A\u0165 u\u017e n\u011bkdo usne na pl\u00e1\u017ei nebo zanedb\u00e1 ochranu p\u0159ed sluncem, sp\u00e1len\u00ed um\u00ed po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b znep\u0159\u00edjemnit letn\u00ed dny, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1me vyhrazen\u00e9 k odpo\u010dinku. Hranice mezi op\u00e1len\u00edm a sp\u00e1len\u00edm je v z\u00e1vislosti na typu poko\u017eky r\u016fzn\u00e1. Lid\u00e9 s tmav\u0161\u00ed plet\u00ed jsou p\u0159irozen\u011b chr\u00e1n\u011bni l\u00e9pe ne\u017e lid\u00e9 s tou sv\u011btlej\u0161\u00ed. <strong>Kdy\u017e je tato hranice p\u0159ekro\u010dena<\/strong>, z kr\u00e1sn\u00e9ho <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/nejlepsi-potraviny-a-ziviny-pro-bronzove-opaleni-a-mladistvou-plet\/\">bronzov\u00e9ho op\u00e1len\u00ed<\/a> se st\u00e1v\u00e1 <strong>bolestiv\u00e9 \u010derven\u00e9 sp\u00e1len\u00ed<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st a\u017e k otoku a puch\u00fd\u0159\u016fm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Op\u00e1len\u00ed vznik\u00e1 jako <strong>obrann\u00e1 reakce<\/strong> k\u016f\u017ee na \u00fa\u010dinky slune\u010dn\u00edho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed. P\u0159esto\u017ee ho pova\u017eujeme za esteticky hezk\u00e9, velmi snadno se m\u016f\u017ee zm\u011bnit na sp\u00e1len\u00ed, kter\u00e9 prov\u00e1zej\u00ed <strong>nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 bolesti a z\u00e1n\u011bt<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Jak_vznika_opaleni\"><\/span>Jak vznik\u00e1 op\u00e1len\u00ed?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Za op\u00e1len\u00ed vd\u011b\u010d\u00edme chytr\u00fdm bu\u0148k\u00e1m, kter\u00e9 naz\u00fdv\u00e1me <strong>melanocyty<\/strong>. Ty po oz\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed slune\u010dn\u00edm sv\u011btlem produkuj\u00ed tmav\u00fd pigment <strong>melanin<\/strong>. Slune\u010dn\u00ed sv\u011btlo je zdrojem z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed <strong>r\u016fzn\u00fdch vlnov\u00fdch d\u00e9lek<\/strong>. Krom\u011b viditeln\u00e9ho sv\u011btla, d\u00edky kter\u00e9mu m\u00e1me p\u0159edstavu o tom, jak sv\u011bt kolem n\u00e1s vypad\u00e1, pat\u0159\u00ed k tomuto z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed i <strong>infra\u010derven\u00e9<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 zn\u00e1me jako teplo, a <strong>ultrafialov\u00e9 z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 sice nevid\u00edme, ale jeho efekt zn\u00e1me velmi dob\u0159e. UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed m\u016f\u017eeme d\u00e1le rozd\u011blit na UVA, UVB a UVC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>UVC<\/strong> je <strong>t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 kompletn\u011b absorbov\u00e1no<\/strong> ozonovou vrstvou. To je dobr\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va, proto\u017ee je to pr\u00e1v\u011b toto z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v germicidn\u00edch lamp\u00e1ch k dezinfekci. Je velmi dob\u0159e absorbov\u00e1no molekulou DNA, \u010d\u00edm\u017e efektivn\u011b zab\u00edj\u00ed mikroorganismy.<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>UVB<\/strong> je z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 <strong>zp\u016fsobuje sp\u00e1len\u00ed k\u016f\u017ee<\/strong>. V\u011bt\u0161ina je sice absorbov\u00e1na atmosf\u00e9rou, ale mal\u00e9 procento pronik\u00e1 na zemsk\u00fd povrch. Toto z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed je <strong>nezbytn\u00e9 i pro synt\u00e9zu <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/vitamin-d-a-vse-co-o-nem-potrebujete-vedet\/\">vitam\u00ednu D<\/a><\/strong>. Jeho benefit je v\u0161ak stanoven d\u00e1vkou \u2013 p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho zp\u016fsobuje rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 po\u0161kozen\u00ed DNA v bu\u0148k\u00e1ch k\u016f\u017ee. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 stimuluje tvorbu z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdch l\u00e1tek.<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>UVA<\/strong> p\u0159edstavuje v\u011bt\u0161inu UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 dopad\u00e1 na zemsk\u00fd povrch. <strong>UVA je zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9 za op\u00e1len\u00ed<\/strong>, proto\u017ee pronik\u00e1 hluboko pod povrch k\u016f\u017ee, kde s\u00eddl\u00ed zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 melanocyty. Podobn\u011b jako UVC a UCB, ani UVA nen\u00ed z dlouhodob\u00e9ho hlediska zcela bezpe\u010dn\u00e9. Toto po\u0161kozen\u00ed vznik\u00e1 bu\u010f p\u0159\u00edmo, nebo nep\u0159\u00edmo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>P\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 po\u0161kozen\u00ed<\/strong> je typick\u00e9 pro <strong>UVB<\/strong> a zp\u016fsobuje <strong>mutace<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 jsou ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f opraveny. Pokud v\u0161ak k oprav\u011b nedojde, bu\u0148ka mus\u00ed b\u00fdt zlikvidov\u00e1na. Mutovan\u00e9 bu\u0148ky, kter\u00e9 dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed p\u0159e\u017e\u00edt, se nakonec mohou st\u00e1t n\u00e1dorov\u00fdmi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nep\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 po\u0161kozen\u00ed<\/strong> je zp\u016fsobeno oxida\u010dn\u00edm stresem d\u00edky tvorb\u011b <strong>voln\u00fdch radik\u00e1l\u016f<\/strong> a rovn\u011b\u017e zp\u016fsobuje chyby p\u0159i p\u0159episu DNA, kter\u00e9 mohou v\u00e9st a\u017e k rakovin\u011b k\u016f\u017ee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b to jsou d\u016fvody, pro\u010d je t\u0159eba se p\u0159ed slune\u010dn\u00edm z\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm dostate\u010dn\u011b chr\u00e1nit. Tvorba melaninu a op\u00e1len\u00ed vznik\u00e1 postupn\u011b a sou\u010dasn\u011b s po\u0161kozen\u00edm k\u016f\u017ee. Po\u0161kozen\u00ed vznik\u00e1 ji\u017e b\u011bhem opalov\u00e1n\u00ed. <strong>Nechr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e1 k\u016f\u017ee<\/strong> je nakonec po dlouhodob\u00e9m vystaven\u00ed slune\u010dn\u00edmu z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed <strong>sp\u00e1len\u00e1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Co_je_tedy_spaleni\"><\/span>Co je tedy sp\u00e1len\u00ed?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dlouhodob\u00e9 opalov\u00e1n\u00ed bez vhodn\u00e9 ochrany stimuluje tvorbu voln\u00fdch radik\u00e1l\u016f v k\u016f\u017ei, kter\u00e9 jsou spou\u0161t\u011b\u010dem <strong>z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 reakce<\/strong>. Proto je sp\u00e1len\u00e1 k\u016f\u017ee zarudl\u00e1 a hork\u00e1. Tento z\u00e1n\u011bt v\u0161ak p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed ji\u017e b\u011bhem opalov\u00e1n\u00ed, tedy i p\u0159ed samotn\u00fdm sp\u00e1len\u00edm, a je zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd za <strong>urychlen\u00e9 st\u00e1rnut\u00ed k\u016f\u017ee<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 doprov\u00e1z\u00ed zten\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed poko\u017eky a tvorba vr\u00e1sek. V hor\u0161\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpadech m\u016f\u017ee sp\u00e1len\u00ed sluncem zp\u016fsobit pop\u00e1leniny druh\u00e9ho stupn\u011b, kter\u00e9 doprov\u00e1z\u00ed tvorba puch\u00fd\u0159\u016f. Nap\u0159\u00edklad SPF 30 propust\u00ed 1\/30 neboli 3,33 % UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed na k\u016f\u017ei. U SPF 50 je toto \u010d\u00edslo 1\/50 neboli 2 %. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee SPF 50 chr\u00e1n\u00ed 1,65x l\u00e9pe ne\u017e SPF 30.
