Neben einem schmackhaften Erlebnis <strong>unterst\u00fctzt du damit auch das Abwehrsystem deines K\u00f6rpers.<\/strong> Worauf warten wir noch? <strong>Los geht&#8217;s!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zutaten:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300 g <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/cashew-nusse-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Cashewn\u00fcsse<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 ml Wasser<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6-7 <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/probioten-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">ProbioTen-<\/a>Kapseln<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zuerst die <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/cashew-nusse-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>Cashewn\u00fcsse<\/strong><\/a> etwa <strong>3 &#8211; 4 Stunden<\/strong> in warmem Wasser <strong>einweichen lassen.<\/strong> <strong>Anschlie\u00dfend waschen und mit Wasser vermischen.<\/strong> Den Inhalt der <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/probioten-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>probiotischen<\/strong><\/a> Kapseln in die Mischung geben und noch einmal <strong>umr\u00fchren.<\/strong> Man erh\u00e4lt etwa <strong>800 ml der Mischung,<\/strong> die man in <strong>vorbereitete Glasgef\u00e4\u00dfe f\u00fcllt.<\/strong> (Wir haben zwei Becher mit Deckeln und einem Fassungsverm\u00f6gen von 400 ml verwendet).
