Zato je va\u017eno brinuti se ne samo o svojim bicepsima ili \u010dvrstoj stra\u017enjici, ve\u0107 i o na\u010dinu razmi\u0161ljanja. <strong>Zapravo,<\/strong> <strong>mentalni sklop mo\u017ee uvelike pomo\u0107i u tome kako pristupiti izazovnim vremenima i raznim situacijama<\/strong> koje \u017eivot postavlja ispred vas. Stoga \u0107emo u dana\u0161njem \u010dlanku govoriti o tome kako se prepustiti treningu snage svog uma i raditi na odr\u017eavanju zdravog na\u010dina razmi\u0161ljanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div vrste na\u010dina razmi\u0161ljanja poznajete?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prije nego \u0161to prije\u0111emo na savjete, bilo bi lijepo definirati barem osnovne pojmove koji \u0107e vam pomo\u0107i da bolje razumijete \u010dari svog mentalnog sklopa. Pa, \u0161to je to uop\u0107e? Mentalni sklop mo\u017ee se definirati kao zami\u0161ljeni paket koji sadr\u017ei va\u0161e stavove, misli i uvjerenja. Oni zatim<strong> oblikuju na\u010din na koji nastupate, razmi\u0161ljate i kako se osje\u0107ate ili pona\u0161ate u odre\u0111enim situacijama.<\/strong> Na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja stoga mo\u017ee igrati klju\u010dnu ulogu u va\u0161em \u017eivotu i postizanju raznih ciljeva. Na temelju toga poznajemo dvije osnovne vrste mentalnih sklopova<b><strong> &#8211; fiksni mentalni sklop i <strong class=\"keyword\">mentalni sklop rasta<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/b> <sup><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[1 &#8211; 2]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fiksni mentalni sklop<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010clanovi ovog tima vjeruju da je na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja stabilan i nepromjenjiv dio \u010dovjeka. To zna\u010di da su kvalitete poput inteligencije i talenta <strong>uro\u0111eni darovi i na njih se ne mo\u017ee utjecati.<\/strong> Zatim se vode tom teorijom u stvarnom \u017eivotu. Uspjeh ili neuspjeh vide kao nepokolebljivu etiketu koja im je prilijepljena u ra\u0111aonici. Za njih je to <strong>ne\u0161to s \u010dime se ra\u0111a i s \u010dime se mora umrijeti.<\/strong> Ovakav na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja \u010desto ograni\u010dava osobni rast jer ljudi \u010desto osje\u0107aju da<strong> neke stvari jednostavno ne mogu u\u010diniti<\/strong> i isto tako da nije u njihovoj mo\u0107i da to promijene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cesto tada niti ne poku\u0161avaju utjecati na ishod i svaki<strong> neuspjeh vide kao GAME OVER.<\/strong> Bez prilike za ponovno pokretanje, u\u010denje lekcija ili isprobavanje druge prilike ili pristupa. Stoga nastoje izbje\u0107i neuspjeh. Mo\u017eda i vi u svom krugu imate nekoga tko je, naprimjer, poku\u0161ao upisati fakultet i odustao nakon dva semestra. Tada su zaklju\u010dili da <strong>nisu stvoreni za studiranje i krenuli u potpuno drugom smjeru<\/strong>,<strong> unato\u010d tome \u0161to su bili \u017eeljni karijere u oblasti u kojoj \u0107e im \u0161kolovanje otvoriti vrata.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vrlo \u010dest primjer je kada <strong>netko<\/strong> poku\u0161a <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/4-savjeta-za-izbacivanje-masti-bez-brojanja-makronutrijenata\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><b><strong>smr\u0161avjeti,<\/strong><\/b><\/a><b> <\/b><a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/sto-jesti-i-kako-vjezbati-kako-bi-napokon-dobili-misice\/\"><b><strong>dobiti mi\u0161i\u0107e<\/strong><\/b><\/a> dobiti mi\u0161i\u0107e ili popraviti svoju tjelesnu gra\u0111u, ali nakon nekoliko tjedana odustane s jasnim zaklju\u010dkom da se to ne isplati. A tu je i tip koji nije uspio prvi put, ali iskustvo ga nije slomilo. Odlu\u010dio je poku\u0161ati ponovno, uspje\u0161no je zavr\u0161io studij i ponosan je na svoju diplomu. Kao i onaj drugi koji je <strong>vjerovao da \u0107e smr\u0161avjeti, trudio se za svoj cilj i sada se pohvalio rezultatima koje<\/strong> ponosno pokazuje u <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/gymbeam-clothing\/95-pamuk-5-elastan_poliester-1900_odjeca?filter=out&amp;price=17.00-31.00&amp;product_list_order=new\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><b><strong>svojem kupa\u0107em kostimu.<\/strong><\/b><\/a> Vidite li razliku? Vidite li gre\u0161ke kao rezultat svojih ograni\u010denih sposobnosti ili kao priliku za u\u010denje i rast? To je zato \u0161to se ljudi s mentalnim sklopom rasta <b><strong>ne boje isprobati nove stvari <\/strong><\/b>i neuspjeh vide <b><strong>kao ne\u0161to \u0161to im daje priliku da u\u010de i prevladavaju svoje granice. <\/strong><\/b>Vjeruju da mogu <b><strong>razviti <\/strong><\/b>svoje<b><strong> vje\u0161tine, inteligenciju i talente tijekom vremena kroz<\/strong><\/b>&nbsp;<a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/samodisciplina-kljuc-uspjeha-u-sportu-i-zivotu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><b><strong>samodisciplinu,<\/strong><\/b><\/a> trud i dosljedan pristup. Njihovo je na\u010delo da <strong>svatko mo\u017ee postati Elon Musk, Albert Einstein, Steve Jobs<\/strong> i ostali svjetski velikani. <sup><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[4]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovaj na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja ne ve\u017ee ljudima ruke, ve\u0107 im, kao \u0161to mu ime govori, <strong>poma\u017ee u rastu.<\/strong> Njegov pozitivan u\u010dinak vidljiv je u razli\u010ditim podru\u010djima \u017eivota. Dobar primjer je \u0161kolsko okru\u017eenje, koje je prou\u010davao Program za me\u0111unarodno ocjenjivanje u\u010denika (PISA). Njegovo istra\u017eivanje obuhvatilo je vi\u0161e od 600 tisu\u0107a u\u010denika u raznim zemljama, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i SAD. Osoba s fiksnim mentalnim sklopom mo\u017ee postupno raditi na sebi da se pribli\u017ei mentalnom sklopu rasta, ali vrijedi i obrnuto. Zato je tako\u0111er va\u017eno prvenstveno razmi\u0161ljati o zdravom na\u010dinu razmi\u0161ljanja.
