Deshalb haben wir heute diese selbstgebackenen Proteinriegel gemacht, die du immer zur Hand haben kannst, wenn du hungrig bist oder Lust auf etwas Leckeres hast. Der Riegel ist ern\u00e4hrungsphysiologisch ausgewogen und s\u00e4ttigend. Mische alles zusammen. Gib dann die <strong>Milch<\/strong> hinzu und mische sie erneut. Das Ziel ist es, eine saftige, aber nicht zu klebrige Masse zu erhalten. Wir <strong>haben 6 Riegel gemacht,<\/strong> aber das h\u00e4ngt davon ab, wie gro\u00df deine Form ist. Wenn du sie in einer anderen rechteckigen Form hattest, schneide sie jetzt in Riegel. Lege die fertigen St\u00fccke in eine <strong>Schachtel oder wickle sie in Folie<\/strong> und stelle sie wieder in den K\u00fchlschrank. Auf diese Weise zubereitet, sind sie mehrere Tage haltbar.
