Nechyb\u00ed v n\u011bm protein, aby ani svaly nestr\u00e1daly. Samoz\u0159ejmost\u00ed je pak <strong>p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b sladk\u00e1 chu\u0165<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 dok\u00e1\u017ee zp\u0159\u00edjemnit nejen r\u00e1no, ale i cel\u00fd den.
