Vymakan\u00e1 z\u00e1da se postaraj\u00ed o to, \u017ee pr\u00e1ci na zahrad\u011b zvl\u00e1dneme mnohem sn\u00e1ze. Svalnat\u00e9 nohy spolu s kondic\u00ed n\u00e1s zase povedou po ka\u017ed\u00e9 turistick\u00e9 trase, kter\u00e1 se n\u00e1m odm\u011bn\u00ed kr\u00e1sn\u00fdmi v\u00fdhledy a z\u00e1\u017eitky. D\u00edky fyzick\u00e9 s\u00edle bez probl\u00e9m\u016f zvl\u00e1d\u00e1me vyn\u00e1\u0161et do bytu t\u011b\u017ek\u00fd n\u00e1kup a vypracovan\u00e1 postava n\u00e1m z\u00e1rove\u0148 dod\u00e1v\u00e1 sebev\u011bdom\u00ed. Toto cel\u00e9 je v\u0161ak jen polovina <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/self-care-jak-o-sebe-pecovat-a-byt-v-zivote-spokojenejsi\/\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>self-care<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017edodenn\u00ed \u017eivot toti\u017e m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt ob\u010das n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd nejen fyzicky, ale tak\u00e9 psychicky. Hektick\u00e1 doba, pr\u00e1ce, rodina, vztahy a r\u016fzn\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed aspekty mohou potr\u00e1pit na\u0161e ment\u00e1ln\u00ed \u201esvaly.\u201c I proto je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, abychom se starali nejen o bicepsy \u010di pevn\u00fd zadek, ale tak\u00e9 o sv\u016fj mindset. Pr\u00e1v\u011b <strong>nastaven\u00ed mysli n\u00e1m toti\u017e m\u016f\u017ee v\u00fdrazn\u011b pomoci v tom, jak budeme p\u0159istupovat k n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdm dn\u016fm a r\u016fzn\u00fdm situac\u00edm<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 si na n\u00e1s \u017eivot nachytal. Co to tedy vlastn\u011b je? Nastaven\u00ed mysli by se dalo definovat jako takov\u00fd pomysln\u00fd bal\u00ed\u010dek, ve kter\u00e9m se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed va\u0161e postoje, my\u0161lenky a p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed. Ty pak <strong>formuj\u00ed vystupov\u00e1n\u00ed, my\u0161len\u00ed i to, jak se c\u00edt\u00edte nebo zachov\u00e1te v konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch situac\u00edch<\/strong>. Mindset tak m\u016f\u017ee hr\u00e1t kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli ve va\u0161em \u017eivot\u011b i dosahov\u00e1n\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch c\u00edl\u016f. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b toho zn\u00e1me dva z\u00e1kladn\u00ed druhy my\u0161len\u00ed \u2013 <strong>fixn\u00ed a r\u016fstov\u00e9<\/strong>.<strong> <\/strong><sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[1 \u2013 2]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fixn\u00ed my\u0161len\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010clenov\u00e9 tohoto t\u00fdmu v\u011b\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee mindset je stabiln\u00ed a nem\u011bnnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bka. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee vlastnosti jako inteligence \u010di talent jsou podle nich <strong>vrozen\u00fdm darem a nelze je ovlivnit<\/strong>. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b t\u00e9to teorie se pak \u0159\u00edd\u00ed i ve skute\u010dn\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b. \u00dasp\u011bch \u010di ne\u00fasp\u011bch vn\u00edmaj\u00ed jako nestrhnutelnou n\u00e1lepku, kter\u00e1 jim byla nalepena ji\u017e v porodnici. Je to pro n\u011b <strong>n\u011bco, s \u010d\u00edm se \u010dlov\u011bk zkr\u00e1tka narod\u00ed a s \u010d\u00edm mus\u00ed tak\u00e9 zem\u0159\u00edt<\/strong>. Podobn\u00e9 sm\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed \u010dasto omezuje osobn\u00ed r\u016fst, proto\u017ee lid\u00e9 s n\u00edm zkr\u00e1tka maj\u00ed pocit, \u017ee <strong>jsou v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 prost\u011b nezvl\u00e1dnou<\/strong>, a neexistuje nic, co by to zm\u011bnilo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010casto se pak ani nesna\u017e\u00ed ovlivnit n\u011bjak\u00fd v\u00fdsledek a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e1 <strong>selh\u00e1n\u00ed vn\u00edmaj\u00ed jako GAME OVER<\/strong>. Bez mo\u017enosti restartu, pou\u010den\u00ed nebo zkou\u0161en\u00ed jin\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti \u010di p\u0159\u00edstupu. Proto se selh\u00e1n\u00ed sna\u017e\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161e vyh\u00fdbat. Mo\u017en\u00e1 i vy m\u00e1te ve sv\u00e9m okol\u00ed n\u011bkoho, kdo nap\u0159\u00edklad zkusil studovat na vysok\u00e9 \u0161kole a po dvou semestrech to zabalil. Potom si \u0159ekl, \u017ee <strong>pro studium nen\u00ed stvo\u0159en a vydal se \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00fdm sm\u011brem i p\u0159esto, \u017ee se tou\u017eil uplatnit v oboru, kde by mu dve\u0159e otev\u0159ela pr\u00e1v\u011b \u0161kola<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Velmi \u010dast\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edkladem jsou i situace, kdy se <strong>n\u011bkdo pokou\u0161\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/4-tipy-na-hubnuti-bez-pocitani-makrozivin\/\">zhubnout<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/co-jist-a-jak-cvicit-abych-konecne-nabral-svaly\/\">nabrat svaly<\/a><\/strong> nebo zlep\u0161it postavu, ale po p\u00e1r t\u00fddnech to zabal\u00ed s jasn\u00fdm z\u00e1v\u011brem, \u017ee to nem\u00e1 cenu. No a pak je tu n\u011bkdo, komu sice nevy\u0161la prvn\u00ed vysok\u00e1 \u0161kola, ale tato zku\u0161enost ho nezlomila. Rozhodl se to zkusit znovu, studium \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b dokon\u010dil a je hrd\u00fd na sv\u016fj titul. Stejn\u011b jako ten dal\u0161\u00ed, kter\u00fd <strong>v\u011b\u0159il, \u017ee zhubne, na sv\u00e9m c\u00edli poctiv\u011b makal a nyn\u00ed se py\u0161n\u00ed v\u00fdsledky<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 hrd\u011b ukazuje v <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/fitness-obleceni\">plavk\u00e1ch<\/a><\/strong>. Vn\u00edm\u00e1te chyby jako v\u00fdsledek sv\u00fdch omezen\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed nebo jako p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost u\u010dit se a r\u016fst? Lid\u00e9 s tzv. growing mindset se toti\u017e <strong>neboj\u00ed zkou\u0161et nov\u00e9 v\u011bci<\/strong> a selh\u00e1n\u00ed vn\u00edmaj\u00ed <strong>jako n\u011bco, co jim d\u00e1v\u00e1 mo\u017enost se pou\u010dit a posouvat<\/strong>. V\u011b\u0159\u00ed tomu, \u017ee sv\u00e9 <strong>schopnosti, inteligenci a talent mohou \u010dasem rozv\u00edjet<\/strong> pomoc\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/sebedisciplina-klic-k-uspechu-ve-sportu-i-v-zivote\/\"><strong>sebediscipl\u00edny<\/strong><\/a>, \u00fasil\u00ed a konzistentn\u00edho p\u0159\u00edstupu. Jejich kr\u00e9dem je, \u017ee <strong>kdokoli se m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t Elonem Muskem, Albertem Einsteinem, Stevem Jobsem<\/strong> a jin\u00fdm sv\u011btov\u00fdm velik\u00e1nem. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[4]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tento mindset lidem nesvazuje ruce, ale jak jeho n\u00e1zev napov\u00edd\u00e1, <strong>pom\u00e1h\u00e1 jim r\u016fst<\/strong>. Jeho pozitivn\u00ed vliv se ukazuje v r\u016fzn\u00fdch oblastech \u017eivota. Dobr\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edkladem je \u0161koln\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kter\u00e9 zkoumal Program mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edho hodnocen\u00ed student\u016f (PISA). Jeho studie zahrnovala p\u0159es 600 tis\u00edc \u017e\u00e1k\u016f r\u016fzn\u00fdch zem\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b USA. I proto je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 myslet hlavn\u011b na to, aby va\u0161e sm\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed bylo zdrav\u00e9.
