Wir bereiten n\u00e4mlich eine lokale Spezialit\u00e4t zu, die man dort an fast jeder Ecke findet. Nat\u00fcrlich haben wir es ein bisschen nach unserem Geschmack angepasst. So haben wir der Creme beispielsweise etwas Proteinpulver beigemischt, um sie n\u00e4hrstoffreicher zu machen. Rolle die St\u00fccke aus, und sie werden zu Streifen, die man zu d\u00fcnnen Scheiben ausrollen kann. Diese Scheiben auf die gesamte Fl\u00e4che jedes Muffinlochs gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig verteilen und ein T\u00f6rtchen formen, die mit der Creme gef\u00fcllt wird. Nun machen wir mit der Zubereitung der Creme weiter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Gib die Milch in einen kleinen Topf, f\u00fcge das St\u00fcck <strong>Zitronenschale und die ganze Zimtstange hinzu und bringe sie zum Kochen.<\/strong> Nimm die kochende Milch vom Herd, r\u00fchre dann das <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/xylitol-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>Xylitol<\/strong><\/a><strong>, das <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/mehl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>Mehl<\/strong><\/a><strong> und das <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/just-whey-protein-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>Vanille-Proteinpulver<\/strong><\/a> mit einem Schneebesen ein und<strong> entferne die Zimtstange und das St\u00fcck Zitronenschale.<\/strong> Die Creme sollte glatt sein. Wenn sich Klumpen gebildet haben, seihe sie durch ein Sieb oder<strong> p\u00fcriere sie mit einem Stabmixer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Schlage die <strong>Eigelbe<\/strong> in einer separaten Sch\u00fcssel auf und r\u00fchre mit einem L\u00f6ffel allm\u00e4hlich etwa <strong>100 ml der hei\u00dfen Creme<\/strong> ein. Gie\u00dfe dann die Eigelbmischung zur\u00fcck in den Topf mit der hei\u00dfen Creme. R\u00fchre alles langsam zusammen und bringe es zum Kochen. Die <strong>Konsistenz<\/strong> sollte einem <strong>d\u00fcnnen Pudding<\/strong> \u00e4hneln.
