Proto jsme dnes p\u0159ipravili tyto nepe\u010den\u00e9 proteinov\u00e9 ty\u010dinky, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eete m\u00edt v\u017edy po ruce, kdy\u017e dostanete ne\u010dekan\u00fd hlad nebo v\u00e1s budou honit chut\u011b na n\u011bco dobr\u00e9ho. Ty\u010dinka je nutri\u010dn\u011b vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e1, a tak dob\u0159e zasyt\u00ed. Pak je z formy opatrn\u011b vyloupneme, pokud jsme je m\u011bli v jin\u00e9 obd\u00e9ln\u00edkov\u00e9 form\u011b, nakr\u00e1j\u00edme si je te\u010f na ty\u010dinky. Hotov\u00e9 kusy d\u00e1me<strong> do krabi\u010dky nebo zabal\u00edme do alobalu<\/strong> a ulo\u017e\u00edme zp\u011bt do lednice. Takto p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 vydr\u017e\u00ed i n\u011bkolik dn\u016f. Ale vzhledem k tomu, jak jsou lahodn\u00e9, pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b zmiz\u00ed b\u011bhem chvilky.
