Jsou <strong>poutav\u00e9, \u0161okuj\u00edc\u00ed<\/strong> a nut\u00ed n\u00e1s <strong>p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let<\/strong>. \u010casto s n\u00e1mi zarezonuj\u00ed a\u017e tak, \u017ee podle nich chceme p\u0159ekopat sv\u016fj j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek a \u017eivotn\u00ed styl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vid\u011bli jste u\u017e n\u011bjak\u00fd dokument o v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b? Mo\u017en\u00e1 si vzpomenete na film <strong>Super Size Me<\/strong> z roku 2004. Tento sn\u00edmek zachycoval \u017eivot mu\u017ee, kter\u00fd byl jeden m\u011bs\u00edc \u017eiv jen na velk\u00fdch porc\u00edch j\u00eddel z McDonaldu. Film cht\u011bl t\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem upozornit na probl\u00e9m <strong>obezity,<\/strong> a opravdu se mu poda\u0159ilo to, \u017ee mnoh\u00fdm lidem zhl\u00e9dnut\u00e9 informace je\u0161t\u011b dlouho vrtaly hlavou. Tyto dokument\u00e1rn\u00ed filmy v n\u00e1s \u010dasto zanechaj\u00ed intenzivn\u00ed dojem, \u017ee bychom <strong>se sebou u\u017e tentokr\u00e1t opravdu m\u011bli za\u010d\u00edt n\u011bco d\u011blat<\/strong>. Zm\u011bnit j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek \u010di p\u0159ekopat n\u00e1\u0161 pravideln\u00fd n\u00e1kup, kter\u00fd vkl\u00e1d\u00e1me do n\u00e1kupn\u00edho ko\u0161\u00edku. Co v sou\u010dasnosti toti\u017e opravdu \u010de\u0159\u00ed vody sv\u011bta v\u00fd\u017eivy, jsou popul\u00e1rn\u00ed <strong>dokument\u00e1rn\u00ed filmy z d\u00edlen zn\u00e1m\u00fdch streamovac\u00edch platforem.<\/strong> Po \u017eeb\u0159\u00ed\u010dku obl\u00edbenosti na Netflixu se \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b vy\u0161plhaly nap\u0159\u00edklad filmy <em>What the Health<\/em> nebo Ti, kdo m\u011bn\u00ed sv\u011bt (<em>The Game Changers<\/em>). Z posledn\u00edch popul\u00e1rn\u00edch novinek se mezi ty nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed za\u0159adila s\u00e9rie z roku 2024 J\u00eddlo d\u011bl\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bka: Experiment s dvoj\u010daty (<em>You Are What You Eat: A Twin Experiment<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161inou se jedn\u00e1 o americk\u00e9 dokument\u00e1rn\u00ed filmy z prost\u0159ed\u00ed Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f. Je pro n\u011b typick\u00e9, \u017ee se v\u011bnuj\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9mu <strong>pal\u010div\u00e9mu t\u00e9matu,<\/strong> o kter\u00e9m se mezi odborn\u00edky na v\u00fd\u017eivu vedou nekone\u010dn\u00e9 boje. Obl\u00edbenou oblast\u00ed z\u00e1jmu je nap\u0159\u00edklad souboj mezi <strong>veganstv\u00edm <\/strong>a<strong> b\u011b\u017en\u00fdm racion\u00e1ln\u00edm stravov\u00e1n\u00edm<\/strong>. V\u017edy\u0165 pr\u00e1v\u011b v\u00fd\u017eiva je n\u011bco, co se <strong>t\u00fdk\u00e1 bezprost\u0159edn\u011b ka\u017ed\u00e9ho z n\u00e1s.<\/strong> V\u0161ichni toti\u017e mus\u00edme dennodenn\u011b \u0159e\u0161it, co si nand\u00e1me na tal\u00ed\u0159 a tato rozhodnut\u00ed siln\u011b ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed. Dokumenty, o kter\u00fdch je dnes \u0159e\u010d, maj\u00ed <strong>propracovan\u00fd storytelling<\/strong> a \u010dasto <strong>\u0161okuj\u00edc\u00edm<\/strong>, <strong>p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdm<\/strong> a z\u00e1rove\u0148 <strong>srozumiteln\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem<\/strong> odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed na \u017ehav\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se v\u00fd\u017eivy. V\u00fdjimkou nen\u00ed ani to, \u017ee si z nich odn\u00e1\u0161\u00edme i jak\u00fdsi pocit zd\u011b\u0161en\u00ed nebo znechucen\u00ed, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b kdy\u017e se v\u011bnuj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdm kontroverzn\u00edm t\u00e9mat\u016fm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A jeliko\u017e jde o dokumenty, samoz\u0159ejm\u011b jim nechyb\u00ed ani zna\u010dn\u00fd <strong>punc odbornosti<\/strong>. Vystupuj\u00ed v nich toti\u017e v\u011bdci, l\u00e9ka\u0159i a r\u016fzn\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed odborn\u00edci. V kone\u010dn\u00e9m d\u016fsledku se tak div\u00e1k d\u00edv\u00e1 na film, kter\u00fd je <strong>poutav\u00fd, p\u0159ita\u017eliv\u00fd, snadno pochopiteln\u00fd,<\/strong> a nav\u00edc p\u016fsob\u00ed <strong>odborn\u011b<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Jsou_duveryhodne\"><\/span>Jsou d\u016fv\u011bryhodn\u00e9?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dokumenty o v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b jsou pln\u00e9 <strong>v\u011bdc\u016f, statistik<\/strong> a <strong>v\u00fdzkum\u016f<\/strong>. P\u0159irozen\u011b jsme tak postrkov\u00e1ni k tomu, abychom jim bezmezn\u011b v\u011b\u0159ili. P\u016fsob\u00ed toti\u017e odborn\u011b, a zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b tehdy, kdy\u017e sami nejsme v dan\u00e9 oblasti experty, nem\u00e1me p\u0159ece d\u016fvod m\u00edt pochybnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>I navzdory tomuto prvn\u00edmu dojmu se v\u0161ak hod\u00ed m\u00edt p\u0159i sledov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto dokument\u00e1rn\u00edch film\u016f v hlav\u011b zapnutou <strong>v\u00fdstra\u017enou kontrolku<\/strong>. P\u0159eci jen bychom m\u011bli myslet na to, \u017ee jedn\u00edm z c\u00edl\u016f tv\u016frc\u016f filmu je <strong>p\u0159it\u00e1hnout<\/strong> a <strong>udr\u017eet si div\u00e1ky<\/strong>. Proto, aby zaujali, n\u00e1m d\u00e1vkuj\u00ed informace zp\u016fsobem, od kter\u00e9ho se o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee n\u00e1s zvedne ze \u017eidle. Tak\u017ee nen\u00ed v\u00fdjimkou, \u017ee jsou n\u011bkdy fakta pon\u011bkud <strong>vytr\u017een\u00e1 z kontextu<\/strong>, <strong>vyhrocen\u00e1,<\/strong> \u010di dokonce <strong>p\u0159ekroucen\u00e1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nap\u0159\u00edklad ve filmu <em>The Game Changers<\/em>, kter\u00fd prezentuje rostlinnou stravu jako to nejlep\u0161\u00ed palivo nejen pro atlety, se dozv\u00edme, \u017ee <strong>sendvi\u010d s ara\u0161\u00eddov\u00fdm m\u00e1slem m\u00e1 tolik b\u00edlkovin jako 3 vejce nebo cca 80g steak<\/strong>. Co\u017e je vlastn\u011b z ur\u010dit\u00e9ho pohledu pravda, ale tv\u016frci zapomn\u011bli zm\u00ednit, \u017ee abychom opravdu p\u0159ijali takov\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed protein\u016f, museli bychom sn\u00edst <strong>dvojn\u00e1sobnou porci ara\u0161\u00eddov\u00e9ho m\u00e1sla<\/strong> <strong>(cca 60 g).<\/strong> Ta m\u00e1 p\u0159itom zhruba 30 g tuk\u016f a 360 kcal, co\u017e je pro n\u011bkoho klidn\u011b p\u011btina denn\u00edho doporu\u010den\u00e9ho kalorick\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edjmu. Na tomto p\u0159\u00edkladu tak vid\u00edme, \u017ee se sice m\u016f\u017eeme dozv\u011bd\u011bt pravdivou informaci, ale m\u00edrn\u011b p\u0159izp\u016fsobenou pohledu, kter\u00fd n\u00e1m chce film prodat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Navzdory v\u0161emu plat\u00ed, \u017ee filmy o v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b dok\u00e1\u017eou b\u00fdt u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fdm vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edm n\u00e1strojem pro lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed se zaj\u00edmaj\u00ed o sv\u016fj j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek a spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 stravov\u00e1n\u00ed. V\u017edy bychom se v\u0161ak na n\u011b m\u011bli d\u00edvat <strong>kriticky<\/strong> a s <strong>nadhledem<\/strong>. Probl\u00e9mem dokument\u016f o v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b v\u0161ak je, \u017ee se v nich \u010dasto m\u016f\u017eeme setkat jen s <strong>jednostrann\u00fdm pohledem<\/strong>. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nen\u00ed nic \u0161patn\u00e9ho na tom, kdy\u017e n\u00e1m chce film <strong>p\u0159edat n\u011bjakou my\u0161lenku<\/strong>, nap\u0159\u00edklad o v\u00fdhod\u00e1ch veganstv\u00ed. Problematick\u00e9 sp\u00ed\u0161e je, kdy\u017e ve filmu <strong>nesly\u0161\u00edme protiargumenty<\/strong>. Dokument tak <strong>nenab\u00edz\u00ed cel\u00fd obraz<\/strong> a my nem\u00e1me ide\u00e1ln\u00ed podm\u00ednky pro to, abychom si vytvo\u0159ili <strong>vlastn\u00ed pohled na v\u011bc<\/strong>. Proto v\u017edy, kdy\u017e se na n\u011b d\u00edv\u00e1me, je dobr\u00e9 na chv\u00edli se <strong>zastavit<\/strong>. Pozd\u011bji pod\u011bkujeme sami sob\u011b, kdy\u017e si polo\u017e\u00edme ot\u00e1zku, zda n\u00e1hodou toto t\u00e9ma nem\u00e1 i <strong>druhou stranu mince<\/strong>. Proto stoj\u00ed za to v\u0161\u00edmat si toho, jak\u00e9 n\u00e1zory dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed ve filmu prostor.
