Wir haben einige \u00c4nderungen vorgenommen und die Hauptbestandteile im Ofen zubereitet. Auf diese Weise wird die Fettmenge in dieser Mahlzeit stark reduziert, w\u00e4hrend der Gesamteindruck des Gerichts derselbe bleibt, vielleicht sogar noch besser, da der nat\u00fcrliche Geschmack der Zutaten richtig zur Geltung kommt. Probiere dieses Rezept mit unserem hausgemachten Joghurt-Dip. Nach Ablauf dieser Zeit sollten sowohl die Chips als auch der Fisch gar sein. Ist dies nicht der Fall, l\u00e4sst man sie noch ein wenig l\u00e4nger backen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit, w\u00e4hrend der Fisch und die Pommes frites noch garen, kann<strong> der Dip zubereitet werden<\/strong>. Den <strong>Knoblauch und die Gew\u00fcrzgurken fein hacken und mit dem Joghurt vermischen.<\/strong> Mit <strong>Zitronensaft, schwarzem Pfeffer und <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/pinkes-himalaya-salz-mild-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Salz<\/a> abschmecken.<\/strong> Alles noch einmal gr\u00fcndlich verr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tja, und das war&#8217;s.
