Aggiungi <strong>la panna acida, il burro ammorbidito a fette,<\/strong> <strong>l&#8217;acqua<\/strong> e lavoralo fino a ottenere un impasto compatto. Prendi le <strong>uova, separa i tuorli dagli albumi,<\/strong> aggiungi un <strong>piccolo pizzico di sale agli albumi e sbatti a neve.<\/strong> Poi aggiungi lo <strong>zucchero,<\/strong> e sbatti per circa 2 minuti. Mescola i tuorli con la panna acida e incorpora con cura gli albumi.
