Mische <strong>150 g <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/mehl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">feines Dinkelmehl<\/a> mit 50 g <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-feines-dinkelvollkornmehl-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dinkelvollkornmehl<\/a>, 30 g <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-cane-sugar-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rohrzucker<\/a> und einer Prise <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/pinkes-himalaya-salz-mild-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Salz<\/a><\/strong>. Erhitze die <strong>Milch<\/strong>, aber achte darauf, dass sie nicht zu hei\u00df wird. Gib die restlichen <strong>5 g Zucker und die Trockenhefe<\/strong> hinzu und lass sie <strong>5 Minuten<\/strong> stehen, um die Hefe zu aktivieren.
