Punzecchia con una forchetta per evitare che si gonfi e inforna per 10 minuti a 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:19px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nel frattempo, prepara il ripieno. Sbuccia la <strong>cipolla<\/strong>, tritala finemente e soffriggila nell&#8217;olio. <strong>Sbuccia la zucchina, tagliala a met\u00e0 e poi a fettine sottili semicircolari.<\/strong> Aggiungila alle cipolle soffritte insieme <strong>all&#8217;aglio<\/strong> schiacciato. Una volta rosolato il tutto, lascia raffreddare leggermente il composto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In una ciotola, unisci<strong> la mozzarella<\/strong> sminuzzata, <strong>le uova, il parmigiano, il latte e il prezzemolo tritato.<\/strong> Aggiungi il composto di zucchine raffreddato, mescola e insaporisci con sale e pepe a piacere. Distribuisci il ripieno in modo uniforme sulla base pre-cotta e inforna la quiche per 30 minuti a 180\u00b0C.
