A nic z toho by se nestalo, kdybyste si nedok\u00e1zali udr\u017eet sv\u00e9 vysok\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed n\u00e1vyky, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1s k l\u00e9pe placen\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci dostaly. \u00dapln\u011b p\u0159esn\u011b je to i s cvi\u010den\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Spousta lid\u00ed toti\u017e tou\u017e\u00ed <strong>zhubnout, zlep\u0161it si postavu, zapracovat na kondici nebo nabrat svaly<\/strong>. Mu\u017ei si p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed, jak by se proch\u00e1zeli v l\u00e9t\u011b po pl\u00e1\u017ei s <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/9-tipu-pro-vyrysovany-six-pack\/\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>cihli\u010dkami na b\u0159i\u0161e<\/strong><\/a> a \u017eeny, jak by jejich <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/tipy-jako-vypracovat-perfektni-zadek\/\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>zadek<\/strong><\/a> a k\u0159ivky vynikly v konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch \u0161atech. Faktem v\u0161ak je, \u017ee <strong>motiva\u010dn\u00ed cit\u00e1t to za v\u00e1s neud\u011bl\u00e1<\/strong>. Pokud ve va\u0161em p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nedojde k \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 akci, sny spojen\u00e9 se cvi\u010den\u00edm z\u016fstanou pouze ve va\u0161\u00ed hlav\u011b. Nem\u00e1te v\u0161ak vyhr\u00e1no ani v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee u\u017e jste za\u010dali a mak\u00e1te \u0159ekn\u011bme n\u011bkolik t\u00fddn\u016f. P\u0159inut\u00ed v\u00e1s <strong>p\u0159ej\u00edt z my\u0161lenek k akci, probrat sv\u016fj \u017eivot pod kontrolu<\/strong> a v kone\u010dn\u00e9m d\u016fsledku se m\u016f\u017ee podepsat i na celkov\u00e9m pocitu \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed a pohody, kter\u00fd pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te. U\u017e z toho je tedy jasn\u00e9, \u017ee jde o z\u00e1le\u017eitost, na kter\u00e9 se vyplat\u00ed pracovat. O dva m\u011bs\u00edce pozd\u011bji jsem je toti\u017e p\u0159i otev\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed brzy vyvalil. A nejen to. V m\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b se zlep\u0161ila i spousta jin\u00fdch v\u011bc\u00ed. <strong>Byl jsem fyzicky siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, sebev\u011bdom\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a v\u00edc v\u011bc\u00ed jsem zvl\u00e1dal d\u011bla<\/strong>t. \u010casem jsem d\u011blal dokonce takov\u00e9 cviky a zvedal takov\u00e9 v\u00e1hy, o kter\u00fdch by se mi p\u0159edt\u00edm nesnilo ani v nejtajn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch snech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e k tomu p\u0159ipo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1m ten neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u00fd pocit \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed po ka\u017ed\u00e9m odmakan\u00e9m silov\u00e9m tr\u00e9ninku, m\u00e1m chu\u0165 p\u0159estat ps\u00e1t tento \u010dl\u00e1nek a zajet si do gymu. Ale dost bylo o mn\u011b. Zamysleli jste se v tomto stylu n\u011bkdy nad va\u0161imi za\u010d\u00e1tky? <strong>Pamatujete si, kdy\u017e jste poprv\u00e9 ve\u0161li do fitka nebo na v\u00e1\u0161 prvn\u00ed dom\u00e1c\u00ed tr\u00e9nink? Dovedete si vzpomenout na sv\u00e9 prvn\u00ed \u00fasp\u011bchy, kter\u00e9 se spolu s cvi\u010den\u00edm dostavily?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0165 u\u017e to byl <strong>pocit v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed s\u00edly, vylad\u011bn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pohyb p\u0159i cvic\u00edch s vlastn\u00ed v\u00e1hou, schopnost u\u010dinit v\u00edce opakov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo zvednout v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed v\u00e1hu<\/strong>. Vr\u00e1sky mi na cel\u00e9m t\u00fddnu d\u011blalo pr\u00e1v\u011b kardio, kde jsem s\u00e1hl po z\u0159ejm\u011b nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enosti v podob\u011b b\u011bhu. P\u0159esto\u017ee b\u011bh v\u016fbec nem\u00e1m r\u00e1d. Snad nen\u00ed t\u0159eba dod\u00e1vat, jak jsem se c\u00edtil v tr\u00e9ninkov\u00fd den a \u017ee m\u011b napadlo asi 999 tis\u00edc jin\u00fdch aktivit, kter\u00e9 bych v ten moment d\u011blal rad\u011bji. P\u0159esto jsem m\u011bl tehdy docela dlouho klapky na o\u010d\u00edch a ani m\u011b jen <strong>nenapadlo, \u017ee bych b\u011bh mohl n\u011b\u010d\u00edm nahradit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pozd\u011bji jsem do sv\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9ho pl\u00e1nu nechal zas\u00e1hnout tren\u00e9ra, kter\u00fd mi poradil, abych b\u011bh nahradil kardiem se \u0161vihadlem, veslovac\u00edm trena\u017e\u00e9rem nebo kolem. To ov\u0161em neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee pokud tento cvik, aktivita \u010di sport vyhovuje jim, bude i v\u00e1m.
