T\u00e1to nepekn\u00e1 \u0161tatistika sa s\u00edce t\u00fdka USA, no <strong>probl\u00e9m s obezitou je celosvetov\u00fd.<\/strong> Pod\u013ea WHO bol v roku <strong>2022 ob\u00e9zny ka\u017ed\u00fd \u00f4smy \u010dlovek na svete.<\/strong> Tento po\u010det sa od roku 1990 zdvojn\u00e1sobil a v pr\u00edpade adolescentov nar\u00e1stol a\u017e \u0161tvorn\u00e1sobne. Po\u010det \u013eud\u00ed s nadv\u00e1hou, ktor\u00e1 je predispoz\u00edciou k obezite, prekra\u010duje \u010d\u00edslo 2,5 miliardy. Vysoko kalorick\u00e9 a <a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.sk\/blog\/7-tipov-ako-obmedzit-vysoko-priemyselne-spracovane-potraviny-a-jest-zdravsie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">ultraspracovan\u00e9 potraviny<\/a> sa stali najdostupnej\u0161ou formou stravy a potreba fyzickej aktivity klesla prakticky na nulu. V\u00fdnimkou s\u00fa povolania vy\u017eaduj\u00face intenz\u00edvnu manu\u00e1lnu pr\u00e1cu. Nerovnov\u00e1ha medzi pr\u00edjmom a v\u00fddajom zapr\u00ed\u010di\u0148uje <strong>nadmern\u00e9 ukladanie tuku<\/strong>, \u010do je hlavn\u00e1 pr\u00ed\u010dina vzniku nadv\u00e1hy. Ak toto nadmern\u00e9 ukladanie tuku prekro\u010d\u00ed ist\u00fa hranicu (napr. BMI nad 30 kg\/m<sup>2<\/sup>)<sup> <\/sup>a sp\u00f4sobuje chronick\u00e9 zdravotn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my, hovor\u00edme o obezite.<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ukladanie podko\u017en\u00e9ho tuku e\u0161te nemus\u00ed by\u0165 ve\u013ek\u00fd zdravotn\u00fd probl\u00e9m. Hor\u0161\u00ed je tzv. <strong>viscer\u00e1lny tuk<\/strong>, ktor\u00fd sa uklad\u00e1 v bru\u0161nej dutine medzi vn\u00fatorn\u00fdmi org\u00e1nmi. D\u00e1 sa jednoducho vypo\u010d\u00edta\u0165 pomocou online<a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.sk\/blog\/bmi-kalkulacka\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"> BMI kalkula\u010dky.<\/a> \u010clovek s BMI nad 25<strong> <\/strong>kg\/m<sup>2<\/sup> je pova\u017eovan\u00fd za \u010dloveka s nadv\u00e1hou a s BMI nad 30 kg\/m<sup>2<\/sup> u\u017e hovor\u00edme o obezite.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdpo\u010det BMI je jednoduch\u00fd sp\u00f4sob ako zisti\u0165, \u010di je potrebn\u00e9 zmeni\u0165 stravovacie n\u00e1vyky a za\u010da\u0165 sa viac h\u00fdba\u0165. Probl\u00e9m s BMI je pr\u00e1ve jeho jednoduchos\u0165. <strong>Nezoh\u013ead\u0148uje toti\u017e zlo\u017eenie tela<\/strong> a preto sa m\u00f4\u017ee sta\u0165, \u017ee \u010dlovek s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm podielom svalovej hmoty, sa m\u00f4\u017ee nach\u00e1dza\u0165 v intervale BMI, ktor\u00fd hovor\u00ed o nadv\u00e1he. Pou\u017eite meter na kontrolu vzdialenosti okolo najmen\u0161ej \u010dasti v\u00e1\u0161ho p\u00e1sa, tesne nad pupkom. Toto je v\u00e1\u0161 obvod p\u00e1sa. Pod\u013ea toho mozog vie ko\u013eko tuku sa v tele nach\u00e1dza a dok\u00e1\u017ee korigova\u0165 pr\u00edjem potravy tak, aby zostali zachovan\u00e9 z\u00e1soby na hor\u0161ie \u010dasy. Napriek tomu, \u017ee je funkcia mnoh\u00fdch dodnes nezn\u00e1ma, vieme na ne natrafi\u0165 v \u0161t\u00fadi\u00e1ch, ktor\u00e9 porovn\u00e1vaj\u00fa g\u00e9ny \u013eud\u00ed s obezitou a bez nej. G\u00e9ny, o ktor\u00fdch vieme viac, s\u00fa \u010dasto tie ist\u00e9, ak\u00e9 nach\u00e1dzame pri monog\u00e9nnej obezite, akur\u00e1t <strong>s inou mut\u00e1ciou<\/strong>. R\u00f4zne mut\u00e1cie maj\u00fa r\u00f4zny efekt. Jeho varianty boli identifikovan\u00e9 u ob\u00e9znych \u013eud\u00ed a \u013eud\u00ed s nadv\u00e1hou. Jeho funkcia nie je \u00faplne objasnen\u00e1, no jeho viacer\u00e9 mut\u00e1cie s\u00fa asociovan\u00e9 so <strong>zv\u00fd\u0161enou produkciou lept\u00ednu, zmenenou lokaliz\u00e1ciou lept\u00ednov\u00fdch receptorov a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm pr\u00edjmom potravy<\/strong>.
