Na primer, porcija ribe lahko zlahka spro\u017ei akutni napad protina. \u010ce je oseba s protinom preizkusila katera \u017eivila v njenem primeru vodijo do tega, naj se jim vsekakor izogne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pri bla\u017ejem poteku bolezni ali pri hiperurikemiji je prehrana lahko bolj svobodna in ob\u010dasno si lahko privo\u0161\u010dite nekatera od teh \u017eivil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pri omenjeni fruktozi se pojavi vpra\u0161anje, ali lahko u\u017eivamo <strong>sadje<\/strong> ali <strong>med.<\/strong> Tudi to so \u017eivila, ki so razmeroma bogata s tem enostavnim sladkorjem. Na sre\u010do pa se je izkazalo, da si jih oseba s protinom lahko varno privo\u0161\u010di. Fruktoza v teh \u017eivilih je namre\u010d zdru\u017eena z <strong>glukozo,<\/strong> v sadju pa je dodatno dopolnjena z <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/blog\/psyllium-koristne-vlaknine-ne-samo-za-pravilno-prebavo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">vlakninami.<\/a> Tako je v teh virih dovolj &#8220;razred\u010dena&#8221;, zato niti med niti sadje ne predstavljata tveganja za napad putike. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color Zato je vedno koristno opazovati u\u010dinke dolo\u010denega \u017eivila na lastno po\u010dutje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako izbrati prava \u017eivila?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u017divila z visoko vsebnostjo purinov naj se v <strong>prehrani osebe s protinom ali hiperurikemijo pojavijo le izjemoma.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Na splo\u0161no so <strong>dovoljena<\/strong> tista z nizko vsebnostjo purinov.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U\u017eivanje \u017eivil iz srednjega stolpca, kot so stro\u010dnice ali polnozrnata \u017eivila, je zelo <strong>individualno<\/strong> in odvisno od resnosti bolezni. Nekaterim stro\u010dnice ne pa\u0161ejo, medtem ko jih drugi lahko brez te\u017eav u\u017eivajo dvakrat na teden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ta \u017eivila lahko vklju\u010dite v prehrano v manj\u0161ih koli\u010dinah, hkrati pa spremljajte njihov vpliv na potek bolezni (poslab\u0161anje se lahko ka\u017ee, na primer, kot bole\u010dina v sklepih ali napad protina).
