To je dobr\u00e1 spr\u00e1va, preto\u017ee je to pr\u00e1ve toto \u017eiarenie, ktor\u00e9 sa pou\u017e\u00edva v germic\u00eddnych lamp\u00e1ch na dezinfekciu. Je ve\u013emi dobre absorbovan\u00e9 molekulou DNA, \u010d\u00edm efekt\u00edvne zab\u00edja mikroorganizmy.<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>UVB <\/strong>je \u017eiarenie, ktor\u00e9 <strong>sp\u00f4sobuje sp\u00e1lenie ko\u017ee<\/strong>. V\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina je s\u00edce absorbovan\u00e1 atmosf\u00e9rou, no mal\u00e9 percento prenik\u00e1 na zemsk\u00fd povrch. Toto \u017eiarenie je <strong>nevyhnutn\u00e9 aj pre synt\u00e9zu <\/strong><a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.sk\/blog\/vitamin-d-a-vsetko-co-o-nom-potrebujete-vediet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>vitam\u00ednu D<\/strong><\/a>. Podobne ako UVC a UCB, ani UVA nie je z dlhodob\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska \u00faplne bezpe\u010dn\u00e9. Toto po\u0161kodenie vznik\u00e1 bu\u010f priamo, alebo nepriamo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Priame po\u0161kodenie<\/strong> je typick\u00e9 pre <strong>UVB <\/strong>a sp\u00f4sobuje <strong>mut\u00e1cie<\/strong>, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine pr\u00edpadov opraven\u00e9. Ak v\u0161ak k oprave ned\u00f4jde, bunka mus\u00ed by\u0165 zlikvidovan\u00e1. Napr\u00edklad, SPF 30 prepust\u00ed 1\/30, alebo 3,33 % UV \u017eiarenia na ko\u017eu. Pri SPF 50 je toto \u010d\u00edslo 1\/50, alebo 2 %.
