-label=\"beljakovin (odpre se v novem zavihku)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/blog\/beljakovine-njihove-funkcije-v-telesu-priporocen-vnos-prehranski-viri-in-simptomi-pomanjkanja\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">beljakovin<\/a> in <a aria-label=\" (odpre se v novem zavihku)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/blog\/psyllium-koristne-vlaknine-ne-samo-za-pravilno-prebavo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">vlaknin<\/a><\/strong> prav tako klju\u010dna. Idealno bi bilo, da se izogibate visoko predelani hrani, ki jo je lahko prekomerno u\u017eivati. Dober na\u010din, da se izognete prenajedanju sladkarij in druge okusne, vendar nezdrave hrane, je <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/blog\/kako-hitro-zaspati-preizkusite-te-preproste-nasvete-za-boljsi-spanec\/\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>zadostna koli\u010dina spanja<\/strong><\/a>.
